Claims (16)
- Phare de véhicule (1, 101) comprenant une source de lumière (2, 102) et une optique auxiliaire (3, 103), dans lequel la source de lumière (2, 102) est agencée pour émettre de la lumière à travers l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) et l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) est agencée pour focaliser ou former la lumière, et
la source lumineuse (2, 102) est fixée sur un support (10, 110) prévu dans le projecteur du véhicule (1, 101), dans le support un alésage (12, 13) respectif étant prévu pour recevoir au moins un moyen de connexion (20, 21, 120),
au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) est disposé sur le support (10, 110) sur une surface d'appui respective (11), ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) ayant une hauteur (35, 36) normale à la surface d'appui (11),
un étrier de maintien (40, 140) sur lequel est disposé au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130), l'étrier de maintien (40, 140) étant relié fixement à l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) et présentant respectivement une ouverture (41, 42) qui est prévue pour recevoir ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120),
ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), qui s'étend chacun le long d'un axe (22, 23), est prévu pour relier à l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) au support (10, 110) et est inséré à cet effet dans l'ouverture respective (41, 42) et dans l'alésage respectif (12, 13),
caractérisé en ce que dans une première position de l'étrier de retenue (40, 140), dans laquelle ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) est inséré dans l'ouverture (41, 42) mais n'est pas fixé, l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) est positionné par rapport audit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), 120) peut être déplacé dans l'ouverture (41, 42) dans un plan normal à l'axe (22, 23) afin de permettre, dans ce plan, un alignement de l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) fixée au support (40, 140) par rapport à la source lumineuse (2, 102) fixée au support (10, 110), et
ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) peut être comprimé au moyen dudit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) à travers l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) et le support (10, 110), la hauteur (35, 36) dudit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) diminuant et une deuxième position fixe de l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) étant atteinte. - Projecteur de véhicule (1, 101) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) est inférieur au module d'élasticité de l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) et/ou celui du support (10, 110),
le module d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31, 130) est de préférence inférieur à 80 kN/mm2, de préférence inférieur à 30 kN/mm2 et supérieur à 1 kN/mm2, plus particulièrement inférieur à 4 kN/mm2,
et de préférence, la limite d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31,130) est inférieure à 100 kN/mm2, de préférence inférieure à 80 kN/mm2 et supérieure à 10 kN/mm2, plus particulièrement inférieure à 70 kN/mm2 et supérieure à 20 kN/mm2. - Projecteur de véhicule (1, 101) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le projecteur de véhicule comprend au moins deux éléments d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et au moins deux moyens de liaison (20, 21, 120), les au moins deux éléments d'écartement (30, 31, 130) étant disposés de telle sorte qu'un réglage de l'étrier de support (40, 140) par rapport au support (10, 110) peut être obtenu, les au moins deux éléments d'écartement (30, 31, 130) présentant chacun une hauteur différente (35, 36) dans la position réglée.
- Projecteur de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une carte de circuit imprimé (4, 104) sur laquelle est fixée la source lumineuse (2, 102) est disposée entre la source lumineuse (2, 102) et le support (10, 110).
- Phare de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dissipateur de chaleur est disposé sur le support (10, 110) ou le support lui-même présente des ailettes ou des broches de refroidissement, et ladite au moins une source lumineuse (2, 102) est fixée sur le support (10, 110),
dans laquelle, de préférence, entre la source de lumière (2, 102) et le dissipateur thermique, est disposée une carte de circuit imprimé (4, 104) sur laquelle est fixée la source de lumière (2, 102). - Phare de véhicule (1, 101) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (10, 110) présente un trou traversant à travers lequel la source lumineuse (2, 102) fait saillie.
- Phare de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (10,110) comprend en outre au moins une cavité (14, 15) ayant chacune une profondeur (16, 17), qui est adaptée pour recevoir ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31), 130) et est de forme sensiblement complémentaire au contour extérieur dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31, 130), la hauteur (35, 36) dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31, 130) étant supérieure à la profondeur (16, 17) dudit au moins une cavité (14, 15).
- Phare de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et le support (10, 110) et/ou entre ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) et/ou entre ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) et le support (10, 110) est appliquée une couche qui contient un adhésif (51, 151) qui a de préférence une forme fluide,
l'adhésif (51, 151) étant de préférence incorporé dans un nombre de microcapsules (50) et est de préférence porté par un matériau porteur fluide dans lequel le nombre de microcapsules (50) est incorporé,
et de préférence, par une liaison par adhérence du support (10, 110) à l'étrier de maintien (40, 140) par le biais dudit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), le nombre de microcapsules (50) éclate au moins partiellement et libère l'adhésif incorporé (51, 151). - Projecteur de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) présente une ouverture d'élément d'écartement respective et a de préférence une forme torique, et ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) est guidé à travers l'ouverture d'élément d'écartement.
- Phare de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) est une vis, et de préférence l'alésage (12, 13) du support (10, 110) a un filetage qui est adapté pour s'engager avec ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120).
- Projecteur de véhicule (1, 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (10, 110) comprend au moins une nervure d'écrasement (70, 170) adaptée pour s'engager avec le support de retenue (40, 140) à l'état ajusté.
- Procédé de montage et de réglage d'une source de lumière (2, 102) et d'une optique auxiliaire (3, 103) d'un phare de véhicule (1, 101) l'une par rapport à l'autre, la source de lumière (2, 102) étant réglée pour émettre de la lumière à travers l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) et l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) étant réglée pour focaliser ou former la lumière, caractérisé en ce que le phare de véhicule (1, 101) comprend en outre un support (10, 110) et un étrier de retenue (40, 140) et les étapes de procédé suivantes sont réalisées :- agencer et fixer la source lumineuse (2, 102) dans la zone d'une surface d'appui (11) du support (10, 110), dans laquelle est prévu un alésage (12, 13) destiné à recevoir au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) qui s'étend dans une direction longitudinale et présente un axe (22, 23) dans la direction de l'extension longitudinale,- agencer au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) sur le support (10, 110) et un étrier de retenue (40, 140) sur l'élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130), l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) étant relié fixement à l'optique auxiliaire (3, 103) et présentant au moins une ouverture (41, 42) qui est prévue pour recevoir ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120),- insérer au moins un moyen de connexion (20, 21, 120) dans l'ouverture respective (41, 42) et dans l'alésage respectif (12, 13),- établir une condition d'ajustement initial en alignant l'optique de fixation (3, 103) avec la source lumineuse (2, 102) dans un plan XY défini perpendiculairement à l'axe (22, 23),- déterminer l'état de réglage initial dans le plan XY en reliant le support (10, 110) et l'étrier de maintien (40, 140) en exerçant une première force (80) au moyen dudit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), un premier état de réglage avec une première hauteur de réglage (61) étant atteint,- établir un troisième état de réglage dans le plan XY et dans la direction de l'axe (22, 23) en exerçant une troisième force (82) à l'aide des moyens de liaison (20, 21, 120) entre le support (10, 110) et l'étrier de maintien (40, 140), ce qui permet d'obtenir une troisième hauteur de réglage (63).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'étape d'insertion dudit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), un adhésif activable (51, 151) est appliqué sur la surface extérieure dudit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et/ou celle du moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120), et
l'étape suivante est effectuée avant celle d'établir le troisième état d'ajustement :- établir un deuxième état de réglage, dans lequel l'adhésif (51, 151) est activé en exerçant une deuxième force (81) au moyen des moyens de liaison (20, 21) entre le support (10, 110) et l'étrier de maintien (40, 140) et une deuxième hauteur de réglage (62) est atteinte, etl'étape suivante est effectuée après celle d'établir le troisième état d'ajustement :- déterminer le troisième état de réglage dans le plan XY et dans la direction de l'axe (22, 23) à la troisième hauteur de réglage (63) par durcissement de l'adhésif activé (51, 151). - Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que, avant de disposer ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) entre ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et le support (10, 110) et/ou entre ledit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) et l'étrier de maintien (40, 140) et/ou entre ledit au moins un moyen de liaison (20, 21, 120) et le support (10, 110), on applique une couche qui contient un adhésif activable (51, 151), qui a de préférence une forme fluide.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif (51, 151) est incorporé dans un nombre de microcapsules (50) et est de préférence porté par un matériau porteur fluide dans lequel le nombre de microcapsules (50) est incorporé, et le nombre de microcapsules (50) éclate au moins partiellement lorsqu'une force mécanique est appliquée sur les microcapsules (50) et libère l'adhésif enrobé (51, 151).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le module d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'écartement (30, 31, 130) est inférieur au module d'élasticité de l'étrier de retenue (40, 140) et/ou celui du support (10, 110),
le module d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31, 130) est de préférence inférieur à 80 kN/mm2, de préférence inférieur à 30 kN/mm2, plus particulièrement inférieur à 4 kN/mm2 et supérieur à 1 kN/mm,
et de préférence, la limite d'élasticité dudit au moins un élément d'espacement (30, 31,130) est inférieure à 100 kN/mm2, de préférence inférieure à 80 kN/mm2 et supérieure à 10 kN/mm2, de préférence inférieure à 70 kN/mm2 et supérieure à 20 kN/mm2.
