Claims (4)
- Élément chauffant électrique (1) dans un climatiseur pour véhicule, l'élément chauffant électrique (1) comprenant :un corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) configuré pour générer de la chaleur lorsqu'il est alimenté en énergie électrique ;une ailette (54) agencée de manière empilée sur le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) ;un élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) agencé sur un premier côté de l'élément chauffant électrique (1) dans une direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54), et configuré pour appliquer une force de compression dans la direction d'empilement sur le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et l'ailette (54) ; etun cadre de maintien (60) configuré pour recevoir et maintenir le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), l'ailette (54) et l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) de manière empilée, oùde l'air à climatiser soufflé dans le cadre de maintien (60) est chauffé lors de son passage à travers l'ailette (54),le cadre de maintien (60) comporte un premier élément de formation de cadre (80) disposé sur un premier côté du cadre de maintien (60) dans une direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser et un deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70) disposé sur l'autre côté de celui-ci en combinaison,le premier élément de formation de cadre (80) a : des première (81a) et deuxième (82a) parois de maintien qui sont disposées respectivement sur le premier côté et l'autre côté, dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54) ; et une partie de liaison d'un premier côté (83) s'étendant de la première paroi de maintien (81a) à la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) et configurée pour maintenir l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55), le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), et l'ailette (54) à partir du premier côté dans le direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser,une distance entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) est définie de manière à être supérieure ou égale à une dimension totale, dans la direction d'empilement, du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), de l'ailette (54), et de l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) qui sont empilés sans qu'une force externe dans la direction d'empilement ne leur soit appliquée,le deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70) a : une première partie de couplage (71) à coupler à la première paroi de maintien (81a) ; une deuxième partie de couplage (72) à coupler à la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) ; une partie de liaison de l'autre côté (73, 74, 75) s'étendant de la première partie de couplage (71) à la deuxième partie de couplage (72) et configurée pour maintenir l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55), le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), et l'ailette (54) à partir de l'autre côté dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser ; et une partie de compression de ressort d'un premier côté (76) configurée pour être insérée entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) pour déformer élastiquement l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54),caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) est adjacent à la partie supérieure de l'ailette (54) positionnée au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément chauffant électrique (1), c'est-à-dire sur un premier côté de l'élément chauffant électrique dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54),l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) a en outre : une partie de plaque de base plate (55a) s'étendant latéralement le long de la partie supérieure de l'ailette (54) ; une partie amont élastiquement déformable (55b) s'étendant depuis une partie périphérique de la partie de plaque de base (55a) sur son côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser ; et une partie aval élastiquement déformable (55c) s'étendant depuis une partie périphérique de la partie de plaque de base (55a) sur son côté aval dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser,la partie amont élastiquement déformable (55b) s'étend loin de la partie de plaque de base (55a) et s'étend obliquement vers le côté aval dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser, et ensuite une partie de pointe de celle-ci est courbée pour s'étendre jusqu'à s'approcher de la partie de plaque de base,la partie aval élastiquement déformable (55c) s'étend loin de la partie de plaque de base (55a) et s'étend obliquement vers le côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser, et ensuite une partie de pointe de celle-ci est courbée pour s'étendre jusqu'à s'approcher de la partie de plaque de base (55a), etsur une surface de la partie de compression de ressort d'un premier côté (76) plus proche de l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55), une saillie s'étendant dans une direction d'insertion est formée.
- Élément chauffant électrique (1) de la revendication 1, dans lequel
la distance entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) est définie de manière à être supérieure à la dimension totale, dans la direction d'empilement, du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), de l'ailette (54), et de l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) qui sont empilés sans qu'une force externe dans la direction d'empilement ne leur soit appliquée. - Élément chauffant électrique (1) de la revendication 1, comprenant en outre
un élément de ressort de l'autre côté (111) agencé sur l'autre côté de l'élément chauffant électrique (1) dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54), et configuré pour appliquer une force de compression dans la direction d'empilement sur le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et l'ailette (54), où
la distance entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) est définie de manière à être supérieure ou égale à une dimension totale, dans la direction d'empilement, du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), de l'ailette (54), de l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) et de l'élément de ressort de l'autre côté (111) qui sont empilés sans qu'une force externe dans la direction d'empilement ne leur soit appliquée, et
le deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70) a une partie de compression de ressort de l'autre côté (77) configurée pour être insérée entre la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) et l'élément de ressort de l'autre côté (111) pour déformer élastiquement l'élément de ressort de l'autre côté (111) dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54). - Procédé de fabrication d'un élément chauffant électrique (1) dans un climatiseur pour véhicule, l'élément chauffant électrique (1) comportant :un corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) configuré pour générer de la chaleur lorsqu'il est alimenté en énergie électrique ;une ailette (54) agencée de manière empilée sur le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) ;un élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) agencé sur un premier côté de l'élément chauffant électrique (1) dans une direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54), et configuré pour appliquer une force de compression dans la direction d'empilement sur le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et l'ailette (54) ; etun cadre de maintien (60) configuré pour recevoir et maintenir le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), l'ailette (54) et l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) de manière empilée, de l'air à climatiser soufflé dans le cadre de maintien (60) étant chauffé lors de son passage à travers l'ailette (54),l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) est adjacent à la partie supérieure de l'ailette (54) positionnée au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément chauffant électrique (1), c'est-à-dire sur un premier côté de l'élément chauffant électrique dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54),l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) a en outre : une partie de plaque de base plate (55a) s'étendant latéralement le long de la partie supérieure de l'ailette (54) ; une partie amont élastiquement déformable (55b) s'étendant depuis une partie périphérique de la partie de plaque de base (55a) sur son côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser ; et une partie aval élastiquement déformable (55c) s'étendant depuis une partie périphérique de la partie de plaque de base (55a) sur son côté aval dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser,la partie amont élastiquement déformable (55b) s'étend loin de la partie de plaque de base (55a) et s'étend obliquement vers le côté aval dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser, et ensuite une partie de pointe de celle-ci est courbée pour s'étendre jusqu'à s'approcher de la partie de plaque de base,la partie aval élastiquement déformable (55c) s'étend loin de la partie de plaque de base (55a) et s'étend obliquement vers le côté amont dans la direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser, et ensuite une partie de pointe de celle-ci est courbée pour s'étendre jusqu'à s'approcher de la partie de plaque de base (55a), etsur une surface de la partie de compression de ressort d'un premier côté (76) plus proche de l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55), une saillie s'étendant dans une direction d'insertion est formée,le procédé comprenant le fait :d'empiler le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et l'ailette (54) entre une première paroi de maintien (81a) et une deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) d'un premier élément de formation de cadre (80) inclus dans le cadre de maintien (60), et de disposer également l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) près de la première paroi de maintien (81a) entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) sans lui appliquer une force externe dans la direction d'empilement ;de coupler ensuite une première partie de couplage (71) d'un deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70) inclus dans le cadre de maintien (60) à la première paroi de maintien (81a), de coupler une deuxième partie de couplage (72) du deuxième cadre de formation de cadre élément (70) à la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a), d'insérer une partie de compression de ressort d'un premier côté (76) du deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70) entre la première paroi de maintien (81a) et l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) pour déformer élastiquement l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) dans la direction d'empilement du corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106) et de l'ailette (54) ; etde maintenir, par une partie de liaison d'un premier côté (83) reliant la première paroi de maintien (81a) et la deuxième paroi de maintien (82a) du premier élément de formation de cadre (80) et par une partie de liaison de l'autre côté (73, 74, 75) reliant la première partie de couplage (71) et la deuxième partie de couplage (72) du deuxième élément de formation de cadre (70), le corps chauffant (50 à 53, 101 à 106), l'ailette (54), et l'élément de ressort d'un premier côté (55) à partir des deux côtés dans une direction d'écoulement de l'air à climatiser.
