Description

The invention relates to a product for hair coloring treatment and to an associated method for using such a hair coloring product. The generic hair coloring product allows the simultaneous use of several hair coloring preparations on the hair.

Conventional hair treatment products for hair coloring are usually very time-consuming to use and very often require a multi-stage procedure. So describes the WO 2004/041020 A2 For example, a modular system for color-changing hair treatment which, in addition to a bleaching component, also includes a further coloring hair treatment component. The aim of this hair treatment system is above all to produce a multitonal hair coloring result. To do this, however, it is necessary to provide a large number of individual system components for the hair treatment system mentioned and, as mentioned, to run several hair treatment steps. In particular, for a multitoneal hair coloring result, the hair is first subjected to a bleaching treatment in order to then produce strands of hair with a different color tone by means of a coloring hair coloring preparation. This type of hair treatment is undesirably expensive not only in terms of the use of the work equipment used and also in terms of time.

The WO 2015/177577 A1 also discloses a device and an associated method for generating a three-dimensional and / or multicolored pattern on the hair in just a single work step. For this, the strand of hair to be treated is placed in a printing press-like device. This printing press-like device has an upper part and a lower part and, due to the upper / lower part design, gives the treated hair strand, for example, a specific spatial structure that also remains in the hair. This can also be overlaid with several shades of color so that hair can also be "printed" with different shades of color. The device described is very complex and can only be used for one specific design. The possible uses are therefore very limited.

From the US 2015/0359310 A1 Furthermore, an application system for multicolored hair treatment in only one work step is known, in which the applicator comprises several cartridges for receiving the respective coloring preparations. These coloring preparations can be quite different so that a multitonal hair color result can also be achieved. Each of the cartridges also has a corresponding product dispensing opening via which the hair coloring preparation is applied to the strand of hair to be treated. However, the application system there is only suitable for very low-viscosity coloring preparations and, moreover, only for compositions that are stable in storage over a long period of time. This is true in the case of coloring hair treatment compositions at best towards short-lasting hair dye preparations. Long-lasting, in particular reactive, hair coloring preparations cannot be used in conjunction with such an applicator.

The US 2006/0283472 A1 describes a system for hair coloring treatment with a tray with channel-shaped depressions for receiving hair colors and an associated brush with several tufts of bristles separated from one another. The separated tufts of bristles of the brush are designed to match the channel-shaped depressions in order to allow the hair colors to be transferred from the tray channels by means of the brush to the hair to be treated. However, the channel-shaped depressions only allow narrow tufts of bristles to engage and ultimately only allow very limited (narrow), separate hair coloring zones to be applied. Furthermore, due to its specific recess division, the tray requires a precisely fitting brush design and very precise application by the user.

Furthermore describes the US 2124810 A1 a common color palette with a central mixing zone for painters. Such color palettes are used by painters to hold and mix different colors.

Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to provide a hair treatment product with several hair coloring preparations which enables multitonal hair coloring treatment in a simple manner. In addition, the invention has the additional task of determining an application method for a generic hair treatment product which can be implemented in an uncomplicated manner and can be used flexibly.

The object is achieved by a hair treatment product with several hair coloring preparations for use on the hair according to claim 1. The hair treatment product then comprises a tray for holding several hair coloring preparations, the tray having at least two depressions on two opposite sides, which are separated from one another by a partition, in order to keep a hair dye preparation for use in each well. Furthermore, in addition to the tray, the hair treatment product comprises an application element in order to receive at least two hair coloring preparations and to apply them to the hair. The application element, in cooperation with the tray, serves to transport the hair coloring preparations from the tray to the hair. For this purpose, the application element has a sponge-like application surface, so that it can take up hair coloring preparation particularly effectively, store it in the meantime and then apply it to the hair zone to be treated. In particular, the entire application element is designed as a sponge.

In the context of the invention, a tray is understood to be an essentially uniformly planar design form that has an arrangement of several side by side at least on one side has lying, fan-like troughs, which are used to hold the individual hair dye preparations. To a certain extent, the tray according to the invention is thus comparable to a color palette such as that used by painters.

In this context, a hair coloring preparation is any hair color-changing composition within the meaning of the invention. The use of several different hair coloring preparations allows multi-tonal hair coloring results to be achieved. Hair coloring, hair bleaching and hair tinting preparations, inter alia, semi-permanent compositions or combinations of semi-permanent and permanent compositions, especially for bleaching applications, can be used as suitable hair color-changing compositions.

To increase flexibility, the number of wells is different on the opposite tray sides, in particular the tray has two wells on one side and three wells on the opposite side. In this way, depending on the application, the tray can hold either two or three hair coloring preparations in the respective wells.

For improved handling of the hair treatment product, it is provided that the tray has at least one fastening element for receiving an identification label for the hair coloring preparations received in the depressions. The tray preferably has as many fastening elements as there are wells, so that the hair coloring preparations can be appropriately identified in all wells. Usually, it involves card-like identification information that is inserted into side slots or comparable fastening elements on the tray. In an analogous manner, clamp-like or clip-like fastening elements can also be used.

In addition, the individual trays are designed in such a way that they can be stacked on top of one another. For this purpose, each tray has elevations or depressions that correspond to one another on the top and bottom. These elevations and depressions fit into one another in such a way that several trays can be easily stacked on top of one another. This further simplifies the handling of the trays.

Another useful embodiment of the hair treatment product is achieved in that each depression has a minimum capacity of about 100 ml. In this way, an amount of hair coloring preparation which is sufficient for one application can be taken up in the trough.

A further developed variant of the hair treatment product provides that each depression has an essentially rectangular base area. This shape of the trough proves to be particularly advantageous in use. Further are the lateral boundaries of each The trough is preferably rounded in order to simplify the cleaning of the troughs after the tray has been used.

Furthermore, the application surface is advantageously designed to be profiled in order to increase the absorption capacity of the application element and to improve handling when applying the hair coloring preparation. In principle, the application surface is preferably designed to be continuous and therefore does not have any subdivision into several separate sections. This offers the important advantage that the different hair coloring preparations recorded on the application surface can easily become blurred into one another during application or can easily mix at the border areas between the individual sections. As a result, in the final coloring result on the hair, a harmonious color transition is achieved between the individual color tones used and precisely not an undesirably abrupt color change from one color tone to the next. This corresponds exactly to the desired coloring result and also comes closest to the natural color shade fluctuations of untreated hair.

Another embodiment of the hair treatment product provides that the application area is adapted to the overall size of the corresponding depression base areas. This also results in a substantially rectangular shape for the application area. The size of the application area corresponds at most to the total size of the basin areas. The total size of the application area is preferably in a range of 20-150 cm ² , particularly preferably in a range of 50-100 cm ² . This enables, on the one hand, a sufficiently precise coloring treatment of the selected strand of hair and, on the other hand, a very user-friendly handling of the application element with just one hand.

An advantageous variant of the hair treatment product has an application element with an ergonomic shape, which enables the application element to be handled easily with just one hand. For this purpose, the application element can also optionally have lateral recessed grips or other suitable gripping sections.

According to a further developed variant of the hair treatment product, it also optionally includes at least one sheet as a base for the strand of hair to be treated. In the course of the application of the hair treatment product, the sheet is placed under the separated hair strand which is to be treated. With the sheet placed underneath, the hair coloring preparation can, above all, be applied much more precisely to the strand of hair without risking undesired contamination of hair zones that are not to be treated with hair coloring preparation. Depending on the application, the sheet can preferably be paper-like or film-like.

In addition, an associated method for hair treatment using an above-described hair treatment product according to the invention with a tray and an application element is also placed under protection. Then several different hair coloring preparations are first made for later use on the hair. These hair coloring preparations can, in particular, be mixed and presented as mixtures of several individual substances. Then the individual wells of the tray are filled with the various ready-made hair coloring preparations. This can optionally be done with the help of tools such as spatulas, brushes or the like. The application element is then wetted on its application surface with the several hair coloring preparations by pressing the application element onto the troughs, the application surface being provided with the different hair coloring preparations lying next to one another. Here it is helpful if the hair dye preparations have a certain minimum viscosity, which prevents excessive mixing of the individual hair dye preparations with one another. Ideally, the viscosity of the individual hair coloring preparations is in a range of 100-100,000 mPas (determined with a Brookfield viscometer at 20 ° C., 20 revolutions / min). The strand of hair to be treated is then separated from the rest of the hair and optionally placed on the at least one sheet. Now the several hair coloring preparations can be applied to the strand of hair simultaneously in one go by means of the application element. The actual application of the hair coloring preparations to the strand of hair is carried out with a movement directed from the hairline to the tip of the hair. After the necessary contact time of the hair coloring preparations on the hair strand of about 5-60 min, the base sheet is first removed from the hair strand and then excess hair coloring preparation is washed out of the hair. Optionally, the hair treatment method according to the invention can also be supplemented by suitable, in particular hair care, post-treatment steps. In principle, the use of the washer is not mandatory as part of the application process. Omitting the sheet or sheets may simplify the cost of materials and use. However, the optional use of one or more sheets enables more precise hair coloring and effectively prevents the undesired coloring of sections of the hair which are not intended for the coloring treatment.

The tray with the troughs rounded at the edges can be easily cleaned after the hair treatment and is therefore suitable for multiple use. As already mentioned, several trays can be stacked one on top of the other for storage and thus advantageously stored in a space-saving manner.

In principle, the hair treatment product according to the invention and also the associated application method for multitoneal hair coloring are particularly suitable for professional use by the hairdresser. Ultimately, however, the product and the method can be used so flexibly that use by the user himself in the context of a home application is conceivable.

That in the Figures 1-3 The illustrated embodiment of a tray 1 according to the invention for hair coloring treatment has depressions 4 on both the top 2 and the bottom 3 for receiving the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. The individual troughs 4 are separated from one another by an outer edge 5, 5 ′ and a partition 6. The troughs are thus designed as compartment-like depressions on the tray 1. Each of the troughs 4 has an essentially rectangular basic shape, so that the base area 7 of each trough 4 also essentially forms a rectangle. This basic shape has proven to be extremely useful for hair treatment applications. In addition, each of the troughs has a minimum capacity of 100 ml in order to be able to hold the amount of hair coloring preparation 21, 22, 23 necessary for an application. At its boundaries or edges 8, each trough 4 is designed to be slightly rounded in order to facilitate cleaning of the troughs 4 after a hair treatment.

In addition, the tray 1 has on its side preferably slot-like or clip-like fastening elements 9 which are used to receive identification information for the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. The same number of fastening elements 9 as wells 4 are provided in order to be able to appropriately identify all hair dye preparations 21, 22, 23 that have been picked up. The identification notices, not shown, of the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 are preferably designed like cards and show unambiguous identification notices for the respective hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23.

Like that Figures 1-3 it can be seen that the tray has three troughs 4 on its upper side 2 and two troughs 4 on its underside 3. This trough arrangement enables the tray 1 to be used flexibly in the context of various hair coloring treatments.

With Figure 3 it is made clear that several trays 1 can be stored stacked on top of one another in a very space-saving manner. For this purpose, the edges 5, 5 'on the top 2 and the bottom 3 are designed in such a way that they fit into one another in a form-fitting manner and thus allow several trays 1 to be stacked securely.

In the Figures 4a, b a sponge-like applicator element 10 is shown in two views, which is provided for receiving and applying the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 to the strand of hair to be treated. For this purpose, the application element 10 comprises an application surface 11, which can be wetted with the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. At least on the application surface 11, the application element 10 is preferably made of a sponge-like material, as a result of which the application element is designed to be very absorbent for the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. In addition, the application surface 11 is designed profiled and that are on the application surface 11 protruding ribs 12 are formed. These ribs 12 are preferably aligned in the main direction of application of the application element 10 and facilitate both the reception and the application of the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23.

The embodiment of the order element 10 from the Figures 4-6 is completely designed as a sponge. The application element 10 is also ergonomically shaped and thus designed for user-friendly use with just one hand. For this purpose, the application element 10 additionally has recessed grips 13 or similarly acting grip sections on the sides. A sponge-like application element 10 designed in this way can be used by each user with only one hand, not least because of its elastic deformability, regardless of hand size.

In principle, the application element 10 and its application surface 11 are adapted in the respective size to the total size of all wells 4 on the tray 1. In detail, the application area 11 is only slightly smaller than the total area of the corresponding depression base areas 7 on the tray 1. Furthermore, the application area 11 is also essentially rectangular. This adaptation makes the application easier and, in addition, an optimal amount of hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 can be absorbed by the application element 10.

Based on Figures 5-6 the corresponding method according to the invention for the application of the hair treatment product described above is illustrated. Basically, the hair treatment process is used for multi-tonal hair color treatment, in order to provide the areas of hair to be treated with several shades at the same time in one step. For this purpose, the troughs 4 on the tray 1 are first filled with different hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. In the present exemplary embodiment, the three troughs 4 on the upper side 2 of the tray are filled with three different hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. The individual hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 can certainly also be premixed from individual substances. The individual hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 preferably have a certain minimum viscosity, which significantly simplifies handling. The associated sponge-like application element 10 is then pressed onto the filled wells 4, whereby its application surface 11 is wetted with the three hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23. In detail, three zones with the three hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 are created on the application surface.

Figure 6 shows the actual application of the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 to the strand of hair 24 to be treated. For this purpose, the strand of hair 24 to be treated is first separated from the remaining hair 20 and placed on a base sheet 25. The underlay sheet 25 on the one hand prevents the areas of hair that are not to be treated with hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 and on the other hand makes it easier to apply the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 to the hair strand 24. The underlay sheet is designed in the form of paper or foil, depending on the application. The main direction of application 26 of the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 and thus the main direction of movement 26 of the application element 10 runs from the hairline to the tip of the hair and covers thus the entire length of the hair. By applying three hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 to the hair strand 24 at the same time, the hair coloring treatment can be carried out very quickly.

After a sufficient exposure time for the hair coloring preparations 21, 22, 23 has elapsed on the hair strand 24, the backing sheet 25 is removed and the excess hair coloring preparation 21, 22, 23 is washed out of the hair.

Both the sponge-like application element 10 and the tray 1 are basically suitable for reuse. The application element 10 and the tray 1 can be effortlessly cleaned after the hair treatment and thus prepared for the next hair treatment.

In principle, the hair treatment method according to the invention can be used equally in connection with hair coloring, hair bleaching and hair tinting products. The hair treatment process is mainly used in the professional hair treatment environment, ie at the hairdresser's. However, the design of the hair treatment product and the associated application method is so universal that use by the user himself in the context of a home application is entirely conceivable.

Claims (11)

1. A hair treatment product having a plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) for use on the hair and having a tray (1) for accommodating a plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23), the tray (1) having at least two cavities (4) which are separated from one another by a partition (6) in order to hold one hair dye preparation (21, 22, 23) in each cavity (4) for application, characterized in that the tray (1) has at least two cavities (4) on both the upper face (2) and the lower face (3) and further comprises an application element (10) having a sponge-like application surface (11) in order to take up at least two hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) and apply the preparations on the hair (24).

    - producing a plurality of different hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) for application on the hair,

    - filling the individual cavities (4) of the tray (1) with the different hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23),

    - wetting the application element (10) with the plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) by pressing the application element (10) onto the cavities (4),

    - separating the hair strand (24) to be treated,

    - applying the plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) to the hair strand (24) by means of the application element (10),

    - the hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) acting on the hair strand (24),

    - washing out the excess hair dye preparation (21, 22, 23) from the hair.
11. A method for hair treatment using a hair treatment product at least according to claims 1 and 9, characterized by the following method steps:

    - producing a plurality of different hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) for application on the hair,

    - filling the individual cavities (4) of the tray (1) with the different hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23),

    - wetting the application element (10) with the plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) by pressing the application element (10) onto the cavities (4),

    - separating the hair strand (24) to be treated and laying the hair strand (24) on the at least one sheet (25),

    - applying the plurality of hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) to the hair strand (24) by means of the application element (10),

    - the hair dye preparations (21, 22, 23) acting on the hair strand (24),

    - removing the sheet (25) from the hair strand (24),

    - washing out the excess hair dye preparation (21, 22, 23) from the hair.
