Definitions
- locking unit means in particular an additional lock of an espagnolette lock or also a central lock of an espagnolette lock.
- Additional locks on the one hand and the handle and key-operated central lock are connected to each other in a manner known per se via connecting rods, so that in the course of locking, not only the central lock, for example, arranged in the central lock, but also the locking elements (especially latchbolts) arranged in the additional locks are excluded.
- the invention consequently relates to a self-locking locking unit or a self-locking lock, which in practice is also referred to as an automatic lock.
- Characteristic of such an automatic lock is the fact that the locking elements, e.g. B. the latch bolt of the additional lock, automatically enters the locking position when the door is closed.
- the invention relates to an embodiment with magnetic release, ie a release magnet is provided, which is preferably arranged in or on the (frame-side) locking bar.
- a release magnet is provided, which is preferably arranged in or on the (frame-side) locking bar.
- Such a locking unit is z. B. from the DE 10 2008 011 551 A1 known.
- the locking element is designed as a latch bolt, the latch bolt being positively coupled to the lock chain via an intermediate lever.
- Such an embodiment with magnetic release has proven itself to be outstanding in practice, but it can be further developed. - This is where the invention comes in.
- an espagnolette lock with on the one hand the main lock and on the other hand at least one secondary lock, the secondary lock containing a locking element which can be adjusted between a locking position and an unlocking position and which can be automatically adjusted into the locking position when the lock or the door is moved into the locked position.
- a conventional lock latch is provided, which is mounted displaceably between an extended position and a retracted position.
- the latch of the secondary lock and the locking element of the secondary lock are each assigned a frame-side recess into which the locking element of the secondary lock in the locking position or the latch of the secondary lock in the extended position engages in the closed position of the lock.
- the locking element can, for. B.
- the lock latch is a conventional lock latch that is spring-loaded and, when unloaded, assumes an extended position.
- the lock latch consequently runs with its inclined surface against the frame when the door is closed and is thereby pressed in the direction of its retracted position.
- the latch of the secondary lock is coupled to a transmission element via a pivot lever in such a way that when the handle is actuated of the main lock and an accompanying movement of the drive rod, the lock latch is brought into the retracted position against the force of the spring element. When the handle is released, the lock latch automatically returns to the extended position by means of the force of the spring element.
- the position of the leaf in the area of the secondary lock is to be fixed in such a way that the hook bolt is free and without friction in the course of the self-actuated locking triggered by the closing of the leaf can retract the associated opening of the frame-side locking plate. Partial retraction of the lock latch is sufficient to ensure the desired, defined position of the sash.
- the lock latch is therefore stored decoupled from the automatic locking mechanism and can move into the extended position and fix the wing in the desired position before the locking element is automatically locked or triggered.
- the EP 2 543 802 A2 a lock with a latch and a locking element and with at least one securing element which can be adjusted between a securing position and an unlocking position by means of a magnetic attraction or repulsion force acting on the securing element and a release element on the frame side.
- the locking element is held in the unlocked position by this securing element.
- the locking element should be held in the unlocked position by the lock latch located in the retracted position.
- the triggering of the automatic locking should be controlled by a double safety device, namely once by the fact that it is in the unlocked position
- the locking element located in the locking position is held in the unlocking position by the locking element in the locking position and once in that the locking element in the unlocking position is held in the unlocking position by the latch located in the retracted position.
- a two-stage sequence control for triggering the automatic locking is implemented in the operation of the lock, which is intended to increase the reliability and security of the locking and effectively prevent incorrect operation.
- This lock which is primarily designed as a central lock of a multi-point lock, works with a conventional spring-loaded latch.
- a locking device for a door or a window which has a main lock case and at least one secondary or additional lock case, the secondary lock case having a bolt that can be freely closed in the unlocked position and at least one latch bolt can be displaced into a locking position by a latch spring beyond the latch position.
- the latch bolt forms a locking device for the drive rod, which is urged into a locking position by spring or gravity.
- the self-release is done mechanically by special locking and release elements in or on the latch bolt.
- a self-locking latch lock which can have a further latch and / or a bolt in addition to a latch, is from the EP 3 112 564 A1 known.
- the self-locking is triggered by an additional control latch.
- the invention is based on the technical problem of creating a locking unit for a locking system of a door, in particular for an espagnolette lock with multiple locking, which ensures reliable and functionally safe self-locking by magnetic release with increased burglary protection at the same time.
- a pivoting hook bolt is mounted in the lock housing in addition to the sliding latch bolt swiveled locking position engages behind the locking bar or the striking plate or an element in or on the locking bar and which is (forcibly) coupled to the lock chain in such a way that it is swiveled out with the lock chain from a swiveled unlocking position (ie lock chain in neutral unlocking position) into a Locking position (ie lock chain in lowered locking position) can be transferred and vice versa, with the swing bolt when the door leaf is in the closed position (only or only then) is transferred into the (fully) swung-out locking position if / as soon as the latch bolt reaches or passes over a partially extended limit position in which the latch bolt by a limit dimension (e.g. 13 mm) protrudes, which is larger than the unlocking dimension (
- the invention is based first of all on the knowledge that a simple and at the same time tamper-proof self-locking by magnetic triggering, taking into account a locking element provided in the locking unit, which either blocks or releases the independently movable lock chain in the lock case.
- complicated mechanical release mechanisms which in the prior art z. B. are integrated in a latch bolt or implemented by separate release levers, can be omitted.
- the magnetic self-triggering is characterized by a high level of manipulation security, since manipulation with purely mechanical means is not possible.
- the security against manipulation and burglary protection is further increased by providing a swiveling swivel hook bolt in addition to the sliding latch bolt, not in combination with a simple lock latch, but in combination with a further locking element, namely a latch bolt, so that by Combination of the two locking elements ensures a particularly high level of security.
- the two locking elements namely latch bolt on the one hand and swivel hook bolt on the other hand, move into their locking positions after the locking element is triggered magnetically.
- these locking processes are not carried out simultaneously, but staggered, because the hook bolt is only extended when the latch bolt has already dipped a certain amount into the locking bar, so that the latch bolt not only locks but also pre-centers the door takes place and so that the swivel hook bolt can reliably dip into the area of the locking bar and engage behind the locking bar or an element arranged thereon or in it.
- the pre-centering does not take place with a simple spring-loaded lock latch, but with a latch bolt which not only has a defined, fully extended (backpressure-secured) Locking position, but also a defined, partially extended (not back-up secured) unlocking position can take.
- the latch bolt is not fully positively or positively coupled to the lock chain, so that certain kinematics of the latch bolt are also possible regardless of the movement or position of the lock chain.
- a coupling between the lock chain and the latch bolt is preferably only implemented in such a way that the latch bolt can be retracted into the fully retracted open position by moving the lock chain (in particular by lifting the lock chain) from the (fully extended) locking position or from the (partially extended unlocking position) .
- the possibility in particular by push actuation or key actuation in the area of the main lock or by a motor drive, to open the latch bolt via the movement of the lock chain, which z. B.
- a coupling between the lock chain on the one hand and latch bolt on the other hand is implemented in such a way that the latch bolt is held in the partially extended unlocking position via the lock chain and the latch lever.
- the coupling of the latch bolt with the lock chain is consequently particularly preferably limited to a coupling in the unlocking or opening direction, ie in the course of lifting the lock chain.
- the coupling with the latch lever according to the invention is only configured on one side, in particular in order to avoid an always synchronous extension of the latch bolt on the one hand and the swivel bolt on the other.
- the lock chain is held by the latch bolt after being released by the locking element (as a result of a magnetic release), d. H. blocked against lowering until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the partially extended limit position.
- Such a blocking of the lock chain up to the partially extended limit position of the latch bolt can be implemented by suitable structural design of the lock chain on the one hand and the latch bolt on the other hand, so that the latch bolt blocks the lock chain directly.
- the operative connection between latch bolt and lock chain is realized in the course of a blocking via an additional element, namely an additional control lever, via which the lock chain is in operative connection with the latch bolt. If the lock chain z. B. released after a magnetic release by the locking element, there is not immediately a complete lowering of the lock chain, but the The lock chain is held by the control lever until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the limit position.
- the latch bolt is operatively connected to the lock chain via two elements or two levers, namely on the one hand the latch lever, which is particularly important in the course of unlocking and consequently in the course of lifting the lock chain, and on the other hand via the control lever, which in particular becomes important in the course of the lowering of the lock chain after an automatic release.
- the control lever can also be equipped as a pivoting lever that z. B. is pivotably mounted about a horizontal axis.
- This control lever itself is not spring-loaded.
- the latch lever itself is not directly spring-loaded.
- the latch bolt is directly spring-loaded, for example by a leg spring or a comparable spring element which acts on the latch bolt in the extension direction.
- the lock chain can be directly spring-loaded, namely for gravity assistance, i. H. the lock chain is not only made by gravity, but also by the force of another spring, e.g. B. a leg spring, pressed into the locking position and consequently into the lowered position.
- the control lever preferably has a control cam (at the end), which acts as it were between the latch bolt on the one hand and the lock chain on the other. So this control cam on the one hand from the latch bolt, z. B. an actuating surface or an actuating edge of the latch bolt and on the other hand, this control cam can then act on the lock chain and raise it.
- the lock chain itself can have a corresponding Have control contour on which the control lever, for. B. whose control cam works. The control contour is designed in such a way that the described blocking function of the lock chain is guaranteed until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the partially extended limit position.
- the security of the locking unit against break-ins and manipulation is increased by providing a latch bolt on the one hand and a swivel bolt on the other hand, the latch bolt not only assuming a latch function, but being designed as a locking element itself.
- the latch bolt itself is secured against being pushed back, for. B. with at least one additional securing element, which secures the latch bolt in the extended locking position against being pushed back.
- the latch bolt is secured against being pushed back in two or two stages, not only in the (fully) extended locking position, but also (already) in or from the partially extended limit position, from which the hook bolt also extends. It can, for. B.
- an additional safety element can be provided, which locks the latch bolt against pushing back in this locking position.
- the latchbolt is (already) secured against being pushed back when the latchbolt has moved out into the limit position (or beyond).
- An additional safety lever or locking lever can be provided for this purpose.
- this backpressure safeguard can preferably be implemented with the aid of the control lever already described in cooperation with the lock chain.
- the locking system is characterized by its special protection against manipulation and burglary, because the latchbolt is secured against being pushed back even if the latchbolt does not reach the fully extended locking position, but (only) the partially extended limit position or beyond.
- the hook bolt is (also) provided with a back pressure protection, e.g. B. via a (further) securing element, which z. B. can be designed as a safety lever.
- a back pressure protection e.g. B. via a (further) securing element, which z. B. can be designed as a safety lever.
- the additional swivel hook bolt which is swiveled out of the unlocking position into the locking position and vice versa during the movement of the lock chain, so that the swivel hook bolt is positively coupled to the lock chain in both directions of action.
- the lock chain has an actuating section, e.g. B. has an actuating arm or actuating projection which is coupled to the swivel hook bolt itself or to an (additional) operating lever for the swivel hook bolt.
- This operating lever can itself be designed as a pivotable or rotatable lever.
- the lock chain is coupled to the swivel hook bolt via a gear, preferably a reduction gear, so that the swivel hook bolt, for. B. is made possible by a pivot angle of 90 °.
- a gear preferably a reduction gear
- the aforementioned actuating lever forms a first gear element and that a second gear element is coupled to the swivel hook bolt (non-rotatably) or that the swivel hook bolt has a corresponding gear section as a second gear element or forms such.
- These gear elements can be provided with corresponding toothing, so that the reduction gear is preferably designed as a gear drive. In principle, however, other constructions and in particular gear constructions are also possible.
- a locking unit in particular an additional lock for an espagnolette lock, is made available, which ensures a reliable and functionally safe self-locking on the basis of a magnetic release.
- the locking unit is characterized by an increased degree of protection against manipulation and break-in, since (at least) two locking elements, namely on the one hand a latch bolt and on the other hand a swivel hook bolt, are provided.
- the functional reliability in the course of self-locking is optimized in particular by dispensing with a complete forced coupling between the latch bolt on the one hand and the lock chain on the other hand, and thus a synchronous movement of this component.
- the kinematics in the course of the self-locking is specified with regard to the time sequence, so that the swivel bolt is only swiveled out completely or only when the latch bolt has extended sufficiently and has ensured that the door is pre-centered.
- the invention also relates to an espagnolette lock with at least one central lock and with at least one additional lock, in particular such an additional lock being designed in the manner described.
- the locking unit is consequently not only independently placed under protection, but also an espagnolette lock with such a locking unit.
- a locking unit is also placed under protection, which on the one hand consists of a locking unit (or a connecting rod lock with several locking units) and on the other hand, there is a locking bar assigned to the locking unit, the release magnet being arranged in or on this locking bar.
- Fig. 1 shows an espagnolette lock that can be mounted on a door leaf, which as Locking units 1, 2 have, on the one hand, a central lock 1 and, on the other hand, an upper and a lower additional lock 2, which are attached to a (common) lock faceplate 5 on the rear.
- the central lock 1 can be a lock latch, a central bolt, a lock nut and / or a lock cylinder in a manner known per se exhibit. Details are not shown.
- the additional locks 2 that can be actuated via the connecting rods 6 each have a lock housing 22.
- a displaceable (plate-shaped) lock chain 4 is arranged in the lock housing 22.
- a latch bolt 3 is provided in the lock housing as the first locking element, which is displaceable in the lock housing 22 and which has a beveled actuating edge 14 assigned to the locking bar 7 and is loaded with a latch spring 13 in the direction of an extended locking position.
- the associated drive rod 6 works on the connected lock chain 4 of the additional lock 2, which is guided along the lock faceplate 5 and thus displaceably in the lock housing 22 of the additional lock 2 in the vertical direction.
- the latch bolt 3 is moved from a (completely) locked locking position ( Figure 5a , 5b ) in a (fully) enclosed unlocking position ( Fig. 3 ) and vice versa. While such unlocking z. B. is carried out manually via the central lock or via a motor, the locking takes place in the espagnolette or the espagnolette according to the invention Additional locking 2 according to the invention automatically or automatically as soon as the door or the door leaf arrives in the closed position.
- a locking element 9 is provided in the additional lock 2, which keeps the lock chain 4 in the (neutral) unlocking position.
- a triggering magnet 10 arranged on the locking strip 7 is assigned to this blocking element 9.
- This release magnet 10 on the locking bar side works for automatic locking or for an automatic release of the latch bolt 3 on the locking element 9, which then releases the lock chain 4 so that the locking element 3 is automatically transferred into the locking position.
- the locking element 9 is designed as a linearly displaceable locking pin 9 which, in order to unlock the lock chain 4, is moved in the direction of the release magnet 10 in an attractive manner.
- the release magnet 10 is designed as a permanent magnet.
- the assigned locking element 9 is not itself permanently magnetic, but magnetizable and consequently made of a ferromagnetic material so that it is attracted by the release magnet 10.
- the lock chain 4 itself is on the one hand by gravity and on the other hand by a locking spring 38 from the (neutral) unlocking position ( Fig. 2a , 2 B ) to the lowered locking position ( Figure 5a , 5b ) can be transferred as soon as the release magnet moves the locking pin 9 and this releases the lock chain 4.
- a swivel hook bolt 25 pivotable about a (vertical) axis 26 is mounted in the lock housing 22, which in its pivoted locking position dips into a recess in the locking bar (striking plate) and engages behind the locking bar 7.
- This additional swivel hook bolt 25 the manipulation and break-in security of the locking unit is increased.
- This swivel hook bolt 25 is connected to the lock chain 4 Forcibly coupled in such a way that it can be transferred with the lock chain 4 from a pivoted unlocking position (in which the lock chain is in the neutral unlocking position) into a pivoted locking position (in which the lock chain is in the lowered locking position) and vice versa.
- both the latch bolt 3 and the swivel hook bolt 25 consequently move out into the respective locking positions.
- the construction is designed in such a way that when the door leaf is in the closed position, the swivel bolt 25 is immediately transferred into the swung-out locking position if or as soon as the latch bolt 3 reaches a partially extended limit position ( Fig. 4 ), in which the latch bolt protrudes by a limit dimension M2, which is greater than the unlocking dimension M1 in the unlocking position and also smaller than the locking dimension M3 in the fully extended locking position.
- FIGS. 2a and 2 B show the additional lock 2 from opposite directions, namely in an unlocked position with the door open.
- the swivel hook bolt 25 is consequently in the pivoted unlocking position and the latch bolt 3 is in the partially extended unlocking position.
- the lock chain 4 is in the neutral unlocking position. It can be seen that a guide pin 40 arranged on the lock housing 22 engages in an elongated hole 41 in the lock chain 4 in such a way that the lock chain 4 from this neutral unlocking position according to FIG Fig. 2a , 2 B can be shifted to a certain extent in both vertical directions and consequently either raised or lowered.
- the latch bolt 3 protrudes over the lock housing 22 or the lock faceplate 5 by the unlocking dimension M1.
- This unlocking dimension M1 is approximately 10 mm in the exemplary embodiment.
- the latch bolt 3 is in operative connection with the lock chain 4 via a latch lever 12, which is designed as a pivotable lever (about a horizontal axis 15) in the exemplary embodiment L-shaped and has a first arm 12a assigned to the lock chain 4 and a second arm assigned to the latch bolt 3 Has arm 12b.
- An actuating cam or actuating pin 17 is arranged on the lock chain 4 and pushes the first arm 12a of the lever 12 upwards.
- the second arm 12b thus acts on an actuating cam 3b which is arranged on a bolt extension 3a of the latch bolt 3, so that the latch bolt 3 (guided in the bolt guide sleeve 18) is withdrawn into the retracted open position (cf. Fig. 3 ).
- the lock chain 4 sinks back into the Fig. 2a , 2 B neutral position shown, so that the latch bolt 3 again assumes the partially extended (not secured against being pushed back) unlocking position. A further lowering of the lock chain 4 is prevented by means of the locking pin 9, which engages under a locking edge 11 on the lock chain 4. In this neutral position of the lock chain 4, the latch bolt 3 is held in the partially extended unlocking position via the latch lever 12 ( Fig. 2a , 2 B ).
- the release magnet 10 arranged on the locking bar 7 also comes into the vicinity of the locking pin 9, so that the release magnet 10 attracts the locking pin 9 (against the force of a locking spring).
- This triggering movement of the locking pin 9 via the magnet 10 is made possible by the previously described lifting of the lock chain 4, since an interlocking of pin 9 and lock chain 4 is eliminated.
- the latch bolt 3 reaches the area of a corresponding bolt receptacle, e.g. B. an opening in the locking bar 7 and thus the latch bolt 3 can retract into the recess of the locking bar due to the spring force. Since the lock chain 4 is no longer held by the locking pin and consequently sinks, the latch bolt 3 is also no longer held in the partially extended position, but can extend completely.
- the lock chain 4 sinks into the lowered locking position and in the course of this lowering the swivel hook bolt 25 is pivoted out.
- the lock chain 4 is coupled to the swivel hook bolt 25.
- the lock chain 4 has a (hook-like) actuating arm 35 which interacts with the swivel hook bolt 25 via an actuating lever 36, to be precise with the formation of a reduction gear.
- the actuating lever 36 with its teeth 36 ' forms the first gear element and the swivel hook bolt is non-rotatably connected (or possibly also in one piece) with a second gear element 37, which has a toothing 37 '. This functional position is then in the Figure 5a , 5b shown.
- the latch bolt 3 is also fully extended in this locked functional position.
- the swivel hook bolt 25 is secured against being pushed back by means of a securing lever 33.
- the latch bolt 3 is in the in Figure 5a , 5b

Description
The invention relates to a locking unit for a locking system of a door, in particular for an espagnolette lock with multiple locking, with at least
- one on a door leaf, e.g. B. lock faceplates mountable lock housing,
- a lock chain displaceable in the lock housing,
- and at least one latch bolt which is displaceable in the lock housing and which has a beveled actuating edge assigned to the locking bar and is loaded with a latch spring in the direction of an extended locking position,
wherein the lock chain is held by a locking element in the (neutral) unlocking position and wherein the latch bolt is held by the lock chain in its (neutral) unlocking position in the partially extended unlocking position,
wherein the locking element for automatically locking the locking unit can be actuated by a release magnet in such a way that the locking element releases the lock chain (in the lowered locking position) so that the latch bolt is automatically transferred into the extended locking position.
In the context of the invention, locking unit means in particular an additional lock of an espagnolette lock or also a central lock of an espagnolette lock. Additional locks on the one hand and the handle and key-operated central lock are connected to each other in a manner known per se via connecting rods, so that in the course of locking, not only the central lock, for example, arranged in the central lock, but also the locking elements (especially latchbolts) arranged in the additional locks are excluded. The invention consequently relates to a self-locking locking unit or a self-locking lock, which in practice is also referred to as an automatic lock. Characteristic of such an automatic lock is the fact that the locking elements, e.g. B. the latch bolt of the additional lock, automatically enters the locking position when the door is closed. The invention relates to an embodiment with magnetic release, ie a release magnet is provided, which is preferably arranged in or on the (frame-side) locking bar. As soon as the door is closed, the locking element in the locking unit reaches the area of the release magnet, so that the lock chain is released. In the course of the lowering of the lock chain into the locking position, the latch bolt automatically moves into the extended locking position, so that self-locking is achieved by magnetic release.

To solve this problem, the invention teaches a locking unit with the features of
with the swing bolt when the door leaf is in the closed position (only or only then) is transferred into the (fully) swung-out locking position if / as soon as the latch bolt reaches or passes over a partially extended limit position in which the latch bolt by a limit dimension (e.g. 13 mm) protrudes, which is larger than the unlocking dimension (e.g. 10 mm) in the unlocking position and which is also smaller than the locking dimension (e.g. approx. 20 mm) which the latch bolt assumes in the extended locking position.
In terms of construction, this can preferably be achieved in that the lock chain is (only) in operative connection with the latch bolt via at least one latch lever (mounted pivotably about an axis) in such a way that the latch bolt is moved from the locking position or from the partially extended unlocking position into the latch bolt via the latch lever fully retracted open position is retractable and that the latch bolt is held in the partially extended unlocking position with the door open. While z. B. in the
According to the invention, the lock chain is held by the latch bolt after being released by the locking element (as a result of a magnetic release), d. H. blocked against lowering until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the partially extended limit position.
Such a blocking of the lock chain up to the partially extended limit position of the latch bolt can be implemented by suitable structural design of the lock chain on the one hand and the latch bolt on the other hand, so that the latch bolt blocks the lock chain directly. According to the invention, the operative connection between latch bolt and lock chain is realized in the course of a blocking via an additional element, namely an additional control lever, via which the lock chain is in operative connection with the latch bolt. If the lock chain z. B. released after a magnetic release by the locking element, there is not immediately a complete lowering of the lock chain, but the The lock chain is held by the control lever until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the limit position.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the latch bolt is operatively connected to the lock chain via two elements or two levers, namely on the one hand the latch lever, which is particularly important in the course of unlocking and consequently in the course of lifting the lock chain, and on the other hand via the control lever, which in particular becomes important in the course of the lowering of the lock chain after an automatic release.
The control lever can also be equipped as a pivoting lever that z. B. is pivotably mounted about a horizontal axis. This control lever itself is not spring-loaded. It can also be useful that the latch lever itself is not directly spring-loaded. However, it is preferably provided that on the one hand the latch bolt is directly spring-loaded, for example by a leg spring or a comparable spring element which acts on the latch bolt in the extension direction. In addition, the lock chain can be directly spring-loaded, namely for gravity assistance, i. H. the lock chain is not only made by gravity, but also by the force of another spring, e.g. B. a leg spring, pressed into the locking position and consequently into the lowered position.
The control lever preferably has a control cam (at the end), which acts as it were between the latch bolt on the one hand and the lock chain on the other. So this control cam on the one hand from the latch bolt, z. B. an actuating surface or an actuating edge of the latch bolt and on the other hand, this control cam can then act on the lock chain and raise it. The lock chain itself can have a corresponding Have control contour on which the control lever, for. B. whose control cam works. The control contour is designed in such a way that the described blocking function of the lock chain is guaranteed until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the partially extended limit position.
According to the invention, it is of particular importance that the security of the locking unit against break-ins and manipulation is increased by providing a latch bolt on the one hand and a swivel bolt on the other hand, the latch bolt not only assuming a latch function, but being designed as a locking element itself. For this purpose, it is particularly advantageous if the latch bolt itself is secured against being pushed back, for. B. with at least one additional securing element, which secures the latch bolt in the extended locking position against being pushed back. Particularly preferably, the latch bolt is secured against being pushed back in two or two stages, not only in the (fully) extended locking position, but also (already) in or from the partially extended limit position, from which the hook bolt also extends. It can, for. B. for the back pressure protection in the fully extended locking position, an additional safety element can be provided, which locks the latch bolt against pushing back in this locking position. In addition, the latchbolt is (already) secured against being pushed back when the latchbolt has moved out into the limit position (or beyond). An additional safety lever or locking lever can be provided for this purpose. In the limit position, however, this backpressure safeguard can preferably be implemented with the aid of the control lever already described in cooperation with the lock chain. For this, reference is made to the description of the figures. In any case, it is particularly advantageous if a two-stage back pressure protection is implemented both for the locking position and for the limit position, preferably by the interaction of the latch bolt with the lock chain, for. B. with the interposition of one or more safety elements. In this case, the locking system is characterized by its special protection against manipulation and burglary, because the latchbolt is secured against being pushed back even if the latchbolt does not reach the fully extended locking position, but (only) the partially extended limit position or beyond. The hook bolt is (also) provided with a back pressure protection, e.g. B. via a (further) securing element, which z. B. can be designed as a safety lever. One possible embodiment is described in the description of the figures.
Of particular importance within the scope of the invention is the additional swivel hook bolt, which is swiveled out of the unlocking position into the locking position and vice versa during the movement of the lock chain, so that the swivel hook bolt is positively coupled to the lock chain in both directions of action. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the lock chain has an actuating section, e.g. B. has an actuating arm or actuating projection which is coupled to the swivel hook bolt itself or to an (additional) operating lever for the swivel hook bolt. This operating lever can itself be designed as a pivotable or rotatable lever. It is particularly advantageous if the lock chain is coupled to the swivel hook bolt via a gear, preferably a reduction gear, so that the swivel hook bolt, for. B. is made possible by a pivot angle of 90 °. Constructively there is z. B. the possibility that the aforementioned actuating lever forms a first gear element and that a second gear element is coupled to the swivel hook bolt (non-rotatably) or that the swivel hook bolt has a corresponding gear section as a second gear element or forms such. These gear elements can be provided with corresponding toothing, so that the reduction gear is preferably designed as a gear drive. In principle, however, other constructions and in particular gear constructions are also possible.
Overall, according to the invention, a locking unit, in particular an additional lock for an espagnolette lock, is made available, which ensures a reliable and functionally safe self-locking on the basis of a magnetic release. In addition, the locking unit is characterized by an increased degree of protection against manipulation and break-in, since (at least) two locking elements, namely on the one hand a latch bolt and on the other hand a swivel hook bolt, are provided. The functional reliability in the course of self-locking is optimized in particular by dispensing with a complete forced coupling between the latch bolt on the one hand and the lock chain on the other hand, and thus a synchronous movement of this component. The kinematics in the course of the self-locking is specified with regard to the time sequence, so that the swivel bolt is only swiveled out completely or only when the latch bolt has extended sufficiently and has ensured that the door is pre-centered.
The invention also relates to an espagnolette lock with at least one central lock and with at least one additional lock, in particular such an additional lock being designed in the manner described. The locking unit is consequently not only independently placed under protection, but also an espagnolette lock with such a locking unit. Furthermore, a locking unit is also placed under protection, which on the one hand consists of a locking unit (or a connecting rod lock with several locking units) and on the other hand, there is a locking bar assigned to the locking unit, the release magnet being arranged in or on this locking bar.
