- One typical problem of such injection valves, in particular of high pressure valves, is the generation of pressure waves or pressure pulsations caused by an injection event. Internal pressure pulsations cause problems in particular for multiple injection applications, because when pressure conditions inside the injector are not stable or not known at the time of opening of the valve, the amount of injected fuel cannot be controlled.

Claims (8)
- Ventilanordnung (3) für ein Einspritzventil (1), die Folgendes umfasst:- einen Ventilkörper (4) mit einer Mittellängsachse (L), die einen Hohlraum (9) mit einem Fluideinlassabschnitt (5) und einem Fluidauslassabschnitt (7) umfasst, wobei der Hohlraum (9) einen ersten Abschnitt (25), der sich von dem Fluideinlassabschnitt (5) zu einer unteren Fläche (29) erstreckt, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (27), der sich von einer mittigen Öffnung (31) in der unteren Fläche (29) nach unten zu dem Fluidauslassabschnitt (7) erstreckt, umfasst;- eine Ventilnadel (11), die axial in dem Hohlraum (9) beweglich ist, wobei die Ventilnadel (11) in einer geschlossenen Stellung einen Fluidstrom durch den Fluidauslassabschnitt (7) verhindert und in weiteren Stellungen den Fluidstrom durch den Fluidauslassabschnitt (7) freigibt, wobei sich die Ventilnadel (11) durch die mittige Öffnung (31) hindurch erstreckt;- einen Anker (21) einer elektromagnetischen Aktuatoreinheit (20) zum Betätigen der Ventilnadel (11);
wobei ein Einwegklappenventilglied (40) über der mittigen Öffnung (31) in der unteren Fläche (29) angeordnet und an dem Ventilkörper (4) fixiert ist, wodurch Fluidstrom in der Richtung zu dem Fluideinlassabschnitt (5) verhindert wird, wobei das Klappenventilglied (40) von der unteren Fläche (29) gestützt wird. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Klappenventilglied (40) Folgendes aufweist:- einen ersten Teil (41), der einen Rahmen (42) mit einer Anzahl an Öffnungen (45), die darin angeordnet sind, umfasst, wobei der Rahmen (42) von der unteren Fläche (29) gestützt wird, und- einen zweiten Teil (47), der eine Klappenscheibe (49) mit einer Anzahl an Klappen (51), die dahingehend konstruiert sind, die Öffnungen (45) zu bedecken, umfasst, wobei die Klappenscheibe (49) an einer unteren Seite (46) des Rahmens (42) fixiert ist. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach Anspruch 2,
wobei der Rahmen (42) Folgendes umfasst:- einen ringförmigen Wandteil, der eine ringförmige Wand (43) umfasst, die koaxial mit dem Ventilkörper (4) um die Mittellängsachse (L) angeordnet ist, und- einen Scheibenteil (47), der senkrecht zu der ringförmigen Wand (43) angeordnet ist, wobei die Klappenscheibe (49) an dem Scheibenteil (47) fixiert ist. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
wobei die Klappenscheibe (49) aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellt ist. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach Anspruch 4,
wobei das flexible Material ein Metall ist und die Klappenscheibe (49) mit dem Rahmen (42) verschweißt ist. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach Anspruch 4,
wobei das flexible Material ein Kunststoffmaterial ist. - Ventilanordnung (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6,
wobei der Rahmen (42) drei oder mehr Öffnungen (45) umfasst und die Klappenscheibe (49) drei oder mehr Klappen (51) umfasst, wobei jede Klappe (51) einer Öffnung (45) entspricht. - Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (1), das eine Ventilanordnung (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7 umfasst.
