Ein Walzenpaar besteht dabei üblicherweise aus einer angetriebenen Unterwalze und einer an der Unterwalze anliegenden oberen Druckwalze. Die starre Verbindung des Handhebels mit dem ersten Kniehebel ermöglicht in ergänzender Weise einen einfacheren Aufbau sowie eine kraftsparendere und komfortablere Verstellung der Kniehebelanordnung zwischen der Schließ-und der Öffnungslage. Alternativ dazu ist es denkbar, den Handhebel mit der Kniehebelanordnung mittels Eingriffselementen in Eingriff bringbar vorzusehen, so dass eine Betätigung des Handhebels über die Eingriffselemente, welche den Handhebel mit der Kniehebelanordnung kraftübertragend koppeln, zu einer Betätigung bzw. die Haltestange drehende Bewegung der Kniehebelanordnung führt. Diese alternative Ausgestaltung ermöglicht im Vergleich zu einer starren Verbindung einen zusätzlichen Freiheitsgrad für die konstruktive Auslegung und Anordnung der die Verstellvorrichtung ausmachenden Komponenten. Die Eingriffselemente können beispielsweise durch eine Aussparung und ein mit der Aussparung zusammenwirkender Steg, Bolzen, Vorsprung oder ähnliches ausgebildet sein, wobei eines der Komponenten aus Handhebel und Kniehebelanordnung die Aussparung und die andere Komponente das mit der Aussparung zusammenwirkende Bauteil aufweist. Die Haltestange ist dabei drehbar an einer Haltestangenaufnahme gelagert und erlaubt durch ihre Verdrehbarkeit eine zuverlässige Verstellung und Positionierung aller an der Haltestange angeordneten Belastungsträger. Eine Positionssicherung der Belastungsträger kann zudem zentral über die Verstellvorrichtung erreicht werden, sodass auf einzelne Arretierungen für jeden Belastungsträger verzichtet werden kann. Der zweite Kniehebel 8 ist an einem von der Kniehebelgelenkachse 11 beabstandeten Kniehebelabschnitt, in diesem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel an dem der Kniehebelgelenkachse 11 gegenüberliegenden Ende des zweiten Kniehebels 8, über eine zweite Gelenkachse 10 mit einem Lenker 12 verbunden, welcher an dem der zweiten Gelenkachse 10 gegenüberliegenden Ende verdrehfest mit der Haltestange 4 verbunden ist, sodass die Verdrehung des Lenkers 12 eine Verstellung der Haltestange 4 und damit eine Verlagerung des Belastungsträgers 3 bewirkt. Zur Verstellung der Kniehebelanordnung 6 dient ein Handhebel 13, welcher um die erste Gelenkachse 9 verschwenkbar ist und mit der Kniehebelanordnung 6 zusammenwirkt. Nach einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Handhebel 13 starr mit dem ersten Kniehebel 7 verbunden, wodurch eine Bewegung des Handhebels 13 unmittelbar zu einer Betätigung des ersten Kniehebels 7 führt. In bevorzugter Weise sind der Handhebel 13 und der erste Kniehebel 7 aus einem Materialstück ausgebildet. Claims (8)
- Drafting system unit for a spinning machine, comprising at least two weighting arms (3), which can be pivoted between an operating position and an open position by means of a repositioning device (2),
characterised in that
the at least two weighting arms (3) are each connected to a retaining rod (4) for conjoint rotation, which retaining rod (4) is mounted on a retaining rod holder (5) for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the retaining rod (4) by means of the repositioning device (2) which jointly pivots the at least two weighting arms (3). - Drafting system unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the repositioning device (2) has a knee lever assembly (6), which is operatively connected to the retaining rod (4) and which can be repositioned between a closing position associated with the operating position and an opening position associated with the open position.
- Drafting system unit according to claim 2, characterised in that in the closing position the knee lever assembly (6) is arranged in a position beyond dead centre.
- Drafting system unit according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the knee lever assembly (6) has a first knee lever (7) and a second knee lever (8),- the first knee lever (7) being pivotable about a first joint axis (9), which is stationary relative to the retaining rod (4),- the first knee lever (7) and the second knee lever (8) being articulated to each other by means of a knee lever joint axis (11), and- the second knee lever (8) having a knee lever portion spaced apart from the knee lever joint axis (11), which knee lever portion is connected to the retaining rod (4) so as to transmit a rotational motion.
- Drafting system unit according to claim 4 , characterised in that the second knee lever (8) is articulated, at an end opposite the knee lever joint axis and constituting a knee lever portion, to a link (12) by means of a second joint axis (10), which link (12) is connected, at the end thereof opposite the second joint axis (10), to the retaining rod (4) for conjoint rotation.
- Drafting system unit according to claim 5, characterised in that the knee lever assembly (6) can be repositioned between the operating position and the closing position by means of a hand lever (13).
- Drafting system unit according to claim 6, characterised in that the hand lever (13) can be pivoted, together with the first knee lever (7), about the first joint axis (9).
- Drafting system for a spinning machine, comprising a drafting system unit (1), which has at least two weighting arm (3), which can be pivoted between an operating position and an open position by means of a repositioning device (2),
characterised in that
