Definitions
- the invention relates to a soil recycler with a housing for accommodating the soil recycling device with a housing top and bottom, housing front and rear and two housing side surfaces arranged opposite one another, the housing front having an opening for accommodating the material to be treated, in particular to be recycled, in particular to be mixed and /or has to be crushed and/or to be screened and the rear of the housing has an opening for dispensing the recycled, in particular mixed and/or broken and/or screened goods.
- Soil recyclers are widely known in the prior art, in particular also as additional devices for excavators or other construction machines. In conjunction with quick-change devices and rotary heads, they offer cost savings and increased mobility as cost-effective changing devices.
- the transport to the carrier device ie the excavator or wheel loader or to the site is carried out using suitable means of transport, such.
- the Bodenrecycler is lifted using the means of transport on a transport pallet, which with a lifting fork of an appropriately equipped vehicle such.
- the floor recycler standing on the transport pallet is usually moved unsecured. There is a risk of the soil recycler slipping or tipping off the transport pallet, particularly when braking or driving on an uneven road on a construction site. This can not only lead to damage to the soil recycler, but also to personal injury or other property damage, which is why unsecured transport represents a significant safety risk.
- a soil recycler according to the preamble of claim 1 is from document EP2666542 already known.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a soil recycler which ensures further simple and safe transport options.
- a soil recycler and a soil recycling device should also be understood to mean a design in which different soil processing functions are provided simultaneously or alternatively interchangeably.
- a crushing and sieving function can be provided at the same time, or a mixing function. That is, the soil recycler can be equipped with a device that is crushing and screening device at the same time or can comprise two devices that are provided at the same time.
- an exchangeable soil recycling device can be provided.
- the soil recycling device can preferably have shafts that extend between the two housing side surfaces
- the housing has a first receiving device for receiving a pair of fork tines of a lifting fork, the receiving device comprising two recesses, which are spaced apart in particular in the longitudinal direction from shafts of the floor recycling device and are designed in such a way that the respective fork tines of the lifting fork can engage therein.
- the invention has the particular advantage that, through the receiving device with the recesses that are spaced apart from one another, forks of a lifting fork can engage therein in such a way that the soil recycler is prevented from tilting, as would be the case with a single recess.
- the first receiving device is particularly preferred either in the area of the upper side of the housing and/or the lower side of the housing. Starting from here, the recesses extend in the direction of the opposite side of the housing.
- the soil recycler can only be moved and moved with the help of a lifting fork.
- a lifting fork When transporting to the next place of use on transport vehicles with a loading area, e.g. B. a truck, the Bodenreycler is then secured directly on the loading area. This places the center of gravity further down, so that the tilting moment of the soil recycler can be influenced more favorably, thus increasing transport safety.
- the distance between the recesses is designed in such a way that it corresponds to the usual distance of a lifting fork or the recesses can be easily accommodated structurally and with regard to the load on the components.
- Appropriate means such as openings or eyelets, can be provided on the soil recycler for further securing, e.g. during transport.
- a support can be provided on the rear side of the housing, which forms a second receiving device for a lifting fork.
- This support can in particular be releasably attachable and can extend between the upper side and the lower side of the housing and can in particular be formed by a strut.
- the strut of the support can in particular be U-shaped. However, other profiles can also be used as a strut.
- a further transport variant can be created by such a second receiving device.
- the second receiving device offers a transport option with a lifting fork if the soil recycler is to be picked up in the area of the rear side of the housing.
- the detachable arrangement of the support ensures that the support does not conflict with the soil recycling device during operation of the soil recycler or material wedges on it and possibly blocks the provided shafts or screens.
- the support on the housing can be screwed and / or plugged in and particularly preferably has recesses that move the forks in the longitudinal direction prevent support.
- the soil recycler can be transported by a lifting fork in the area of its rear housing and resting on it, lateral slipping and also tilting of the soil recycler on the lifting fork being prevented by the recesses in the support, in that the fork tines are guided in the recesses .
- further projecting stop elements can be provided on the soil recycler, for example in the area of the back of the housing, which further prevent the soil recycler from slipping sideways on a lifting fork.
- the support is provided centrally between the two side surfaces of the housing.
- the support can also be arranged off-centre, it being particularly preferred if the support is located far enough away from one of the side surfaces that a secure second support for the lifting fork is created, the soil recycler then on the one hand rests with one edge of the housing surfaces and the other with the support on the lifting fork.
- the side surfaces of the housing are designed accordingly in order to realize a good support option.
- further recesses can be provided on the edges of the side surfaces of the housing, which point in the direction of the rear side of the housing.
- the lifting fork accommodates the floor recycler in the area of the housing top and rear side, so that the floor recycler rests on the lifting fork in particular with the housing rear and in the area of the floor recycling device and in particular with the floor recycling device.
- ribs are provided on the soil recycler, which can also have further stiffening properties, which are provided on both sides of a coupling device and extend into the area of the rear side of the housing, with the fork tines resting against these ribs from the outside and so a possibility of the soil recycler slipping during transport is reduced.
- (additional) spaced recesses for receiving a lifting fork can also be provided on the rear side of the housing. Alternatively, these can also be provided as the only first receiving device.
- the floor recycler with one of its housing sides, in particular the rear side or the bottom side of the housing, on a transport pallet and to transport it together with the transport pallet.
- fastening means can also be provided for this purpose.
- Both the recesses and the recesses can have a preferably rectangular shape, which is preferably adapted to the shape of the forks of lifting forks. This creates a kind of form fit achieved, which can transmit a moment over the longitudinal axis of the fork. In principle, however, other shapes, such as semicircular configurations or the like, are also conceivable. It is particularly preferred if the recesses are designed in such a way that the fork tines of the lifting fork are largely surrounded on the circumference. Alternatively, and particularly in the case of the recesses, a design is also conceivable in which the fork arms are essentially surrounded on three sides.
- the receiving devices are preferably designed in such a way that the soil recycler does not become detached from the lifting fork, even in inclined positions or on uneven terrain on construction sites.
- a coupling device for coupling to an excavator or another construction machine e.g. a loader
- the recesses being arranged in particular on both sides of the coupling device. If ribs are provided to support the forks in a transport situation in which the soil recycler rests on the back of the housing, these are preferably also on both sides of the coupling device or a support plate connected to the housing provided for this purpose.
- Such coupling devices are generally known as quick couplers for construction machinery. If the recesses are provided in the area of the upper side of the housing, they are preferably arranged on both sides of the coupling device.
- the center of gravity of the soil recycler is then below the point of attack, so that there is no risk of the soil recycler hanging on the lifting fork tipping over.
- the first receiving device with the cutouts extends over a defined length between the front and rear of the housing when the cutouts are arranged on the top of the housing and/or the bottom of the housing, or between the top of the housing and the bottom of the housing when the cutouts are arranged on the rear of the housing .
- at least two recess elements spaced apart in the respective directions can be provided for each recess, which are aligned with one another and together form the recess. In this way, a tilting moment in the longitudinal direction of the fork tines can be reduced, further increasing safety.
- the soil recycling device is held in the housing so that it can be driven in an exchangeable manner.
- the soil recycling facility includes z. B. a crushing device, which usually has crushing disks or crushing elements carrying shafts which cooperate with each other to break the good and this convey between them.
- a screening device usually has a screen insert, which can also be supplemented by shafts carrying leaves (elements) or disks, which promote a movement of the material to be screened and transport it through the screen. The good is thereby transported from the front of the housing, which is shown in Art a chute or a hopper, and fed to the soil recycling device and conveyed through it and discharged again via the openings on the rear side of the housing.
- soil recycling devices e.g. screening, mixing or crushing devices
- the soil recycler can be used for mixing, cutting up or otherwise crushing or classifying material, in particular soil
- FIG. 12 shows a soil recycler, which is given the reference numeral 10 in its entirety.
- This has a housing 12 with a housing front 14, a housing rear 16, a housing top 18 and a housing bottom 20 and two housing side surfaces 22 and 24, which are arranged opposite one another.
- Such coupling devices such as quick couplers, are known in the prior art.
- the front of the housing has an opening for receiving the material (soil) to be mixed, treated, crushed and/or screened, with a type of chute or funnel 28 being provided at the opening for this purpose, which allows the material to be poured into the opening easier.
- a type of chute or funnel 28 being provided at the opening for this purpose, which allows the material to be poured into the opening easier.
- Soil recycling device 29 is provided, the shafts being provided with the reference numeral 30 and carrying corresponding crushing, mixing or screening elements 32 .
- the shafts are provided in the housing 12 in an interchangeable and drivable manner and convey the material to be crushed or screened or to mixing material from the housing front 14 to the housing rear 16, where a further opening for discharging the crushed or screened or mixed material (not shown) is provided.
- First recesses 34 are provided on both sides of the support plate 26 on the top side 18 of the housing as part of a first receiving device 36 .
- the first receiving device 36 is formed by the housing top and the recess plates 38 connected thereto, with the recess plates 38 forming the recesses 34 between themselves and the housing top 18 .
- the recesses 34 have a basic rectangular shape and essentially correspond in terms of shape and size to the forks of a lifting fork or are designed in such a way that these can be easily inserted, as in figure 2 shown.
- the fork tines are provided with the reference number 40 and the lifting fork with the reference number 42.
- the fork tines 40 of a lifting fork 42 can now be pushed into the recesses 34 and in particular pushed together so that they rest against the support plate 26 on both sides.
- the spacing of the two recesses in the direction of the arrow 44, ie between the two side surfaces 22 and 24, means that the soil recycler can be lifted without tilting.
- a slipping of the soil recycler 10 in relation to the lifting fork 42 in direction 44 can also be prevented by the corresponding moving together of the forks 40 against the support plate 26 .
- the recesses 34 are designed in such a way that they extend to a certain extent in the direction from the rear side 16 of the housing to the front side 14 of the housing. As a result, the recess plates 38 rest securely on the fork tines 40 without tilting, and tilting is also further improbable.
- the variant shown represents a first option for transporting a soil recycler using a lifting fork 42.
- the soil recycler 10 also has openings 60 in the area of the filling device 28, through which tension belts can be fixed for securing.
- FIG. 3 shows figure 3 a further arrangement of the receiving device 36, in which further recesses 34' (it is also possible to provide only the recess 34') are provided in the area of the housing underside 20 and, starting from this, in the direction of the housing top 18 and in the direction of the housing side surfaces 22 .24 extend. If, with an arrangement of the recesses 34 starting from the top side 18 of the housing, hanging transport of the floor recycler 10 is possible, this can be done in a design according to FIG figure 3 be transported standing on a lifting fork 40.
- FIG 4 now shows another variant for lifting and transporting by means of a lifting fork 42 with two Fork tines 40, in which case lifting and transport takes place from the rear side 16 of the housing.
- the fork tines 40 of the lifting fork 42 grip the edge between the side wall 24 of the housing and the rear side 16 of the housing, the opening on the rear side of the housing being visible.
- the soil recycler 10 rests on the lifting fork 42 with this edge.
- a support 50 which forms a second receiving device 52, was attached to the rear of the housing for transport. It is attached using plugs and screws.
- the support 50 is web-like and has a U-shaped profile, with the two legs of the U extending away from the rear side 16 of the housing.
- Recesses 54 are provided in the two legs of the U-shaped profile of the support 50, which essentially correspond in terms of their shape and size to the shape of the fork tines 40 of the lifting fork 42, so that the lifting fork is guided in them. Tilting and slipping, particularly in the direction of arrow 56, is prevented.
- the support 50 is removable from the housing 12 and is removed during operation of the soil recycler so as not to interfere with the crushing, mixing or screening process.
- the support 50 can be arranged essentially centrally between the two side surfaces 22 and 24, but in particular in such a way that it comes to rest in the front area of the free ends of the forks 40 in order to space the two contact points of the forks 40 as far apart as possible and such a tilting and largely to prevent slipping.
- further stop elements 58 and 59 are also provided in the area of the rear side of the housing 16 in the vicinity of one of its side edges, on which the lifting fork 40 rests.
- FIG 5 now shows a further alternative possibility of picking up the soil recycler 10 with a lifting fork 42.
- the fork tines 40 are arranged on both sides of the support plate 26 and protrude with their free ends into the area of the rear side of the housing 16.
- the free legs of the L-shaped lifting fork 42 are at the one against the rear side of the housing 16 and the other against the soil recycling device 29 so that the soil recycler 10 rests on the lifting fork 40 with these areas.
- the lifting fork 40 rests with its fork tines 42 against ribs 53 which are provided to reinforce the housing and are therefore arranged between the two fork tines 42 .
- additional recesses 34" are provided (in general, exclusive recesses 34" can also be provided as the only recesses), which reach through the fork prongs 40 and which are provided at the transition from the top side 18 of the housing to the rear side 16 of the housing.
- Further additional cutouts 34 ′ are shown at the transition from the rear side 16 of the housing to the bottom side 20 of the housing and as cutouts 34 on the top side 18 of the housing.

Description
The invention relates to a soil recycler with a housing for accommodating the soil recycling device with a housing top and bottom, housing front and rear and two housing side surfaces arranged opposite one another, the housing front having an opening for accommodating the material to be treated, in particular to be recycled, in particular to be mixed and /or has to be crushed and/or to be screened and the rear of the housing has an opening for dispensing the recycled, in particular mixed and/or broken and/or screened goods.
Soil recyclers are widely known in the prior art, in particular also as additional devices for excavators or other construction machines. In conjunction with quick-change devices and rotary heads, they offer cost savings and increased mobility as cost-effective changing devices.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a soil recycler which ensures further simple and safe transport options.
The object is achieved according to the invention by a soil recycler with the features of claim 1.
A soil recycler and a soil recycling device should also be understood to mean a design in which different soil processing functions are provided simultaneously or alternatively interchangeably. For example, a crushing and sieving function can be provided at the same time, or a mixing function. That is, the soil recycler can be equipped with a device that is crushing and screening device at the same time or can comprise two devices that are provided at the same time. In addition, an exchangeable soil recycling device can be provided.
Die Bodenrecycleeinrichtung kann dabei vorzugsweise Wellen aufweisen, die sich zwischen den beiden Gehäuseseitenflächen erstreckenThe soil recycling device can preferably have shafts that extend between the two housing side surfaces
According to the invention, it is provided that the housing has a first receiving device for receiving a pair of fork tines of a lifting fork, the receiving device comprising two recesses, which are spaced apart in particular in the longitudinal direction from shafts of the floor recycling device and are designed in such a way that the respective fork tines of the lifting fork can engage therein.
The invention has the particular advantage that, through the receiving device with the recesses that are spaced apart from one another, forks of a lifting fork can engage therein in such a way that the soil recycler is prevented from tilting, as would be the case with a single recess.
The first receiving device is particularly preferred either in the area of the upper side of the housing and/or the lower side of the housing. Starting from here, the recesses extend in the direction of the opposite side of the housing.
In this way, no lifting means such as lifting ropes, belts or load hooks are necessary for transport and, in particular, an alternative transport variant to the transport pallet can be provided. The soil recycler can only be moved and moved with the help of a lifting fork. When transporting to the next place of use on transport vehicles with a loading area, e.g. B. a truck, the Bodenreycler is then secured directly on the loading area. This places the center of gravity further down, so that the tilting moment of the soil recycler can be influenced more favorably, thus increasing transport safety. The distance between the recesses is designed in such a way that it corresponds to the usual distance of a lifting fork or the recesses can be easily accommodated structurally and with regard to the load on the components.
Appropriate means, such as openings or eyelets, can be provided on the soil recycler for further securing, e.g. during transport.
It is particularly preferred if, as a further transport variant, a support can be provided on the rear side of the housing, which forms a second receiving device for a lifting fork. This support can in particular be releasably attachable and can extend between the upper side and the lower side of the housing and can in particular be formed by a strut. The strut of the support can in particular be U-shaped. However, other profiles can also be used as a strut. A further transport variant can be created by such a second receiving device. If the first receiving device is provided on the top and/or bottom of the housing and thus offers a transport option when the soil recycler is essentially stationary, the second receiving device offers a transport option with a lifting fork if the soil recycler is to be picked up in the area of the rear side of the housing. The detachable arrangement of the support ensures that the support does not conflict with the soil recycling device during operation of the soil recycler or material wedges on it and possibly blocks the provided shafts or screens. The support on the housing can be screwed and / or plugged in and particularly preferably has recesses that move the forks in the longitudinal direction prevent support. In this way, the soil recycler can be transported by a lifting fork in the area of its rear housing and resting on it, lateral slipping and also tilting of the soil recycler on the lifting fork being prevented by the recesses in the support, in that the fork tines are guided in the recesses . In addition, further projecting stop elements can be provided on the soil recycler, for example in the area of the back of the housing, which further prevent the soil recycler from slipping sideways on a lifting fork.
It is particularly preferred if the support is provided centrally between the two side surfaces of the housing. Depending on the size of the soil recycler, however, the support can also be arranged off-centre, it being particularly preferred if the support is located far enough away from one of the side surfaces that a secure second support for the lifting fork is created, the soil recycler then on the one hand rests with one edge of the housing surfaces and the other with the support on the lifting fork. For this purpose it can be provided that the side surfaces of the housing are designed accordingly in order to realize a good support option. In particular, further recesses can be provided on the edges of the side surfaces of the housing, which point in the direction of the rear side of the housing.
In addition, alternative further possibilities of attacking a lifting fork on the soil recycler can be provided.
In particular, it is conceivable that the lifting fork accommodates the floor recycler in the area of the housing top and rear side, so that the floor recycler rests on the lifting fork in particular with the housing rear and in the area of the floor recycling device and in particular with the floor recycling device. It is particularly preferred if ribs are provided on the soil recycler, which can also have further stiffening properties, which are provided on both sides of a coupling device and extend into the area of the rear side of the housing, with the fork tines resting against these ribs from the outside and so a possibility of the soil recycler slipping during transport is reduced. In addition or as an alternative, (additional) spaced recesses for receiving a lifting fork can also be provided on the rear side of the housing. Alternatively, these can also be provided as the only first receiving device.
Furthermore, it is still also possible to place the floor recycler with one of its housing sides, in particular the rear side or the bottom side of the housing, on a transport pallet and to transport it together with the transport pallet. In particular, fastening means can also be provided for this purpose.
Both the recesses and the recesses can have a preferably rectangular shape, which is preferably adapted to the shape of the forks of lifting forks. The receiving devices are preferably designed in such a way that the soil recycler does not become detached from the lifting fork, even in inclined positions or on uneven terrain on construction sites.
Furthermore, according to the invention, a coupling device for coupling to an excavator or another construction machine, e.g. a loader, is provided on the upper side of the housing, with the recesses being arranged in particular on both sides of the coupling device. If ribs are provided to support the forks in a transport situation in which the soil recycler rests on the back of the housing, these are preferably also on both sides of the coupling device or a support plate connected to the housing provided for this purpose.
Such coupling devices are generally known as quick couplers for construction machinery. If the recesses are provided in the area of the upper side of the housing, they are preferably arranged on both sides of the coupling device.
The center of gravity of the soil recycler is then below the point of attack, so that there is no risk of the soil recycler hanging on the lifting fork tipping over.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the first receiving device with the cutouts extends over a defined length between the front and rear of the housing when the cutouts are arranged on the top of the housing and/or the bottom of the housing, or between the top of the housing and the bottom of the housing when the cutouts are arranged on the rear of the housing . Alternatively, at least two recess elements spaced apart in the respective directions can be provided for each recess, which are aligned with one another and together form the recess. In this way, a tilting moment in the longitudinal direction of the fork tines can be reduced, further increasing safety.
It is particularly preferred if the soil recycling device is held in the housing so that it can be driven in an exchangeable manner. The soil recycling facility includes z. B. a crushing device, which usually has crushing disks or crushing elements carrying shafts which cooperate with each other to break the good and this convey between them. A screening device usually has a screen insert, which can also be supplemented by shafts carrying leaves (elements) or disks, which promote a movement of the material to be screened and transport it through the screen. The good is thereby transported from the front of the housing, which is shown in Art a chute or a hopper, and fed to the soil recycling device and conveyed through it and discharged again via the openings on the rear side of the housing.
Insbesondere kann der Bodenrecycler dem Mischen, Zerschneiden oder sonstigen Zerkleinern oder Klassieren von Material, insbesondere Boden dienenIn principle, different soil recycling devices, e.g. screening, mixing or crushing devices can be used separately from each other in the housing. However, a combination is also conceivable. In particular, the soil recycler can be used for mixing, cutting up or otherwise crushing or classifying material, in particular soil

The

The support 50 can be arranged essentially centrally between the two
In order to prevent the
In the manner described above, a safe and simple transport by means of a lifting fork for a floor recycler is made possible, with different working positions of the lifting fork being able to be realized in addition to the already known possibility of transport on a transport pallet.
