Definitions
- the invention relates to an insole for a shoe, in particular for a sports shoe, comprising a first sole section which has a tread surface for the foot of the user, the first sole section expanding in the vertical direction over a predetermined first height when the insole is used as intended.
- Such a shoe is used, for example, in the US 2006/265900 A1 disclosed.
- an insole in a shoe on which the sole of the foot of the user rests when the shoe is used as intended.
- Such an insole can be formed, for example, as a flat element made of foam, which, when loaded with the user's foot, adapts to the insole, midsole or outsole of the shoe beneath it.
- Embodiments of insoles are also possible, which have a three-dimensional design and form a certain shell structure for the user's foot.
- the invention has for its object to develop a generic insole for use in a shoe, in particular in a sports shoe, so that the drying of the shoe can be done in an improved manner with simple means. This is to ensure that germs or mold can no longer form so easily. It should therefore be possible to achieve an improved drying effect which can be achieved with little economic use.
- the achievement of this object by the invention is characterized in that at least two second sole sections are arranged below the first sole section, a second sole section, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the sole, being arranged in a front section of the insole and a second sole section in a rear section of the insole , wherein the two second sole sections expand when the insole is used as intended over a predetermined second height in the vertical direction, at least one elastic element being present which connects the two second sole sections, the elastic element within the extent of the second height with its two Each end engages on one of the two second sole sections.
- the at least one elastic element preferably runs in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
- the at least one elastic element is preferably designed as a rubber band, which is economically advantageous since such bands are cheaply available.
- the rubber band is preferably designed as a flat band. In this case, it is preferably provided that the height of the rubber band is at most 30%, preferably at most 20%, of the width of the rubber band.
- two elastic elements running parallel to one another are arranged.
- the at least one elastic element can adjoin the first sole section in the region of its ends.
- the two second sole sections are preferably arranged on the insole in such a way that they leave an area between them which is free of a second sole section. It can be provided here that the bending stiffness of the first sole section about a horizontal axis transverse to the longitudinal direction of the sole is chosen so low that in the absence of external forces on the insole, the at least one elastic element deforms the insole in a V-shape. It is sufficient if a position is adopted in which the two legs of the V-shaped structure (viewed in the side view) enclose an angle of approximately 160 °.
- the second sole section arranged in the front section can preferably extend at least over a third of the extent in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
- the second located in the rear section can Extend the sole section at least over a quarter of the extent in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
- the first sole section and the second sole sections are preferably designed as separate parts which are connected to one another, in particular glued. It can be provided here that the second sole sections consist of a flat material of largely constant thickness. It has also proven useful that the second sole sections consist of a foam which is provided with a plurality of ventilation recesses.
- the first sole section is designed as a 3-dimensional molded part with a cup-shaped heel area. It follows from this that the vertical height of the first sole section along the longitudinal direction of the sole need not be constant.
- an elastic element (spring element, preferably in the form of at least one rubber band) is used, which is arranged on the insole or integrated into it in such a way that when the shoe is not in use and thus the insole is free from external forces can bulge out so that it lifts off the insole, midsole or outsole and allows air to enter to dry the shoe.
- the proposed insole thus has the effect that, after the shoe has been removed, an opening for the supply of fresh air is formed between the lower sole element and the insole, which significantly promotes the drying process.
- the proposed insole is preferably used in a sports shoe, with a soccer shoe in particular being considered here, which is often exposed to moisture.
- the idea according to the invention therefore provides that the insole is pretensioned with a spring element in such a way that it automatically lifts off after the shoe is removed and the area between the insole and the insole is at least partially exposed. Existing moisture in this area can evaporate better. That is, the insole can bulge due to the elastic element.
- drying of both the underside of the insole and the upper of the upper takes place in a substantially simpler manner.
- an insole 1 is shown, which can be used in a shoe, in particular in a sports shoe.
- the insole 1 has a first continuous first sole section 2 which has a tread surface 3 for the sole of the wearer's foot.
- first sole section 2 On the underside of the first sole section 2, two second sole sections 4 and 5 are arranged.
- One second sole section 4 is placed in the front section 6 of the insole 1; the other second sole section 5 is arranged in the rear section 7 of the insole 1.
- the two sole sections 4 and 5 are separate molded parts which are attached to the underside of the first sole section 2; specifically, the two second sole sections 4 and 5 are glued to the underside of the first sole section 2.
- the first sole section 2 has a first height h 1 , which is variable along the longitudinal direction L of the sole.
- the height h 1 is the extent in the vertical direction V, which is measured when the insole 1 is used as intended (and thus lies flat on the floor).
- V the extent in the vertical direction
- the insole 1 takes an approximately V-shaped contour in this case - seen in the side view according to Figure 1 - A, so that it bulges and allows in the sense of the above explanations that air gets under the insole 1 and thus contributes to the improved drying of the shoe in which the insole 1 is used.
- elastic elements 8 are effectively arranged between the two second sole sections 4 and 5, which ensure that the two second sole sections 4 and 5 are contracted in the longitudinal direction L of the sole.
- the elastic elements 8 are provided to connect the two second sole sections 4 and 5 to each other, the elastic Attack elements 8 within the extent of the second height h 2 with their two ends 9 and 10 on the two second sole sections 4 and 5, respectively. This means that in the absence of external forces, the in Figure 1 shown form of the insole 1 is taken.
- the two elastic elements 8 are formed in the exemplary embodiment as rubber bands which engage with their ends 9 and 10 on the two sole sections 4 and 5, respectively. Between the two sole sections 4 and 5 there remains a free area 11 in which only the two elastic elements 8 are arranged.
- the first sole section 2 has, as already mentioned, a first height h 1 , which, however, is not constant along the longitudinal direction L of the sole, as is immediately apparent Figure 1 results.
- the two second sole sections 4 and 5 have a constant second height h 2 .
- the elastic elements 8 engage in the exemplary embodiment in the transition region between the first sole section 2 and the respective second sole section 4 or 5 and develop a tensile force between their two ends 9 and 10.
- the first sole section 2 is designed as a 3-dimensional molded part, which in the forefoot area has a largely flat shape has, but has a cup-shaped heel area 13 in the rear foot area.
- the two second sole sections 4 and 5 essentially have a largely flat basic contour and, in the exemplary embodiment, consist of a foam which is provided with a number of ventilation recesses 12; this is in Figure 2 illustrated for a small section in the second sole section 5.
- an insole 1 is created which is inexpensive to manufacture and, when the shoe in which it is not in use, permits improved drying thereof.

Description
The invention relates to an insole for a shoe, in particular for a sports shoe, comprising a first sole section which has a tread surface for the foot of the user, the first sole section expanding in the vertical direction over a predetermined first height when the insole is used as intended.
It is well known in the prior art to place an insole in a shoe on which the sole of the foot of the user rests when the shoe is used as intended. Such an insole can be formed, for example, as a flat element made of foam, which, when loaded with the user's foot, adapts to the insole, midsole or outsole of the shoe beneath it. Embodiments of insoles are also possible, which have a three-dimensional design and form a certain shell structure for the user's foot.
The case occurs again and again when using a shoe, this is often the case, especially when playing football, that moisture in the Shoe penetrates, water in particular can get into the area between the insole and the insole or the midsole. Especially with soccer shoes, which usually get damp or wet regularly, there is a risk that germs or mold will form between the shaft bottom (ie the insole) and the insole, as there is insufficient ventilation.
The invention has for its object to develop a generic insole for use in a shoe, in particular in a sports shoe, so that the drying of the shoe can be done in an improved manner with simple means. This is to ensure that germs or mold can no longer form so easily. It should therefore be possible to achieve an improved drying effect which can be achieved with little economic use.
The achievement of this object by the invention is characterized in that at least two second sole sections are arranged below the first sole section, a second sole section, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the sole, being arranged in a front section of the insole and a second sole section in a rear section of the insole , wherein the two second sole sections expand when the insole is used as intended over a predetermined second height in the vertical direction, at least one elastic element being present which connects the two second sole sections, the elastic element within the extent of the second height with its two Each end engages on one of the two second sole sections.
The at least one elastic element preferably runs in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
The at least one elastic element is preferably designed as a rubber band, which is economically advantageous since such bands are cheaply available. The rubber band is preferably designed as a flat band. In this case, it is preferably provided that the height of the rubber band is at most 30%, preferably at most 20%, of the width of the rubber band.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, two elastic elements running parallel to one another are arranged.
The at least one elastic element can adjoin the first sole section in the region of its ends.
The two second sole sections are preferably arranged on the insole in such a way that they leave an area between them which is free of a second sole section.
The second sole section arranged in the front section can preferably extend at least over a third of the extent in the longitudinal direction of the sole. However, the second located in the rear section can Extend the sole section at least over a quarter of the extent in the longitudinal direction of the sole.
The first sole section and the second sole sections are preferably designed as separate parts which are connected to one another, in particular glued. It can be provided here that the second sole sections consist of a flat material of largely constant thickness. It has also proven useful that the second sole sections consist of a foam which is provided with a plurality of ventilation recesses.
According to a special embodiment of the invention, the first sole section is designed as a 3-dimensional molded part with a cup-shaped heel area. It follows from this that the vertical height of the first sole section along the longitudinal direction of the sole need not be constant.
Thus, according to the invention, an elastic element (spring element, preferably in the form of at least one rubber band) is used, which is arranged on the insole or integrated into it in such a way that when the shoe is not in use and thus the insole is free from external forces can bulge out so that it lifts off the insole, midsole or outsole and allows air to enter to dry the shoe.
Due to the weight of the wearer of the shoe, when the shoe or the insole is used as intended, the latter rests on the insole, midsole or outsole, so that there is no impairment of the use of the shoe.
The proposed insole thus has the effect that, after the shoe has been removed, an opening for the supply of fresh air is formed between the lower sole element and the insole, which significantly promotes the drying process.
The proposed insole is preferably used in a sports shoe, with a soccer shoe in particular being considered here, which is often exposed to moisture. In order to achieve an improved drying effect, the idea according to the invention therefore provides that the insole is pretensioned with a spring element in such a way that it automatically lifts off after the shoe is removed and the area between the insole and the insole is at least partially exposed. Existing moisture in this area can evaporate better. That is, the insole can bulge due to the elastic element. Advantageously, drying of both the underside of the insole and the upper of the upper takes place in a substantially simpler manner.
