Receptacle, in particular a vial for receiving a cosmetic product

The invention relates to a receptacle, in particular a bottle for receiving a cosmetic product.

The receptacles of the prior art, in particular the vials intended to receive a cosmetic product for the makeup of the eyes, lips and / or nails of a user, often comprise an applicator assembled at the end of a stem, itself secured to a plug adapted to close the receptacle. The spinning of the rod is then performed by a wiper mounted in the bottle.

It is known to provide a diameter, more precisely the internal diameter, of the wiper orifice of the wiper substantially equal to that of the rod so that it is properly cleaned. One of the drawbacks of this spin is the need to provide rods of relatively large outer diameter.

One of the objectives of the invention is to provide such a spin that would be independent of the design of said rods. Thus, the invention relates to a receptacle, in particular a bottle for receiving a cosmetic product, comprising a wiper defining a wiper orifice, said wiper being mounted inside a portion of said receptacle, said body of the receptacle, said receptacle further comprising a removable rod relative to said body.

According to the invention said receptacle further comprises an intermediate piece in sliding connection with said rod, between two positions, said intermediate piece being designed to be retained in and through the wiper orifice, said intermediate piece being configured to spin said rod between said two positions. The use of an intermediate piece in the receptacle of the invention has the advantage of allowing the use of a rod with a small diameter with respect to the diameter of the opening of the spin. In particular, the intermediate piece here makes it possible to provide a spin of the rod which does not depend on the diameter of the the wiper orifice but that of the intermediate piece. In other words, the diameter of the rod is not designed according to the diameter of the internal orifice of the wiper.

Thus, the solution of the invention can ensure the spinning of the rod without being dependent on its design.

As illustrated in Figures 2 to 7, the invention relates to a receptacle 10, in particular a bottle for receiving a cosmetic product. By cosmetic product is meant any product suitable for the makeup of the eyes, eyelashes and / or eyebrows, lips and / or nails of a user, or even any dermatological product, moisturizing and / or treating areas of the skin of a skin. user for aesthetic purposes.

The receptacle 10 of the invention comprises a wiper 20 defining a wiper orifice 21 (see Figure 5). Said wringing orifice 21 has a diameter, in particular an internal diameter. By wiping orifice (21) is meant the transverse cross section of the wiper having the smallest internal diameter. This section is located at the bottom end of the wiper. Alternatively, this section is located between the upper and lower end of the wiper. Said wiper 20 is advantageously mounted inside a portion of said receptacle 10, said body of the receptacle, and marked 1 1 in the figures. Said body 1 1 is intended to receive the cosmetic product in an interior volume that it defines. The receptacle 10 may further comprise a plug 30 adapted to be removably attached relative to the body 1 1 of said receptacle 10, and a rod 31 extending from said plug 30. The plug 30 is preferably threaded, and the body 1 1 of the container 10 advantageously comprises a threaded neck adapted to cooperate with. The plugs 30 and necks illustrated in Figures 2 to 7 are not limiting; any other removable assembly system can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention, for example a removable assembly system by cooperation of a cam and a cam path can be used here.

It should be noted that the mounting of the rod 31, recessed within the plug 30, may be made in force, overmolding and / or by any other known mechanical means, this without departing from the scope of the invention.

According to the invention, said receptacle 10 further comprises an intermediate piece 40 in sliding connection with said rod 31, between two positions. In other words, if the rod 31 is cylindrical, said intermediate piece 40 will comprise an internal shape, of cylindrical type, allowing it to slide along said rod 31. In the context of the invention, the adjustment between the rod 31 and the internal shape of said intermediate part 40 will preferably be a substantially tight fit, without being blocking. In addition, the term "two positions" means two different positions of the intermediate piece, including abutment, along the rod 31, as will be detailed later. On the other hand, the wiper 20, and in particular its wiper orifice 21, is designed to retain said intermediate piece 40.

This means that the wiper 20 is made of a sufficiently elastic material to deform at the passage of the intermediate piece 40. This also means that the wiper orifice 21 has dimensions that are sufficiently narrow to retain said intermediate piece 40, or , to prevent it from going through without stopping it. Said intermediate piece (40) is therefore designed to be retained in and through the wringing orifice (21).

FIG. 5 illustrates an embodiment of an intermediate piece 40 trapped at the wiping orifice 21 of said wiper 20. It can be seen there a slight deformation of the wiping orifice 21, said intermediate piece 40 being housed in the wiping orifice 21. For example, the wiper 20 will be made of rubbery plastic, especially nitrile rubber (NBR).

Said intermediate piece 40 will be configured to spin said rod 31 between said two positions. In other words, the inner part of the intermediate piece 40 will be close enough to the rod 31 to scrape it during a sliding of the rod 31 relative to it. In other words, the inner portion of said intermediate piece 40 is intended to cooperate with the rod 31; it has a shape close to that of the stem 31. Thus, the inner portion of said intermediate piece 40 will be oval section if the rod 31 has a cross section of oval shape, or a square section if the rod 31 has a square cross section.

It should be noted that the intermediate piece 40 will advantageously have an external shape intended to cooperate with the wiper orifice 21 so as to be retained in said wiper orifice 21 by friction. This means that the intermediate piece 40 may be in the form of an annular ring having a peripheral surface engaging the wiper orifice 21 to retain said intermediate piece 40 by friction. The contact can be continuous, or discontinuous with bosses. It should also be noted that the intermediate piece 40 may also have an external shape intended to cooperate with the wiping orifice 21 so as to seal said wiping orifice 21 in a sealed manner, by an annular contact in said orifice of spin 21.

By waterproof means hermetically isolating the inner part of the body 1 1 of said receptacle 10 from the outside. For this, the intermediate piece 40 will be in the form of an annular ring whose periphery is regular, said periphery forming a continuous annular contact with the wiper 20, for example at the wiper orifice 21.

It should also be noted that the intermediate piece 40 may be a washer, said washer 40 being a piece of revolution, profiled, centered on the rod 31. In other words, said washer 40 may be cylindrical, chamfered at its edges, see frustoconical, or ogival. It will advantageously be provided in a material of greater rigidity than that of the wiper 20, in particular to ensure the elastic deformation during its passage through. Said washer 40 will be, for example, made of polypropylene (PP), or even polyoxymethylene (POM). In other words, the material of the washer will be provided rigid enough so that it can rest on the wiper 20.

As can be seen in FIGS. 2, 5 and 7, said rod 31 extends in a direction of principal longitudinal extension, called the main direction X. Said rod 31 extends here towards an end opposite the plug 30, said end distal, and marked 12 in FIG.

In addition, said receptacle 10 comprises a first stop 32 for the intermediate piece 40. This first stop 32 is particularly visible in Figure 5. It is located at said stopper 30 and will be called stopper 32 thereafter. Said stopper 32 will advantageously be a fixed part with respect to said stopper 30. By fixed piece, it is meant a part embedded within the stopper, for example by a force fitting, a gluing, or any other mechanical means allowing embedding two pieces into one another. The receptacle of the invention further comprises a second stop 33 located at said distal end 12. This second stop 33 belongs to the rod 31. It may be derived from material of said rod 31, or overmolded thereon.

It should be noted that the intermediate piece 40 is designed to occupy, by cooperation with said stops, the two positions mentioned above, or any intermediate positions. More particularly, said intermediate piece 40 is designed to occupy two configurations, namely: a first configuration, called open configuration, or "use" configuration - in particular illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 7, and a second configuration, called closed configuration, or "rest" configuration - illustrated in Figure 5.

In the open configuration, the intermediate piece 40 is free to move along said rod 31, between the stopper 32 and the second stopper 33, while in the closed configuration, it is retained in the wiper orifice 21, as already mentioned.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5, the stopper 32 participates in the transition from the open configuration to the closed configuration. To do this, the kinematic assembly formed by the plug 30, the stopper 32, the rod 31 and the second stop 33, is inserted into the body 1 1 of the receptacle 10, for example by a user, following the arrow pointing towards the along the axis X. The wiper, fixed in the body 1 1, passes the second stop 33 but retains the intermediate piece 40, in particular because the outer diameter of said intermediate piece is here higher than that of the wiper orifice 21, especially greater than the internal diameter of the wiper orifice 21 - see FIG.

The user continues to print this movement until closing the receptacle 10, that is to say until assembling the plug 30 to the body January 1. It is then that the stopper 32 pushes the intermediate piece 40 into the wiping orifice 21 by forcing the deformation of the wiper 20 - see FIGS. 4 and 5. In other words, the bumper 32 participates in the installation. of the intermediate piece 40 in the wiping orifice 21 and the wiper 20, by its elastic design and the sizing of its orifice 21, participates in maintaining the position of the intermediate part 40 in the wiper 20, in particular at its orifice 21.

In other words, said stopper 32 is configured to apply said intermediate piece 40 in the wiper orifice 21, said intermediate piece 40 then forcing the elastic deformation of the wiper by its outermost part, in particular annular.

In other words, said intermediate piece 40 never completely passes through the wiper 20. Thus, in the closed configuration, there is no play between the intermediate piece 40 and the stopper 32 (see FIG. 5).

On the other hand, the intermediate piece 40 may advantageously have an external shape intended to cooperate with the wiping orifice 21 so as to be retained in said wiper orifice 21, in particular by means of a bead of material 41 (see Figure 8). This bead of material 41 may occupy, circumferentially, the entire outer periphery of said intermediate piece 40, or be present only partially around it (alternative not shown here). This bead of material 41, or godron, whether continuous or discontinuous, makes it possible to maintain the position of the intermediate piece 40 in the wiping orifice 21, in particular in closed configuration. Said material bead 41 is advantageously provided at the opposite end of the intermediate piece 40 with respect to the contact surface with the bumper 32. It should be noted that the closed configuration advantageously provides a seal to the receptacle 10 of the invention, as mentioned above.

The tightness is effective in closed configuration (see Figure 5). By cons, it is not when there is a simple contact with the wiper 20 (see Figures 3 and 4). Indeed, before being in closed configuration, the receptacle 10 has the additional advantage of allowing the suppression of a piston effect commonly observed during the closure of the receptacles of the prior art.

Indeed, as long as it is not retained at the wiping orifice 21, the intermediate piece 40 can slide along the rod 31, thus allowing the air to escape the inner part of the body 1 1 of said receptacle 10 in order, in particular, to prevent said piston effect. This is particularly advantageous in the case where the cosmetic product is very thick and / or viscous, especially when the cosmetic product is intended for lip makeup, more specifically when the cosmetic product is gloss.

On the other hand, as illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, the second stop 33 participates in the transition from the closed configuration to the open configuration. To do this, the kinematic assembly formed by the plug 30, the stopper 32, the rod 31 and the second stop 33 is removed, in particular progressively, from the body 1 1 according to the arrow pointing upwards along the axis. X. This removal takes place, in particular, after the disassembly of the plug 30 and the body 1 1. The wiper 20, fixed in the body January 1, retains the intermediate piece 40; the rod 31 then slides inside the intermediate piece 40, this without dislodging the intermediate piece 40 of the wiper 20.

The rod 31 is then dewatered, in particular over its entire length, by the intermediate piece 40.

It should be noted, too, that once in position in the wiper 20, the intermediate piece 40 forms with said wiper 20, a ball joint for the rod 31. The wiper 20 is, advantageously, for this, a piece capable of undergoing elastic deformations, small amplitudes. Thus, the rod 31 can be moved at any point, in the body 1 1 of the receptacle 10, while sliding inside the intermediate part 40.

The user, continuing to pull on the stopper 30, forces the release of the intermediate piece 40, in particular by means of the second stop 33 which, secured to the rod 31, drives the intermediate piece 40 with it - see FIG. 7. In other words, the second stop 33 participates in the disengagement of the intermediate piece 40 from the wiping orifice 21. In other words, said second stop 33 is configured to carry the intermediate piece 40.

Preferably, said receptacle 10 comprises an applicator 50 fixed at the distal end 12 of said rod 31. The second stop 33 is formed at said applicator 50. Advantageously, the stop 33 is formed by molding with said applicator 50, or overmolded with the latter.

Advantageously, said applicator 50 is intended for the makeup of eyelashes, eyebrows, lips and / or nails of a user.

The applicator 50 will be, for example, in the form of a fiber brush, a plastic brush, a hybrid brush, a fibrous brush, a molded brush, molded fingers, a molded and then flocked assembly and / or hollow applicator for retaining cosmetic product when removed from the container body 10.

The ball formed by placing the intermediate piece 40 in position in the wiper 20 makes it possible to optimally load the applicator 50 which is at the end of said rod 31. Indeed, this patella makes it possible to come for a high percentage of cosmetic product initially contained in the body 1 1 of the container 10. In other words, the displacement of the rod 31 inside said body 1 1, taking support on said patella , makes it possible to scrape the product contained in the body 1 1 of the container 10, this even at the walls of said body 1 1. This is particularly advantageous in the case of a cosmetic product, mascara type, which sometimes sticks inside the body 1 1 of the container 10, in hard to reach areas (under the neck, at the walls, at the bottom of the body 1 1, ...).

It should also be noted that variant embodiments are of course possible. In particular, in embodiments not illustrated here, the rod 31 may be in a different form, with a fixing portion adapted to receive a sleeve of the applicator 50, said fixing portion being attached to the rod 31 or overmolded with.

It should be noted that the applicator 50 will preferably have two opposite distal ends: a first end (said proximal) in the vicinity of said attachment portion, and a second free end (said distal), opposite the first end, particularly along said axis X. Said stop 33 is advantageously formed in the vicinity of said proximal end of the applicator 50. The applicator 50 may also be directly molded, or overmoulded, with said rod 31. Said rod 31 may be provided metal, or plastic material, composite and / or fibrous. An example of a plastic material for the rod is polyoxymethylene (POM) or even polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). An example of fibrous material could be wood, treated to support such cosmetics.

For example it is possible to provide a rod 31 of stainless steel with an outer diameter of about 1.20 mm, carrying a plastic brush 50 having an outer diameter of the order of 9.2 mm - or even a fiber brush having an outer diameter of the order of 10.5 mm - intended to be dewatered by a wiper 20, the wiper orifice 21 has an internal diameter of 6 mm.

By "outer diameter" is meant an envelope diameter of the brush, said envelope being formed by the free ends of the protuberances, or fibers, projecting from said brush. It should be noted that the above example is not limiting and that the outer diameter of the brush may be included, for example, between 7 and 1 1 mm.

Here, said rod 31 is metallic and the applicator 50 is of the molded plastic type with protuberances derived from material of a central core of the applicator 50 fixed to said rod 31.

The receptacle of the invention thus makes it possible to dispense with the rods 31 'of the prior art - see FIG. 1 - which have, over their entire length, a constant diameter close to that of the wiping orifice 21. For example, here, the diameter of the rod 31 'illustrated in FIG. 1 is of the order of 6.2 mm, in particular for the rod 31' to be cleaned at the passage of a wiper having a neighboring diameter, and also for that the applicator 50 'carried by said rod 31' is drained. The receptacle 1 0 of the invention will find a particular application with a rod 31 of small diameter and a large applicator 50, in particular an applicator 50 to be spun little.

Advantageously here, the applicator 50 is dewatered by the wiper 20, and because of the intermediate piece 40 and the diameter of the rod 31 which is smaller than that of the wiper orifice 21, the wiper 20, it , never drill rod 31. It is the intermediate piece 40 which provides this function of spinning the rod 31. In other words, the squeezing function of the rod 31 is delocalized, in particular on the intermediate piece 40.
