Claims (16)
- Élément de sécurité destiné à la sécurisation d'un document de valeur ou d'un papier de sécurité, l'élément de sécurité ayant une disposition en couches dont la succession de couches est la suivante :a) un premier substrat formant film ;b) une première couche de vernis de gaufrage ;c) une première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente ;d) une couche imprimée appliquée sur la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente ;e) une couche adhésive ;f) une deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente ;g) une deuxième couche de vernis de gaufrage ;h) un deuxième substrat formant film ; cependant que- l'observation de l'élément de sécurité en posant le regard sur le premier substrat formant film a) depuis la face opposée aux couches de b) à h) définit l'observation de la face avant de l'élément de sécurité, et l'observation de l'élément de sécurité en posant le regard sur le deuxième substrat formant film h) depuis la face opposée aux couches de a) à g) définit l'observation de la face arrière de l'élément de sécurité ;- la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) constitue un premier motif reconnaissable en lumière incidente lors d'une observation de la face avant de l'élément de sécurité ;- la deuxième couche fonctionnelle f), semi-transparente, constitue un deuxième motif reconnaissable en lumière incidente lors d'une observation de la face arrière de l'élément de sécurité ;
caractérisé en ce que- la couche imprimée d) appliquée sur la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente constitue un troisième motif, caché, lequel, lors de l'observation de la face avant de l'élément de sécurité, n'est pas reconnaissable en lumière incidente et est dissimulé par la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c), et lequel, lors de l'observation de la face arrière de l'élément de sécurité, n'est pas reconnaissable en lumière incidente et est dissimulé par la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente f), et lequel, lors de l'observation de l'élément de sécurité en lumière transmise, est reconnaissable tant depuis la face avant que depuis la face arrière. - Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, cependant que l'élément de sécurité peut être obtenu par le collage de deux parties distinctes d'élément de sécurité au moyen de la couche adhésive e), cependant que la première partie d'élément de sécurité comprend les couches de a) à d), et la deuxième partie d'élément de sécurité comprend les couches de f) à h), cependant que, après le collage, éventuellement le deuxième substrat formant film h) est détaché de la disposition en couches obtenue.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, cependant que la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente f) est une couche miroir semi-transparente, en particulier un métal choisi dans le groupe constitué par A1, Ag, Ni, Cr, Cu, Au et un alliage d'un ou de plusieurs des éléments mentionnés ci-dessus.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 3, cependant que la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente f) est basée sur A1 ou sur un alliage d'Al.
- Élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, cependant que la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) présente lors de l'observation en lumière incidente d'une part, et lors de l'observation en lumière transmise d'autre part, différentes teintes.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, cependant que la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) comporte une disposition multicouche, laquelle a deux couches miroir semi-transparentes et une couche diélectrique agencée entre les deux couches miroir semi-transparentes et laquelle, en particulier lors de l'observation en lumière incidente, apparaît dorée, et laquelle montre une teinte bleue lors de l'observation en lumière transmise.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 6, cependant que les deux couches miroir semi-transparentes sont choisies en A1 ou en Ag et que la couche diélectrique est une couche de SiO2.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 7, cependant que chacune des deux couches miroir semi-transparentes est basée sur A1 et présente une épaisseur de couche comprise entre 5 nm et 20 nm, de préférence comprise entre 10 nm et 14 nm, et que la couche diélectrique SiO2 présente une épaisseur de couche comprise entre 50 nm et 450 nm, de préférence comprise entre 80 nm et 260 nm.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 7, cependant que chacune des deux couches miroir semi-transparentes est basée sur Ag et présente une épaisseur de couche comprise entre 15 nm et 25 nm, et que la couche diélectrique SiO2 présente une épaisseur de couche comprise entre 50 nm et 450 nm, de préférence comprise entre 80 nm et 260 nm.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 5, cependant que la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) est basée sur une couche pouvant être obtenue par impression et ayant une composition de pigments à effets.
- Élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 10, cependant que la première couche de vernis de gaufrage b) et la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) constituent une première structure optiquement variable, en particulier une structure en relief diffractive ou une structure en relief micro-optique, et que la deuxième couche de vernis de gaufrage g) et la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente f) constituent une deuxième structure optiquement variable, en particulier une structure en relief diffractive ou une structure en relief micro-optique, cependant que la deuxième structure optiquement variable est choisie indépendamment de la première structure optiquement variable.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 11, cependant que la première couche de vernis de gaufrage b) et la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente c) constituent une structure en relief diffractive, et que la deuxième couche de vernis de gaufrage g) et la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente f) constituent une structure en relief micro-optique, ou inversement.
- Élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 12, cependant que la disposition en couches comporte, en plus des couches a), b), c), d), e), f), g) et h), une couche adhésive i) pour le collage de l'élément de sécurité avec un document de valeur ou papier de sécurité.
- Élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 13, cependant que le troisième motif, caché, est en rapport de sens avec le premier motif et/ou avec le deuxième motif.
- Support de données, en particulier un document de valeur ou un papier de sécurité, qui est équipé de l'élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 14.
- Support de données selon la revendication 15, cependant que le support de données est basé sur un substrat de support de données ayant une zone fenêtre et que l'élément de sécurité est agencé dans la zone fenêtre du substrat de support de données.
