Description

The present invention relates to a washing container for a household dishwasher, a household dishwasher with such a washing container and a method for producing such a washing container.

A dishwasher mostly has a washing container which is formed from several sheet metal sections connected to one another. The sheet metal sections can, for example, be welded or crimped to one another. For example, the washing container comprises a base, to which a side wall is attached at each side, and a rear wall that closes off the washing container at the rear. The rear wall is connected to the washing container with the aid of a fastening flange provided on the washing container.

The pamphlet WO 2008/125472 A1 discloses a method for producing a washing container, in particular for dishwashers, in which a top part, which comprises at least one or two side walls and / or a rear wall, is placed on a base forming the bottom of the washing container, the top part and the base are connected to one another and a seal is introduced between the upper part and the base. It is provided that before the upper part is placed on the base and the upper part is connected to the base, as well as before the seal is inserted, at least one projection that secures the seal that is used later is formed. The at least one projection can be formed from the material of the upper part or of the base. Furthermore, the at least one projection can be formed by cold deformation.

The pamphlet EP 0 541 849 A1 discloses a connection of flat structures which is designed as a plug connection. The connection can be designed as a plug / snap connection. A plug-in section of one sheet-like structure can also be designed as a groove and a plug-in section of the other sheet-like structure as a resilient wedge, with a sealing means optionally being arranged in the groove base. Furthermore, this document discloses a washing and / or drying machine, wherein at least a number of boundary walls of the outer housing are connected to one another by such a plug connection.

The pamphlet DE 10 2015 216 228 A1 discloses a dishwasher with a washing container which comprises several wall parts and which is provided on the front with a loading opening for loading items to be washed, which can be closed at least temporarily by a container door, the right side wall, the ceiling and the left side wall forming a hood made of metal, which in the stretched state formed a preferably flat press part and was then bent into a U-shape, a trough-shaped base made of metal being a deep-drawn part made from preferably austenitic steel and the rear wall attached to the hood made of metal and the trough-shaped base made of metal is made of metal as a preferably flat press part.

Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved washing container for a domestic dishwasher.

Accordingly, a washing container for a domestic dishwasher is proposed. The washing container comprises a base plate, a rear wall and a U-shaped washing container jacket arranged on the base sheet and firmly connected to it, the base sheet and the washing container jacket having a fastening flange extending around the washing container for fastening the rear wall to the base plate and to the washing container jacket. The floor panel comprises an embossed step which rises in the direction of a ceiling of the washing compartment jacket and out of a floor section of the floor panel and on which a part of the fastening flange is molded. The embossed step further comprises a first step section which is arranged at an angle of inclination to the bottom section of the floor panel, and a second step section which is arranged parallel to the floor section of the floor panel, the first step section being arranged between the floor section and the second step section.

Due to the fact that part of the fastening flange is already formed on the floor panel, the can already be used in the tool for producing the floor panel Mounting flange are partially formed. The fact that the washing container jacket is U-shaped is to be understood as comprising a first side wall, a second side wall and a ceiling of the washing container arranged between the first side wall and the second side wall. The washing container jacket is arranged on the base plate or set up on it in such a way that the U-shaped geometry of the washing container jacket is closed at the top and open at the bottom. This means that the U-shaped geometry is not arranged lying on the floor panel, but standing on it. The base plate is preferably made of a different steel material than the washing container jacket. For example, a more cost-effective material can be used for the washing container jacket than for the base plate. In particular, a flange section which forms the aforementioned part of the fastening flange is formed on the embossed step. This flange section is preferably already formed onto the floor panel when it is manufactured, for example with the aid of a deep-drawing process.

With the help of this geometry, in particular the angle of inclination, sufficient space can be created for a welding tool for connecting the fastening flange to the rear wall. The angle of inclination is, for example, 10 to 40 °, more preferably 20 to 30 °, more preferably 25 °. The embossed step further comprises the flange section already mentioned above, which is arranged in particular perpendicular to the second step section.

According to one embodiment, the embossed step extends into a lateral wall section of the floor panel.

The floor panel preferably comprises two lateral wall sections, the embossed step running into each of the lateral wall sections.

According to a further embodiment, the embossed step runs with a radius into the lateral wall section of the floor panel.

In particular, both the first step section and the second step section each run with a radius into the lateral wall section of the floor panel. In this way, additional stiffening of the side wall sections can be achieved.

According to a further embodiment, the lateral wall section of the floor panel comprises a deforming section which extends out over the embossed step and which can be bent to form the fastening flange.

Such a deformation section is preferably provided on each of the lateral wall sections. When the fastening flange is produced, the deformed section is deformed in each case.

According to a further embodiment, after it has been bent, the deformed section is arranged parallel to the part of the fastening flange which is integrally formed on the embossing step.

In particular, the part of the fastening flange which is formed on the embossing step, namely the flange section of the same, and the respective deforming section form a common plane.

The Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a household dishwasher 1. The household dishwasher 1 comprises a washing container 2, which can be closed, in particular watertight, by a door 3. For this purpose, a sealing device can be provided between the door 3 and the washing container 2. The washing container 2 can be arranged in a housing of the domestic dishwasher 1. The washing compartment 2 and the door can form a washing area 4 for washing items to be washed.

A first side wall 10, a second side wall 11 and the ceiling 8 arranged between the first side wall 10 and the second side wall 11 are designed in one piece, in particular as a single piece of material, and form a washing container jacket 12 of the washing container 2. The base plate 7 comprises an embossed step 19 rising in the direction of the ceiling 8 of the washing container jacket 12 and out of the base section 16 of the base plate 7. The embossed step 19 comprises a first step section 20 and a second step section 21. The first step section 20 is between the base section 16 and the second step portion 21 is arranged. The first step section 20 is arranged at an angle of inclination α to the floor section 16 of the floor panel 7. The angle of inclination α can be, for example, 10 to 40 °, preferably 20 to 30 °, more preferably 25 °.

The second step section 21 is arranged parallel to the bottom section 16. The first lateral wall section 17 comprises a first deformed section 25 which extends out over the embossed step 19 and which can be bent perpendicular to the first lateral wall section 17 in order to form a fastening flange of the washing compartment 2. The deformed sections 25, 26 each merge at a radius 27 into the embossed step 19, and in particular into the second step section 21 and the flange section 22. The deforming sections 25, 26 are is arranged perpendicular to the flange section 22 prior to folding the same. After they have been bent, they are positioned parallel to the flange section 22.

The Figures 5 and 6 show further schematic perspective views of the washing container 2 according to FIG Fig. 2 . As the Fig. 6 shows, a fastening flange 28 running around the washing container 2 is provided on the base plate 7 and the washing container jacket 12 for fastening the rear wall 9 to the base plate 7 and the washing container jacket 12. The rear wall 9 is in particular welded to the fastening flange 28, for example spot welded. The fastening flange 28 comprises the flange section 22 of the embossing step 19, the deforming sections 25, 26 of the floor panel 7, which in the Fig. 5 shown before folding the same and in the Fig. 6 after folding the same are shown, and a flange section 29 which is formed on the washing container jacket 12. The flange section 29 runs along the side walls 10, 11 and the ceiling 8.

In particular, the first side wall 10 of the washing container jacket 12 is connected to the first side wall section 17 of the floor panel 7 with the help of a folded joint, and the second side wall 11 of the washing container jacket 12 is firmly connected to the second side wall section 18 of the floor panel 7 with the aid of a further folded joint.

In a step S3, the fastening flange 28 running around the washing container jacket 12 and the base plate 7 is produced, part of the fastening flange 28 being formed by the flange section 22 of the embossed step 19. To produce the fastening flange 28, the deformed sections 25, 26 of the floor panel 7 and the The flange section 29 of the washing container jacket 12 is bent over by 90 ° to the outside, that is to say away from the washing chamber 4. A deformation of the flange section 22 of the embossed step 19 is not necessary when the fastening flange 28 is produced, since this is already deformed by 90 ° relative to the second step section 21. The additional embossed step 19 enables the geometry of the fastening flange 28 to be precisely prefabricated directly in the tool used to manufacture the floor panel 7. That is, even before the rinsing container jacket 12 is connected to the base plate 7, part of the fastening flange 28, namely the flange section 22 of the embossed step 19, is designed as a flat continuous contour and, in the subsequent step S3, becomes a continuous fastening flange bent by 90 ° 28 bevelled. The fastening flange 28 can thus be produced without undulations or irregularities. The embossing step 19 runs with the radii 23, 24 into the respective lateral wall section 17, 18 and thus forms a preliminary step of the later intended final contour up to the fold area with an improved quality.

A stiffening of the base plate 7 in the area of the fastening flange 28 is additionally made possible by the embossed step 19 which is continuous over the entire width of the base plate and improves the later quality of the seal between the rear wall 9 and the fastening flange 28 through the additionally obtained strength or dimensional stability.

The increase in the level of the fastening flange 28 compared to the base section 16 of the base plate 7 also enables an improved drainage function of the washing liquor in the direction of a pump or sieve system, since this forms a sloping plane in the form of the first step section 20. The resulting improved return leads to a more favorable concentricity function of the hydraulic pump system in a flushing operation. Since the embossed step 19 extends upwards in the direction of the ceiling 8, the rear wall 9 can be made shorter.

    - produce (S3) an attachment flange (28) that encircles the dishwasher cavity jacket (12) and the bottom panel (7), wherein a part of the attachment flange (28) is formed by the stamped step (19), and

    - connect (S4) the back panel (9) to the attachment flange (28).
12. Method according to claim 11, characterised in that during the procedure of providing (S1) the bottom panel (7) the stamped step (19) is formed thereon together with the part of the attachment flange (28) that is formed as one on the stamped step (19).
13. Method according to claimed 11 or 12, characterised in that during the procedure of producing (S3) the attachment flange (28) a formed portion (25, 26) of a side panel portion (17, 18) of the bottom panel (7) is folded, said formed portion extending beyond the stamped step (19).
