le module de détection et de commande (6) comprend une unité de traitement (8) dudit signal de défaut pour fournir en sortie de l'unité de traitement (8) un signal traité dont la tension à 50 Hertz Vtore(50Hz) est supérieure à la tension à 1 kiloHertz Vtore(1000Hz).
