Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

In conventional assembly workstations, the material required for assembly work is provided in material boxes. The material boxes can be designed as gripping trays. The assembly material or the delivered small parts must be transported to the respective workstation on a transport trolley after being picked. At work the delivered material must then be sorted into the containers available there, or the gripping trays at the workstations must be individually replaced.

As a result of this set-up activity or change of equipment due to a model change, a longer interruption of the assembly work at the assembly workstation is necessary. The set-up time of the individual assembly workstations adds up over several work shifts, which results in a reduction in the efficiency of assembly. A reduction in the set-up time of the individual assembly workstation thus leads to higher assembly efficiency, whereby the costs for the assembly of an individual component can be reduced.

The invention is based on the object of designing an effective system which enables the picking of small parts as well as a quick change of equipment or set-up of tools or material during the ongoing assembly at the assembly workstation.

The system comprises at least one gripping tray carrier which can be attached to a carrier system present at the assembly workstation. The gripping tray carrier can be transported to the assembly workstation with a suitable transport system for the effective picking of small parts as well as for the quick loading of assembly workstations with assembly material and tools, where it can be exchanged in a very time-efficient manner.

The grab shell carrier is preferably designed so that it can be comfortably carried by one person. It preferably comprises a support rail which is suitable for receiving or holding at least one material box or at least one tool carrier. The at least one material box can be designed as a gripping tray. Gripping bowls have ergonomically designed gripping surfaces. These enable parts to be picked up quickly and safely from the tray. The support rail has a first free end and a second free end. The mounting rail can be straight or curved. The mounting rail can preferably comprise a receiving means by means of which the at least one material box or the at least one tool carrier can be attached to the support rail. The receiving means can for example be designed as a groove as a lip. The at least one material box or the at least one tool carrier can accordingly comprise a tongue or another fastening element which can engage in the groove of the support rail, whereby the at least one material box or the at least one tool carrier is held on the support rail. Alternatively, the at least one material box or the at least one tool carrier can also be fastened to the mounting rail by means of locking systems or screwed directly to the mounting rail.

In addition, the grab tray carrier includes handles for lifting and positioning the grab tray carrier. The handles are each arranged on the first free end and on the second free end of the support rail.

The handles can have a locking device for ergonomic handling of the gripping pan carrier system, so that the gripping pan carrier can be suspended, for example, in a transport trolley and locked there. The handles are preferably attached to the first free end and the second free end of the support rail via handle supports. The handle supports can be designed as angled metal sheets or blocks made of plastic. The handles or the handle supports can preferably extend away from the support rail at right angles. The handles can preferably run parallel to the material boxes or the tool carriers. As a result of this arrangement, the material boxes or tool carriers are located between the handles or the associated handle carriers and protect the material boxes from being lifted out of the support rail by an unintentional impact.

The gripping tray carrier has a fastening system for attachment to a shelf trolley or to a carrier system of an assembly workstation. For this purpose, fastening means are arranged on the support rail of the gripping pan carrier. The fastening means can be used so that the gripping tray carrier can be hung in a holding rail, for example of a shelf trolley, or in the holding rail of a carrier system of an assembly workstation. For this purpose, the holding means or holding rail can have a groove or a tab which receives the fastening means. The holding means or the holding rail is designed in such a way that the gripping tray carrier is securely held after it has been hooked into the holding means or the holding rail.

Alternatively, the fastening system can also be designed with two interlocking lips or as a locking connection, which ensure a secure hold.

The transport trolley for transporting the gripping tray carrier can be designed as a shelf trolley so that several gripping tray carriers can be arranged one above the other in parallel planes. This enables a quick and effective transport of several gripping tray carriers equipped with assembly material or tool carriers to the assembly workstations. This means that workplaces can be quickly retooled in a short set-up time.

Figure 1 FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a gripping tray carrier 700. The gripping tray carrier 700 comprises two handles 710 which are each fastened to a support rail 740 via a handle carrier 720. The support rail 740 has a first free end and a second free end. According to the invention, a handle carrier 720 is in each case on the first free end and on the second free end Arranged at the end of the support rail 740. The support rail 740 is thus fastened between the handle supports 720, so that the handle supports 720 form an external closure. The handle supports 720 are preferably designed as profiled sheets and point perpendicularly away from the support rail 740. In addition, the handle supports 720 preferably run almost parallel to the gripping trays 742.

The support rail comprises at least one receiving means, via which the at least one material box or the at least one tool carrier can be attached to the support rail. The receiving means on the support rail 740 is preferably designed as a groove 741 into which the gripping trays 742 can engage via a tongue. After the gripping trays 742 have been hooked into the groove 741 of the mounting rail 740, their rear side preferably lies against the mounting rail 740 with their rear side facing the mounting rail 740, so that a stable fit is ensured.

Two fastening means 745 are preferably arranged on the support rail 740 of the gripping pan carrier 700. The fastening means 745 can be used so that the gripping tray carrier 700 can be hung in a holding rail 750, for example of a shelf trolley 800 or an assembly workstation. For this purpose, the holding rail 750 has a groove 755 which receives the fastening means 745. The holding rail 750 is designed in such a way that the gripping tray carrier 700 is securely held after it has been hooked into the holding rail 750. In principle, however, a different number of fastening means can also be provided.

Figur 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Greifschalenträger 700. Figure 2 shows a top view of the gripping tray carrier 700.

Figure 3 shows a side view of the gripping tray carrier 700. The support rail 740 is preferably connected via several screws 715 to the handle carriers 720 on which the handles 710 are arranged.

Figure 4 shows a rack trolley 800 for the effective transport of several gripping tray carriers 700. The rack trolley 800 has an approximately rectangular base frame 805 and a structure 810 on the base frame 805. The base frame 805 and the structure 810 together, viewed from the side, have a trapezoidal shape. This shape improves the stability of the shelf trolley 800. In order to enable the gripping tray carrier 700 to be transported effectively, the shelf trolley 800 is preferably equipped with four rollers 820 on the base frame. In addition, the shelf trolley 800 preferably has at least one shelf 830 for storing, for example, picking lists. In addition, several handles 840 are preferably attached to the shelf trolley 800 for better handling of the shelf trolley 800. The handles are preferably at an ergonomic height for order pickers so that they can be easily reached while standing.

Holding rails 750 are preferably arranged at different heights on the shelf trolley 800 for suspending the gripping tray carrier 700. The holding rails 750 are preferably arranged horizontally on the structure 810 of the rack trolley 800 in several levels one above the other. The individual holding rails 750 preferably run parallel to one another. The holding rails 750 are preferably each provided with a groove 755 into which the fastening means 745 of the gripping tray carrier 700 can engage. The holding rails 750 can be inclined away from the shelf trolley 800 at a certain angle via spacers. This has the advantage that the gripping tray carrier 700 does not have to be removed vertically from the respective holding rail 750 of the rack trolley 800. In this way, it is prevented that when a gripping tray carrier 700 is removed, gripping trays 742 are accidentally pushed out of a grabbing tray carrier 700 arranged in a plane above, so that their contents fall onto the floor.

Figure 5 FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a gripping tray carrier 700 in a carrier system 100. The carrier system 100 is suitable for an ergonomically adjustable workstation and can comprise several swivel assemblies arranged one above the other. Each swivel assembly comprises at least one rear profile 13 which is connected to a side profile 23 at an angle. The individual swivel assemblies are preferably connected via feet 31, 33 so that the profile 13 and the lateral profile 23 lie in one plane. If the system is expanded, the additional profile pairings of the rear and side profiles lie in a plane parallel to the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23. A slider 63, 66 is preferably in each case on the rear profiles 13 and on the side profiles 23 intended. The sliders 63, 66 are movably supported along the profiles 13, 23. In each case two sliders 63, 66, one slider 66 being arranged on the at least one rear profile 13 and one slider 63 on the at least one lateral profile 21, can be understood as a pair of sliders. The two sliders of a pair of sliders 63, 66 preferably each lie in one plane. A support rail 40 is pivotably mounted on each pair of sliders 63, 66, preferably via stud bolts fastened thereon, so that the pivoting movement of the support rail 40 is parallel to a plane spanned by the rear profile 13 and the side profile 23. A holding means, preferably a holding rail 750, into which the gripping tray carrier 700 can be suspended, can additionally be attached to the support rail 40. For this purpose, the holding rail 750 has a groove 755 into which two fastening means 745 of the gripping tray carrier 700 preferably engage. The holding rail 750 can be inclined away from the carrier system 100 at a certain angle via a spacer. This has the advantage that the gripping tray carriers 700 do not have to be removed vertically from the holding rail 750 of the carrier system 100. This prevents gripping shells 742 from being disposed in a plane above when a gripping shell carrier 700 is removed Gripping tray carrier 700 are accidentally pushed out, so that the contents fall to the floor.
