Claims (8)
- Transport box for packaging flat, substantially rectangular components (6), comprising a base (3) and four side walls (2) which internally have webs in the direction of the base in a particular spacing, grooves (5) thus being formed between said webs, and dividing strips (8) which subdivide the transport box into compartments being insertable into the grooves (5), the dividing strips (8) having the same webs and grooves (11) as in the side walls (2) in the same spacing on both sides, and the components (6) being held spaced apart vertically between opposite grooves (5, 11), and the base (3) having domes (7) on which the inserted dividing strips (8) are braced and thus held in a straight line, characterised in that the walls of the grooves (5, 11) are formed concave.
- Transport box according to claim 1, characterised in that the dividing strips (8) are insertable in a positive fit, in each case by means of a spring (9, 10) formed as a bulge on the ends thereof, into the grooves (5).
- Transport box according to claim 2, characterised in that the springs (9) are preformed flush with the centreline of the dividing strip (8).
- Transport box according to claim 2, characterised in that the springs (10) are preformed offset from the centreline of the dividing strip (8).
- Transport box according to claim 1, characterised in that the webs and the dividing strips (8) occupy approximately 60 % of the height of the side walls (2).
- Transport box according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper edge of the side walls (2) is formed as a stacking rim (4).
- Transport box according to claim 1, characterised in that it and the dividing strips are made of plastics material, preferably polypropylene or polystyrene.
- Transport box according to claim 1, characterised in that the external dimensions thereof correspond to a uniform dividing ratio of the base dimensions of a standardised pallet.
