Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fitnessgerät, insbesondere für die unterstützte Ausführung von Liegestützen, umfassend eine Auflageeinrichtung mit einer bewegbaren Auflage, auf der ein Benutzer während einer Benutzung liegt, und eine Unterstützungseinrichtung, die dazu ausgebildet ist, eine die Auflage in eine Grundstellung bewegende Unterstützungskraft zu erzeugen.
Im Fitnessbereich, insbesondere im Bereich von Kraftübungen zum Muskelaufbau, sind eine Vielzahl von Übungen und Varianten bekannt, mit denen einzelne Muskelgruppen trainiert werden können. Ferner ist dabei bekannt, dass zur Anpassung an verschiedene Benutzer bzw. verschiedene Trainingszustände ein Widerstand gegen den eine Übung ausgeführt wird, beispielsweise indem ein Gewicht bewegt wird, bevorzugt variabel ist, um eine definierte Anzahl von Wiederholungen bei ein und derselben Übung ausführen zu können. Ferner ist eine Fehlbedienung dahingehend verhindert, dass das Fitnessgerät lediglich in einem gesicherten Zustand verlassen werden kann, sodass ein Herabfallen der wenigstens einen Unterstützungsmasse verhindert wird. Claims (13)
