- zumindest eine Einstellschraube zur Einstellung einer Lage des Möbelscharniers relativ zum Möbelkorpus und/oder relativ zum bewegbaren Möbelteil, wobei die Einstellschraube durch den in die Ausnehmung eingeführten Schraubendreher betätigbar ist,
- zumindest eine Federvorrichtung, durch welche das Möbelscharnier ab einer vorgegebenen Winkelstellung in eine vollständige Schließstellung und/oder in eine vollständige Offenstellung bewegbar ist,
- eine Steuerkurve, welche bei der vorgegebenen Winkelstellung bis hin zur vollständigen Schließstellung und/oder vollständigen Offenstellung mit der Federvorrichtung zusammenwirkt,

Um ein Betätigen der Einstellschraube 17 in einer geöffneten Stellung des Möbelscharniers 4 zu ermöglichen, ist das Zwischenstück 14 mit einer Öffnung 20 versehen, deren Hauptlängsachse in der gezeigten Relativstellung des Gelenkhebels 7 sowohl zur Hauptlängsachse der Einstellschraube 17 als auch zur Hauptlängsachse der Ausnehmung 11 im Wesentlichen koaxial verläuft. Der Schraubendreher 12 kann somit durch die Ausnehmung 11 des Gelenkhebels 7 als auch durch die Öffnung 20 des Zwischenstücks 14 hindurchgeführt und am Kopf der Einstellschraube 17 positioniert werden kann, sodass durch Verdrehen des Schraubendrehers 12 die Einstellschraube 17 rotierbar ist. Die Dämpfvorrichtung 19 kann beispielsweise als Lineardämpfer mit einer hydraulischen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit ausgebildet sein, die gegen Ende der Schließbewegung des Möbelscharniers 4 durch eine Innenseite des Gelenkhebels 9b mit Kraft beaufschlagbar ist, sodass die Scharnierbewegung ab der vorgegebenen Winkelstellung bis hin zur vollständigen Schließstellung durch die Dömpfvorrichtung 19 abgebremst wird. Claims (13)
- A furniture hinge (4), including:- a first fitting portion (5) to be fixed to a furniture carcass (2),- a second fitting portion (6) to be fixed to a movable furniture part (3),- at least one hinge lever (7) by which the first fitting portion (5) and the second fitting portion (6) are hingedly connected to one another, wherein the hinge lever (7) has at least one recess (11) for introducing a screwdriver (12),- at least one adjustment screw (17) for adjusting a position of the furniture hinge (4) relative to the furniture carcass (2) and/or relative to the movable furniture part (3), wherein the adjustment screw (17) is configured to be actuated by the screwdriver (12) being introduced into the recess (11),- at least one spring device (18) for moving the furniture hinge (4) from a predetermined angular position into the fully closed position and/or into the fully open position,- a control curve (16) cooperating with the spring device (18) from the predetermined angular position into the fully closed position and/or into the fully open position,- an intermediate portion (14) by which the spring device (18) cooperates with the control curve (16),characterized in that the intermediate portion (14), in at least one relative position of the hinge lever (7), has an opening (20) being flush relative to the recess (11) of the hinge lever (7), so that the screwdriver (12) can be introduced through the recess (11) of the hinge lever (7) and through the opening (20) of the intermediate portion (14) in order for the adjustment screw (17) to be actuated.
- The furniture hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening (20) of the intermediate portion (14) and the recess (11) of the hinge lever (7) are aligned flush with one another in all relative positions of the hinge lever (7).
- The furniture hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the intermediate portion (14) directly rests against the spring device (18) on the one hand and directly rests against the control curve (16) on the other hand.
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the intermediate portion (14) is configured as a sleeve.
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the hinge lever (7), at least over a region, includes a U-shaped profile portion having a central limb (7a) and two side limbs (7b) protruding transversely from the central limb (7a), wherein the recess (11) is formed in the central limb (7a) of the hinge lever (7).
- The furniture hinge according to claim 5, characterized in that the spring device (18) is accommodated within the U-shaped profile portion of the hinge lever (7).
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the hinge lever (7) is pivotally connected to the first fitting portion (5) by at least one hinge axis (B), wherein the control curve (16) is formed on a control cam (15) pivotally mounted on said hinge axis (B).
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the spring device (18) includes a least one helical spring, preferably at least one compression spring.
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the adjustment screw (17) is rotatably mounted on the first fitting portion (5).
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the first fitting portion (5), in the mounted position, can be adjusted in a lateral direction upon rotating the adjustment screw (17).
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a further adjustment screw (21) is provided by which the first fitting portion (5), in the mounted position, can be adjusted in a depth direction.
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the first fitting portion (5) includes a hinge arm (5a), wherein the adjustment screw (17) is rotatably arranged on the hinge arm (5a).
- The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the furniture hinge (4) is configured as a wide-angle hinge having at least seven hinge axes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G).
