The task is thus solved by a revolving door arrangement with a turnstile. The turnstile includes at least two doors and is rotatable about an axis of rotation, an axial direction being defined along the axis of rotation and a radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The revolving door arrangement comprises an electric drive, which is designed, for example, as an electronically commutated multi-pole motor with a stator comprising a stator laminated core and several coils, and a rotor comprising a rotor laminated core and several permanent magnets. The rotor can be arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation and connected to the turnstile for direct, gearless drive. An evaluation unit is set up to carry out logical steps for the operation of the revolving door arrangement. The evaluation unit can be understood as an electronic control unit. It can be a programmable processor, a microcontroller or the like. exhibit. In addition, an interface for arranging an activation key is provided and linked to the evaluation unit in terms of information technology. Finally, an electric drive with a stator and a rotor is provided, which is set up to drive the turnstile carrying the door wing or wings. The method is used to activate a second range of functions of a revolving door arrangement that was previously set up for a first range of functions. The functions of the two functional scopes differ from each other. The method comprises at least the following steps: First, information is read out from an activation key arranged in the interface. The activation key can be designed as a data carrier. In particular, the activation key is protected against unauthorized duplication. The activation key is preferably protected against unauthorized multiple use. Here, for example, a code stored in the evaluation unit and / or in the interface can be compared with a code contained in the activation key. Provided that in the evaluation unit code or interface has only been assigned once for revolving door arrangements, the code in the activation key ensures that the activation key cannot be used with other revolving door arrangements. The information in the activation key can also include identification of a second range of functions. In other words, the activation key refers to a range of functions for which the activation key represents a type of "authorization hardware" (similar to a "dongle"). The information can be compared with a predefined reference in the evaluation unit / in the interface or in a data memory linked to the evaluation unit or the interface in terms of information technology. In the event of a positive result of the comparison, a computer program code assigned to the second functional scope and located in the evaluation unit, the interface or a data memory is activated. In other words, the evaluation unit is authorized to execute the computer program code belonging to the second functional scope. The computer program code can preferably already be contained in (a data memory) of the revolving door arrangement before the activation key is arranged in the interface. In this way it is avoided that the activation key must have a correspondingly high storage capacity. The activation key can be kept simple and inexpensive to manufacture. In particular, it can be designed to be robust against mechanical influences and thus reliable. The present invention enables flexible activation of the revolving door arrangement for different functions. In particular, a revolving door arrangement initially provided for a first functional scope can be set up when an alternative application need arises later for a second functional scope. In particular in the event that the arrangement of the Activation key in the interface without programming knowledge or special tools, an inexpensive adjustment process to change the range of functions can be realized. Directions, departure and working time of specialists can thus be dispensed with, which means that adjustments to the range of functions are more likely to be carried out than if this involves a great deal of effort.
Die Unteransprüche zeigen bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung. The subclaims show preferred developments of the invention.
The turnstile of a revolving door usually comprises several door leaves, which are arranged in a star shape to the axis of rotation. The drive according to the invention, designed as a multi-pole motor, has a stator with a certain number of coils and a rotor. The rotor comprises a laminated rotor core that can be mounted on a rotor disk. The stator likewise comprises a stator disk, wherein a stator laminated core can be mounted on the stator disk. The stator disk can be composed of several disk plates. The stator disk and the rotor disk lie opposite one another, so that the stator laminated core and the rotor laminated core are arranged between the two disks. Several permanent magnets are arranged radially on the inside of the rotor laminated core in the rotor.
The interface or the activation key can be coordinated with one another in such a way that electrical, magnetic or optical information transmission from the activation key to the interface or vice versa results. E.g. the activation key can have electrical contacts, a magnetically readable memory or an optical storage medium. In this way, a desired weighting between counterfeit security, robustness and costs can be found.
The first and second functional scope implement different functions of the revolving door arrangement. The different functions are a servo-automatic operation, which provides support by a user of the forces applied to the door leaf, a fully automatic operation in which manual operation of the door leaf or the turnstile by a user is not required, a positioning machine operation, in which automatically creates a predefined rotational position of the door leaf or turnstile after passing the revolving door arrangement, and a speed limiter operation in which a braking torque is generated from a predefined upper limit for an allowed speed range in order to return the speed of the turnstile to an allowed speed range. All of the above-mentioned functionalities can in principle be realized with the hardware of a revolving door arrangement as presented above, provided that the minimum requirements of each functional scope are met by all components of the revolving door arrangement. Even if the sometimes higher-quality versions of the required components can in principle cause additional costs in individual cases, there is the potential for a price reduction or slight price increase due to increased quantities and the same parts.
It can sometimes be provided that the operation of the revolving door arrangement must be stopped before the interface can be accessed. In particular, the revolving door arrangement can be disconnected from the power supply. The activation key arranged in the interface for activating the second functional scope can then be removed. In other words, the revolving door arrangement is authorized to execute the second Functional range withdrawn. In response to this, the computer program code assigned to the second functional scope can be deactivated. In other words, the evaluation unit can fail to carry out the second functional scope as soon as the activation key has been removed from the interface. The deactivation of the computer program code can preferably be carried out after a predefined period of time has elapsed. For this purpose, it can be checked cyclically, for example, whether the activation key is still arranged in the interface. If this is no longer the case, after the detection of the absence of the activation key and the expiry of a predefined period of time since the detection, the deactivation of the second functional scope can take place. In this way, it is avoided that the activation key can be used in a further revolving door arrangement according to the present invention after the activation of the second functional scope to unlock the second functional scope there.
After removing the activation key from the interface, a new activation key can be arranged in the interface. This can be done, for example, to adapt a range of functions of the revolving door arrangement. Information is then read out from the new activation key arranged in the interface. The information is compared with a predefined reference and, in the event of a positive result of the comparison, a new range of functions is activated, which is represented by computer program code located in the evaluation unit, the interface or a data storage device connected to the evaluation unit or the interface for information technology purposes.
To avoid theft of the activation key or to avoid vandalism, an access authorization check can be provided before the interface is released. E.g. can be provided for the interface, which is protected by a locking cylinder against unauthorized access. Also a number code, an electromagnetic identifier or similar. can be queried before an activation key can be arranged in the interface or removed from the interface.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a revolving door arrangement is proposed, which comprises an evaluation unit, an interface for arranging an activation key, a data memory and an electric drive. The evaluation unit can be used as an electronic control unit, as a microcontroller, programmable processor or the like. be designed. The data memory can be a RAM / ROM memory unit, for example. The electric drive can have a stator and a rotor. The evaluation unit is set up to use the interface to read out information from an activation key arranged in the interface, to compare the information with a reference predefined in the data memory and to activate a computer program code assigned to the second functional scope in the event of a positive result of the comparison. In particular, the computer program code can already be present in the revolving door arrangement beforehand. Only its execution is initiated or released by the information contained in the activation key. In other words, the revolving door arrangement according to the invention is set up to carry out a method as described in detail above in connection with the first-mentioned aspect of the invention. The characteristics, combinations of characteristics and the The advantages resulting from this result clearly correspond to those of the method according to the invention that reference is made to the above statements in order to avoid repetitions.
The stator of the electric drive can be provided for fixed assembly. In particular, it can be set up to be fastened to a ceiling (for example a suspended ceiling and / or a concrete ceiling). The stator can be arranged on the axis of the door cross such that, together with the rotor, it forms an air gap arranged coaxially to the axis of the turnstile. In other words, no gear is preferably provided between the drive and the turnstile. As a result, there is a play-free kinematic relationship between the drive and the turnstile, which is why all of the above-mentioned functionalities can be activated by simply adjusting the respectively activated computer program codes by means of the respective activation key.
The revolving door arrangement can furthermore have a frequency converter, which preferably also has the evaluation unit and an output stage for controlling the electric drive. The evaluation unit is set up to implement a parameter of an electrical signal for controlling the electrical drive by means of pulse width modulation. Depending on which computer program code is activated, the pulse width modulation can be adapted to control the drive in accordance with the first or the second range of functions. In other words, a different control behavior can be implemented by the changed computer program code. The frequency converter is set up to control the output stage with a multi-phase representation of the electrical signal as a function of the pulse-width-modulated signal. In other words, a power signal can be generated using the Power stage are generated, which enables the drive to be energized as a function of an output signal from the evaluation unit. The components required for operating the revolving door arrangement according to the invention can thus be matched to one another in the best possible way. They can preferably be arranged in a common housing. The housing can include the frequency converter, the output stage and the evaluation unit. The housing can have a (in particular common) connection for an operating voltage of the aforementioned components. In particular, the drive can also be supplied with electrical energy via the operating voltage. The interface can also be arranged in the housing. The same applies to the optionally provided access authorization checking device.
The evaluation unit can be set up to determine a current speed, a current position and / or a current speed of the turnstile on the basis of a position sensor in the electric drive. The position sensor can have at least one, preferably two, in particular three or more Hall sensors. The position sensor system can also have an encoder on the rotor of the drive. This can be used as part of a learning trip to identify an absolute turnstile position. It can also have a magnetic mode of operation (for example a permanent magnet in conjunction with a Hall sensor). The Hall sensors can in particular be arranged in the stator of the electric drive and can be set up to generate a signal as a function of an alternating magnetic field generated by the rotor, by means of which the positioning, the speed and / or the current speed of the rotor (and thus of the turnstile) are to be determined. The electric drive can be designed as a brushless motor. The result is a highly efficient electrical drive and, if necessary, exact positioning of the rotor by means of the method according to the invention.
Die Softwaresteuerung ermöglicht unterschiedliche Funktionsumfänge für die Karusselltüranordnung .The present invention enables flexible software control of one and the same hardware configuration of a revolving door arrangement. The software control enables different functions for the revolving door arrangement.
In the prior art, the various drive variants have so far been implemented using separate hardware combinations of control, power supply and gearbox. In some cases, the control, power supply, and gear combinations were also changed for a single operating mode, for example when particularly large doors had to be moved. E.g. a power supply unit with a higher nominal power was installed in an existing revolving door arrangement as soon as it was to be upgraded for fully automatic operation. Accordingly, it was also possible to install more powerful motors in revolving door arrangements if they had to be converted from a range of functions with low electrical power consumption to fully automatic operation. The present invention a hardware-neutral reconfiguration in favor of a software-based configuration of the respective drive variants. This is cheaper and more flexible than in the prior art.
In the sense of the present invention, a servomatic operation is understood to mean the support by generating a motor torque in response to an actuation / inspection of the revolving door arrangement by a user. The detection can be done by sensors.
Fully automatic operation means the use of a presence sensor (e.g. radar sensor, safety sensor, infrared sensor, laser scanner, optical sensor or the like) for triggering a (purely) motorized drive of the turnstile.
In the sense of the present invention, software for different operating modes is integrated into the product before it is delivered to the customer. In the delivery state, however, not all programs can be called up. The invention proposes an interface via which an authorization check is carried out for the execution of alternative (in particular higher-value) functions. The invention does not exclude that modifications of the hardware (must) accompany the software-technical adaptation of the revolving door arrangement. E.g. Sometimes more sensors are required to use a revolving door arrangement in a fully automatic operation.
