Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a wall mount for a sanitary article according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the wall bracket has a fastening part which can be connected to the wall and into which a screw is to be screwed.
  • a disadvantage of the wall brackets according to the prior art is that the wall brackets can become detached over the long term.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a wall bracket that is quick and easy to assemble and also has improved security options against unintentional loosening.
  • a wall bracket comprises an anchor element with a fastening section for fastening to a building and with a receiving section which adjoins the fastening section and extends along a central axis, a threaded rod with an external thread which is rotatably mounted in the receiving section about the central axis and a Threaded element with an internal thread section, which threaded element is movably mounted on the receiving section and is movable with respect to the threaded rod from a release position into an engagement position.
  • the release position there is no engagement between the external thread and the internal thread section, so that the threaded rod can be freely displaced in the receiving section in the direction of the central axis.
  • the engagement position the external thread and the internal thread section are in engagement with one another, so that a screwing movement between the threaded element and the threaded rod is made possible.
  • the wall bracket further comprises a counter element which is movably mounted on the anchor element from a starting position into a counter position, the counter element engaging in the external thread of the threaded rod in the counter position and providing a counter for the threaded rod.
  • the counter element is thus connected to the anchor element and can be brought into said counter position, in which the counter element provides a counter for the threaded rod relative to the anchor element.
  • the counter element is pivotally connected to the anchor element.
  • the connection between the counter element and the anchor element is such that the counter element can be moved from the starting position into the counter position.
  • the counter element is preferably mounted on the anchor element such that it can be moved exclusively from the starting position into the counter position.
  • connection is understood to mean that the threaded rod is secured to the anchor element or to the receiving section in such a way that rotation of the threaded rod is made impossible.
  • the connection has the advantage that an extremely compact and easy-to-use unit is provided.
  • the connection between the counter element and the anchor element means that there are no loose parts during assembly. This reduces the risk of incorrect assembly or loss of a relevant component.
  • the receiving section preferably comprises a wall which delimits an interior, the threaded rod protruding into the interior.
  • the counter element preferably engages with a threaded section in the threaded rod, the threaded section being eccentric to the central axis and to the threaded rod and in the starting position lying outside the external thread and coming into engagement with the external thread via the movement into the counter position.
  • the counter element is preferably mounted on a cam track arranged on the outside on the receiving section, which cam track extends eccentrically to the central axis and thus brings the threaded section into engagement with the external thread during the movement into the counter position.
  • the movement of the counter element from the starting position into the counter position is preferably a rotary movement about the central axis.
  • the threaded section of the counter element preferably extends substantially over a quarter to half of the circumference of the threaded rod. This variant has the advantage that the counter element can be made compact. Alternatively, the threaded section of the counter element can also extend all the way around the threaded rod.
  • the counter element in the region of the free end of the receiving section is rotatably mounted on the receiving section relative to the fastening section about the central axis.
  • the counter element is therefore in the area of the opening in the receiving space at the front end and can therefore be easily gripped by the installer.
  • the counter element is preferably mounted fixedly on the receiving section with respect to a movement in the direction of the central axis. This means that the counter element essentially carries out the said rotary movement. This storage has the advantage that the installer can very easily provide the counter.
  • the threaded element preferably comprises two side legs projecting from a base leg essentially at right angles, which side legs each have one Include internal thread section. This means that the threaded element is essentially U-shaped.
  • the internal thread section is arranged on the inside of the side legs.
  • the threaded element is preferably movably supported via the side legs in two bearing openings lying laterally to the receiving section. The threaded element can then be moved in these side openings in accordance with the two positions.
  • the counter element preferably has a stop which is in contact with the threaded element when the latter is in the release position, so that the counter element cannot be moved from its starting position into the counter position. In this way, incorrect manipulation can be avoided.
  • the stop is preferably designed such that it provides a stop for the threaded element when the threaded element is in the engaged position and when the counter element is in the counter position. This means that the stop stands in the counter position of a movement of the threaded element from the engagement position into the release position.
  • the stop is essentially rigid.
  • the counter element comprises an actuating section, which moves the threaded element from the release position into the engagement position during a movement from the starting position into an intermediate position, the counter element not engaging in the threaded rod in the intermediate position.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that a separate manipulation of the threaded element is largely eliminated.
  • the intermediate position is preferably between the starting position and the counter position.
  • the threaded element is moved from the release position into the engagement position in the second step by the movement of the counter element into its intermediate position.
  • a wall bracket 1 is shown in the figures.
  • the wall bracket 1 is used to attach a sanitary article, which is not shown in the figures, to a wall.
  • the wall bracket 1 comprises an anchor element 2 and a threaded element 7.
  • the anchor element 2 has a fastening section 3 for fastening to a building and a receiving section 4 that adjoins the fastening section 3 and that rises along a central axis M.
  • the fastening section 3 comprises a groove-like opening 23 through which a fastening means, not shown, such as a screw, can be passed.
  • a threaded rod 5 rotatably mounted about the central axis M of the receiving section 4 is arranged or supported with an external thread 6.
  • Said sanitary article can be fastened to the threaded rod 5, whereby the sanitary article can be fastened to the threaded rod 5 for example with a fastening element or a nut.
  • a corresponding fastening element 24 is shown in the Figure 1 .
  • the wall bracket comprises a threaded element 7 with an internally threaded section 8.
  • the threaded element 7 is movably mounted in the receiving section 4 of the anchor element 2 and can be moved with respect to the threaded rod 5 from a release position into an engagement position.
  • the external thread 6 and the internal thread section 8 are in engagement with one another, so that a screwing movement between the threaded element 8 and the threaded rod 5 is made possible.
  • the position of the threaded rod 4 can be finely adjusted.
  • the wall bracket 1 comprises a counter element 9.
  • the counter element 9 is used to secure the threaded rod 5 after the fine adjustment, so that the threaded rod 5 cannot move unintentionally.
  • the counter element 9 is movably mounted on the anchor element 2, here on the receiving section 4, from an initial position into a counter position.
  • the counter element 9 engages in the external thread 6 of the threaded rod 5 and provides a counter for the threaded rod 5.
  • the threaded rod 5 can no longer move relative to the fixed receiving section 4.
  • the counter element 9 can also be referred to as a counter nut or counter nut.
  • the connection between the anchor element 2 and the counter element 9 or the mounting of the counter element 9 on the anchor element 2 has the advantage that an extremely compact and easy-to-use unit is provided.
  • the connection of the counter element 9 with the anchor element 2 means that there are no loose parts during assembly. As a result, the risk of incorrect assembly is reduced.
  • FIG. 2 an exploded view of the front part of the wall bracket 1 is shown.
  • the threaded element 7 is spaced apart from the receiving section 4.
  • the receiving section 4 has an interior space 18 which is delimited by a side wall 19.
  • the threaded rod 5 protrudes into the interior 18 and is movable in the interior 18 relative to the interior 18.
  • the threaded element 6 comprises a base leg 12 and two side legs 13 protruding from the base leg 12.
  • An internal thread section 8 is provided on the inside of the two side legs 13. In the present case, there are two elevations which cover the threaded section 10 provide.
  • the threaded element 7 is preferably a sheet metal part, which is produced via a stamping and bending process.
  • the threaded element 7 is supported in two bearing openings 14 lying laterally to the interior 18.
  • the side legs 13 protrude into the bearing openings 14.
  • the internal thread sections 8 then lie in relation to the interior 18 such that the external thread 6 of the threaded rod engages in the internal thread sections 8.
  • the counter element 9 is in the Figure 2 also spaced apart from the receiving section 4. In the embodiment shown, as of the Figure 3 shown, the counter element 9 mounted on the free end 11 of the receiving portion 4.
  • the counter element is rotatably mounted about the central axis M and, as already mentioned, can be moved from the starting position into the counter position.

  • the threaded section 10 is eccentric to the central axis M and to the threaded rod 5, the threaded section 10 being in the starting position outside the external thread 6 and coming into engagement with the external thread 6 via the movement into the counter position. Due to the eccentric arrangement of the threaded section 10, this can be brought into engagement with the external thread 6 by rotation about the central axis M.
  • the counter element 9 is mounted on a cam track 17 arranged on the outside to the receiving section 4.
  • the cam track 17 is arranged eccentrically to the central axis M and thus presses the threaded section 10 of the counter element 9 when the counter element 9 encounters the cam track 17 into the counter position into engagement with the external thread 6.
  • the threaded section 10 is only partially circumferential.
  • the threaded section 10 is particularly preferably formed essentially over a quarter of the circumference of the threaded rod 5. Half a round would also be conceivable.
  • the threaded section 10 is particularly preferably formed between 1 ⁇ 4 to 1 ⁇ 2 of the circumference of the threaded rod 5.
  • the counter element 9 is fixedly mounted on the receiving section 4 with respect to a movement in the direction of the central axis M.
  • the counter element 9 has a groove 20 in which a comb 21, which projects radially from the outside of the receiving section 4 to the central axis M, engages.
  • the comb 21 is part of the curved path 17 or the curved path 17 lies on the outside of the comb 21.
  • the threaded element 7 is shown in its engaged position.
  • the counter element 9 is in the starting position.
  • the threaded rod 5 can be rotated about the central axis M by the engagement of the external thread 6 in the internal thread section 8.
  • the point of engagement between the external thread 6 and the internal thread section 8 is designated by the reference symbol E.
  • the two points of engagement are diametrically opposite one another with respect to the central axis M. The position of the threaded rod 5 relative to the anchor element 2 can thus be fine-tuned.
  • the counter element 9 is in the counter position.
  • the threaded section 10 engages in the threaded rod 5.
  • This intervention is identified more precisely with the reference symbol K.
  • the cam 22 lies on the cam track 17, which is designed such that the threaded section engages in the threaded rod 5.
  • the threaded rod 5 is now in engagement with the internal thread section 8 and with the threaded section 10 and can therefore no longer be rotated. So it is a counterattack or a game-free Securing between two threaded elements fixed to one part, namely the anchor element 2, namely the threaded element 7 and the counter element 8.
  • the counter element 9 is arranged in the region of the free end 11 of the receiving section 4.
  • the free end 11 lies opposite the fastening section 3, from which the receiving section 4 extends.
  • the counter element 9 is rotatably mounted about the central axis M and with respect to a movement in the direction of the central axis M on the receiving section 4.
  • the counter element 9 also has a stop 15, which is present on the threaded element 7. This is because the threaded element 7 is in the release position, as in FIG Figure 3 shown.
  • the counter element 9 is prevented from moving from the release position by the contact between the stop 15 and the side leg 13. As soon as the threaded element 7 is in the engaged position, it rests with the base leg 12 on the outside of the receiving section 4 and the stop 15 can slide over the threaded element 7.
  • the threaded element 7 comprises a retaining element 25.
  • the retaining element 25 is designed such that it is in contact with the side wall 19 in the engagement position, so that the threaded element 7 cannot be moved into the release position.
  • the counter element 9 comprises an additional stop 26, which in the Figure 5c will be shown.
  • the stop 26 prevents the counter element 9 from being overturned. That is, when the counter position has been reached, the counter element cannot be turned any further.
  • the second embodiment of the wall bracket 1 differs essentially in the design of the counter element 9.
  • the counter element 9 further comprises an actuating section 16.
