Claims (10)
- Fahrzeugschiebetür (1), umfassend ein Gehäuse (4) und einen Schlitten (3), an dem Mittel (10, 12, 13, 43) zum Führen der Tür (1) montiert sind, wobei der Schlitten (3) eine Außenfläche (17) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Fläche des Gehäuses (4) in Kontakt zu kommen, bevor er an dem Gehäuse (4) fixiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (3) einen Exzenter (24) umfasst, der mit einem Finger (33) versehen ist, der aus der Außenfläche (17) vorsteht und dazu bestimmt ist, in eine vertikale Aussparung (50) des Gehäuses (4) eingeführt zu werden, und dass die Einstellung der Position des Schlittens (3) an dem Gehäuse (4) dadurch ausgeführt wird, dass der Exzenter (24) bezüglich des Schlittens (3) in Drehung versetzt wird, was eine horizontale Translation des Schlittens (3) entlang des Gehäuses (4) gemäß einer Längsachse des Fahrzeugs bewirkt.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (3) eine Innenfläche (18) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Außenfläche (17) verläuft, und dass das Indrehungversetzen des Exzenters (24) seitens der Innenfläche (18) erfolgt.
- Schiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Exzenter (24) eine Vertiefung (34) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme eines Werkzeugs bestimmt ist, und dass das Indrehungversetzen des Exzenters (24) durch ein Indrehungversetzen des in die Vertiefung (34) platzierten Werkzeugs hervorgerufen wird.
- Schiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Exzenter (24) einen zylindrischen Körper (27) aufweist, dessen eines Ende in einem verbreiterten ebenen Kopf (28) endet, aus dem der Finger (33) gemäß einer parallel zu der Umdrehungsachse des zylindrischen Körpers (27) verlaufenden Achse vorragt, und dass der Finger (33) exzentrisch in den Kopf (28) eingesetzt ist.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Körper (27) von einem verbreiterten Keder (29) umrandet ist und dass der Exzenter (24) so in den Schlitten (3) eingeführt wird, dass sich der verbreiterte Kopf (28) und der Keder (29) zu beiden Seiten des Schlittens (3) befinden.
- Schiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Exzenter (24) mittels eines Halteteils (35) an dem Schlitten (3) fixiert ist, das den Exzenter (24) mindestens teilweise abdeckt und diesen Letzteren durch Verrasten axial hält.
- Schiebetür nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (35) einen teilbaren Arm (38) umfasst, der in einem Indexierungsstift (39) endet, der dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Öffnung (40) des Schlittens (3) eingeführt zu werden.
- Schiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (3) zwei horizontal ausgerichtete Stifte (22) umfasst und dass das Gehäuse (4) zwei horizontale Aussparungen (23) umfasst, in denen die beiden Stifte (22) platziert werden sollen, um die Drehung des Schlittens (3) bei der Drehmanipulation des Exzenters (24) zu verhindern, und die eine Längsführung gestatten.
- Schiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (3) mittels dreier Schrauben (21) an dem Gehäuse (4) der Tür (1) fixiert ist, die gleichmäßig an dem Schlitten (3) verteilt sind.
- Verfahren zum Einstellen eines Schlittens (3) an einem Gehäuse (4) einer Schiebetür (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- einen Schritt des Lockerns der Schrauben (21) zur Fixierung des Schlittens (3) an dem Gehäuse (4), ohne seine anfängliche Einstellung zu modifizieren,- einen Schritt des Einführens eines Werkzeugs in den Exzenter (24), um die Drehung des Exzenters (24) bezüglich des Schlittens (3) hervorzurufen,- einen Schritt des Indrehungversetzens des Exzenters (24) mittels des Werkzeugs, wodurch ein horizontales Gleiten des Schlittens (3) entlang des Gehäuses (4) gemäß einer Längsachse des Fahrzeugs erzeugt wird,- einen Schritt des Feineinstellens der Position des Schlittens (3) entlang des Gehäuses (4) mittels geringfügiger Nachbesserungen mit dem Werkzeug und- einen abschließenden Schritt des Fixierens der Tür in einer Verstellendposition durch Anziehen der Fixierungsschrauben (21).
