Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wall connection between a first wall and a second wall, the first wall and the second wall being connected to one another, the first wall having a strip-shaped wall recess, the second wall being arranged in sections on the front side in the wall recess, so that a end face of the second wall is arranged completely in the wall recess, the first wall and the second wall being connected to one another by at least one fastening element and a width of the wall recess being greater than a thickness of the second wall, as a result of which areas between edge sections of the wall recess and opposite ones Wall surface sections of the second wall are formed, which are filled with a filling material, so that the wall connection is hermetically sealed over an entire height of the second wall.
  • these wall connections are subsequently produced connections of walls of a building that are produced separately and are arranged adjacent to one another.
  • the walls can be made of precast concrete, for example.
  • the sleeve can be a steel sleeve, for example.
  • the sleeve can initially be used to drill a hole through the end face of the second wall into the second wall.
  • a suitable dowel can then be arranged in the bore and the first wall and the second wall can be connected to one another by means of a screw which is fixed to the dowel and rests against the first wall surface.
  • the first wall and the second wall can be arranged and aligned relative to one another particularly easily, with component tolerances being easily compensated for since the second wall is only arranged so far in the wall recess must be that the filling material can be introduced between the edge sections of the wall recess and the opposing wall surface sections of the second wall in order to ensure adequate fire protection and soundproofing.
  • the second wall can also be arranged deeper in the wall recess to compensate for tolerances. It is therefore provided according to the invention that a depth of the wall recess is greater than a width of a wall section of the second wall arranged within the wall recess.
  • Such an arrangement of the first wall and the second wall relative to one another means that an air gap remains between the end face of the second wall and the wall recess even after the filling material has been introduced from the side.
  • the entire depth of the wall recess is used for tolerance compensation, so that the end face of the second wall bears against the wall recess.
  • the first wall and the second wall each consist of at least one prefabricated wall element.
  • the prefabricated wall elements can in particular be made of concrete.
  • the strip-shaped wall recess can simply be made, for example, in the concrete factory during the manufacture of the Wall prefabricated elements are taken into account and introduced into the wall prefabricated element.
  • the fastening element is fixed in a positive and/or non-positive manner in the second wall and on the first wall.
  • the simplest and most cost-effective production of the wall connection is achieved in that the fastening element has a screw.
  • the building can also be easily dismantled again or the wall connection can be dissolved.
  • the screw connection is suitable for positively locking the fastening element in the second wall and on the first wall.
  • the screw can be designed to be self-tapping, so that the screw can easily be screwed into the second wall.
  • the fastening element can also have a dowel in addition to the screw, with the dowel being arranged in the second wall and with the screw being screwed into the dowel, the dowel being spread as a result and being positively and non-positively connected to a wall for the dowel in the second wall provided dowel hole are connected.
  • the screw advantageously rests against the first wall with a screw head on the wall surface of the first wall opposite the wall recess.
  • a steel plate designed as a washer can also be arranged on the wall surface of the first wall opposite the wall recess, against which the screw head rests and via which the clamping forces acting on the first wall from the screw head are transmitted over the surface to the first wall.
  • the invention provides that the fastening element is glued into a corresponding hole in the masonry of the second wall.
  • the invention provides that the first wall has a fastening recess formed on the first wall surface opposite the strip-shaped wall recess, with a head section of the fastening element being arranged completely in the fastening recess and the fastener extends from the head portion through the first wall towards the second wall.
  • a fastening recess the area is specified in which the connection between the first wall and the second wall is to be made on site by the skilled worker in order to be able to meet the static requirements placed on the connection of the walls to one another. In this way, a sufficient connection between the walls can be easily and reliably ensured.
  • the use of a mounting recess allows the first wall to be flush with the surface, since the Fastening element on the opposite side of the second wall does not protrude beyond the first wall.
  • an inspection flap for example, which is flush with the first wall, can also be arranged on the fastening recess in order to enable subsequent revision of the connection between the first wall and the second wall.
  • the building made with the wall connections according to the invention can also be easily dismantled later in this way when the intended use has taken place and the building is no longer needed.
  • the head section comprises in particular the screw head of the screw.
  • the first wall consists of at least two wall elements arranged adjacent to one another, the strip-shaped wall recess being formed in the region of a butt joint of the wall elements in the first wall element and the second wall element.
  • the wall elements can be prefabricated concrete parts which are arranged relative to one another in such a way that end faces of the two wall elements are arranged adjacent to one another.
  • the strip-shaped wall recess is therefore designed in two parts, one half of the strip-shaped wall recess being located in the sections of the wall elements extending to the end faces of the wall elements arranged adjacent to one another are trained.
  • a self-tapping screw is to be used to connect the wall elements to one another, this screw can simply be screwed through the butt joint into a hole in the second wall arranged in the strip-shaped wall recess.
  • a hole can easily be drilled through the butt joint, for example to be able to arrange a dowel in a corresponding dowel hole in the second wall.
  • the invention provides for a spacer element to be arranged in an upper area between the first wall and the second wall, with the spacer element being arranged in the upper area before the fastening element is installed, in order to prevent displacement of the second wall relative to the first wall to avoid when mounting the fastener.
  • a spacer element to be arranged in an upper area between the first wall and the second wall, with the spacer element being arranged in the upper area before the fastening element is installed, in order to prevent displacement of the second wall relative to the first wall to avoid when mounting the fastener.
  • the spacer element can be a wedge, for example. To arrange the wedge, the first wall and the second wall are first aligned relative to one another before the wall connection is made and brought to the desired end position. The spacer element is then arranged between the first wall and the second wall and the connection is established by inserting the fastening element or elements.
  • a concrete element can advantageously be used according to the invention, the concrete element having the strip-shaped recess and the sleeve, which extends between a first wall surface of the concrete element and an opposite second wall surface of the concrete element and opens out in the area of the recess.
  • the wall connection according to the invention is particularly suitable for the production of buildings from precast concrete elements.
  • the strip-shaped recess and the sleeve can be provided at the factory in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.
  • the sleeve is advantageously a steel sleeve.
  • the strip-shaped recess extends over the entire height of the concrete element. In this way, the alignment of the first wall and the second wall relative to one another during assembly is possible in a particularly simple manner.
  • a wall connection 1 between a first wall 2 and a second wall 3 is shown schematically.
  • the first wall 2 has a strip-shaped wall recess 4 in which the second wall is arranged in sections with a wall section 5 so that an end face 6 of the second wall 3 is arranged completely in the wall recess 4 .
  • the first wall 2 and the second wall 3 are connected to one another with a fastening element 7 .
  • the fastening element 7 is a screw 8.
  • the screw 8 is designed to be self-tapping and was screwed through the first wall 2 into the second wall 3 at the end after the first wall 2 and the second wall 3 were aligned relative to one another.
  • a fastening recess 10 is formed on a first wall surface 9 of the first wall 2 opposite the strip-shaped wall recess 4 .
  • a The head section 11 of the screw 8 is arranged completely in the fastening recess 10 so that the head section 11 and the fastening opening 10 can be covered in such a way that a corresponding cover is flush with the wall surface surrounding the fastening opening 10 .
  • a width 12 of the wall recess 4 is greater than a thickness 13 of the second wall 3.
  • areas 16 are formed between edge sections 14 of the wall recess 4 and opposite wall surface sections 15 of the wall section 5 of the second wall 3, which are filled with a filling material 17.
  • the first wall 2 is a concrete element 18.
  • the concrete element 18 has been produced as a prefabricated wall element 19 in a concrete plant.
  • the second wall 3 is also a prefabricated wall element 19 made of reinforced concrete.
  • the first wall 2 is first set up and aligned.
  • a mortar bed is first produced on the subsoil and the first wall 2 is lifted onto this mortar bed with a crane, aligned and provisionally fixed with the aid of suitable supports or the like.
  • Another bed of mortar is then produced on the subsoil, on which the second wall 3 is also lifted with the aid of the crane and arranged and aligned relative to the first wall 2 in the wall recess 4 .
  • a wedge is placed in an upper region between the first wall 2 and the second Wall 3 arranged before then the self-tapping screws 8 are screwed end face through the first wall 2 in the second wall 3 to establish the connection between the first wall 2 and the second wall 3. Finally, the filling material 17 is placed in the area.
  • FIG. 2 shows a diagrammatically illustrated sectional view of a wall connection 1, the first wall 2 being produced from two wall elements 20 arranged adjacent to one another.
  • the strip-shaped wall recess 4 is formed in the area of a butt joint 21 of the wall elements 20 .
