- Rangierwabe An adaptation of the Rangierwabe to individual wishes of a user is not possible in this known Rangierwabe. If the number of conductors to be connected has to be increased, a correspondingly larger patching comb with a larger number of individual honeycomb components must be used, with patching combos with 18, 32, 48, 54 or 80 honeycomb components being available in practice. To attach a matched to the dimensions of the jumper other mounting frame must then be used.
- Rangierwabe known, as used for example in rail vehicle technology for electrical distribution.
- Fig. 7 and 8th two different mounting frame or distributor housing are shown, in which in each case a predetermined number - 18 or 54 - is formed in chambers in chambers, in each of which a honeycomb module is arranged with two conductor insertion openings in the front end face.
- a Befest Trentierwabe On the upper and the lower edge of the Rangierwabe a Befest Trentauersflanschansatz is firmly connected to the marshalling, so that the Rangierwabe can be fixed by means of two screws, for example, to a control cabinet wall in this marshalling.
- the individual honeycomb blocks each have a box-shaped housing.
- connecting areas are formed and provided on the side surfaces at least one spring and at least one corresponding groove for connecting to the spring of another honeycomb block.
- the jumpering comb may have closing elements with which the mating block can be fastened, for example, on a mounting rail.
- a disadvantage of the known from the D1 honeycomb module is that in the assembled state, only the front of the jumper is easily accessible, while the back is difficult to access, so that the connection of conductors to the terminal areas of the back is difficult in confined spaces.
- the present invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a jumper with several honeycomb modules available, which is characterized by increased flexibility and better adaptability to individual needs of a user, in particular, the wiring of the individual honeycomb components should be easily possible even in confined spaces ,

With the help of such attached to the jumper closure element, the jumper can then be releasably attached to a mounting rail.
- the maneuvering comb it is also possible to use more than one resting foot, in particular two resting feet.
- an end element can also be designed as a compensating element, so that the outer dimensions of the maneuvering comb can be adapted to a specific installation dimension specified by a customer.
- a compensation element terminating element can be used in particular to adjust the overall height of the jumper to a given installation height, including the compensation element can be attached to the upper side and / or on the lower side of the jumper.
- Such, designed as a compensation element terminating element preferably has at least one web on a side surface and at least one groove on the opposite side surface, so that the closing element can be attached both to the top of the jumper and on the underside of the jumper on the peripheral honeycomb blocks ,
- the end element with at least one web on a side surface and with at least one groove on the opposite side surface the possibility that on the side facing away from the honeycomb facing side surface of the end element, a further closing element, for example, provided for attachment end element can be attached
- a compensation element can then also be arranged within the Rangierwabe, for example, between two rows of honeycomb blocks. Shunting honeycombs are used in particular where a plurality of electrical conductors must be connected in a confined space. For this purpose, maneuvering frames are known from practice, in which a plurality of honeycomb components are arranged in corresponding chambers of the frame within a fixed, rectangular mounting frame. On the jumper or the individual honeycomb modules electrical conductors can be connected both from the front, the field side, and from the back, the plant side. For this purpose, connecting elements are arranged in the box-shaped housings of the individual honeycomb components, which are usually connected to each other via corresponding busbars, so that an inserted through a corresponding conductor insertion opening in the front face electrical conductor can be electrically connected to an electrical conductor or a terminal contact, the is inserted through a corresponding insertion opening in the rear end face of the housing.

The maneuvering comb according to the present invention has a high degree of flexibility in that the individual honeycomb building blocks can be directly connected to each other by having at least one latching element on at least two side surfaces, so that the use of a rigid, the number of individual honeycomb components Fixing mounting frame can be omitted. This allows the Rangierwabe have any number of honeycomb blocks, so that the size and the number of poles of the jumper can be adapted to the particular needs and also easily changed if necessary.
When Rangierwabe the flexibility and the number of different applications are further increased by at least one end element is disposed on at least one side of the Rangierwabe, the end element can be flexibly attached by forming a counter-locking element on a peripheral honeycomb of the Rangierwabe. The latching connection formed between the closing element and the honeycomb components between the at least one latching element and the at least one counter-latching element thereby enables a releasable connection of the closing element to the desired position of the switching honeycomb. This makes it easy to adapt the jumper to changing requirements.
According to the invention, in each case a closing element is arranged on two opposite sides of the Rangierwabe, wherein the two end elements are formed so as to enable a pivotable attachment of the Rangierwabe. For this purpose, the two end elements each have a connection region, a holding region and a fastening region, wherein the retaining region and the fastening region are arranged perpendicular to one another, so that together they form a fastening angle. The at least one counter-latching element of the terminating element is in this case formed on the connecting region, so that in the mounted state it is connected to at least one, preferably to a plurality of peripheral honeycomb bricks. The connection area is connected to the holding area via a pivot axis. The mounting angle of the example, by means of screws which are inserted through openings in the mounting area, on a wall, for example on a cabinet wall, can be fixed.
Preferably, at least one latching element is provided for connecting to another honeycomb component on all four side surfaces of the honeycomb components. In this case, the latching elements, which are formed on opposite side surfaces, formed corresponding to each other, so that a honeycomb brick can be connected in both the x-direction and in the z-direction with another honeycomb brick. The mutually corresponding latching elements may be formed, for example, as a latching pin and latching openings, as webs and grooves, in particular as dovetailed webs and corresponding dovetailed grooves or as latching lugs and latching projections.
The termination elements have on the honeycomb facing side surface counter-locking elements which correspond to the provided on the opposite side surface locking elements of the honeycomb blocks. If, for example, the honeycomb components have webs on the corresponding side surface, then corresponding grooves are formed in the opposite side surface of the end elements. According to another Embodiment are at least one web as a locking element and formed on the opposite side surface of a closure element at least one groove corresponding to the web as a counter-locking element on a side surface of the honeycomb blocks. Preferably, the webs and the grooves each have mutually corresponding dovetail-shaped cross sections.
In the invention, the cross-sectional dimensions of a termination element can correspond to the cross-sectional dimensions of a honeycomb block, in particular a termination element can have the same width as a honeycomb block. In addition, however, there is also the possibility that the Rangierwabe has a closure element that has a greater width than a honeycomb brick. So that in this case, the closure element can be easily connected to marginal honeycomb blocks, the closing element has a width B A , which is a full-line multiple of the width Bw of a honeycomb brick. The locking of such a termination element with a plurality of honeycomb components is thereby ensured that the number of counter-locking elements of the closing element is a corresponding multiple of the number of locking elements of a honeycomb brick. In the case of an end element with a double width compared to the width of a honeycomb block, the end element on its side facing the honeycomb block side surface thus has a double number of counter-locking elements compared to the number of corresponding locking elements of a single honeycomb component. As a result, a double-width end element can be easily attached to two honeycomb blocks of simple width.
Due to the inventive design of the Rangierwabe there is not only the possibility to arrange a final element as needed at different positions of the jumper, but there is also the possibility to connect different end elements as required with the peripheral honeycomb blocks. By selecting suitable termination elements, the maneuvering comb can thus be easily adapted to different requirements, so that different wishes of a customer can be met.
The end elements may for example be designed so that they serve to attach the jumpering on a wall, such as a control cabinet wall. For this purpose, a closure element preferably has at least one attachment region with at least one opening, through which a fastening element, for example a screw, can be made.
Alternatively or additionally, the closing element can also have a marking area for identifying the maneuvering comb or a region of the maneuvering comb. The marking area can either be labeled directly or the marking area has at least one guide groove into which a corresponding identification plate can be locked. Preferably, the marking region has two guide grooves on two sides arranged perpendicular to one another, so that the inscription or identification of the maneuvering comb is reliably ensured from two different viewing directions.
According to a further embodiment, an end element serving for fastening can also be designed as a latching foot for latching the jumpering comb onto a mounting rail, the closing element then having two latching legs lying opposite one another, which clampingly receive the mounting rail between them. With the help of such attached to the jumper closure element, the jumper can then be releasably attached to a mounting rail. Depending on the size of the maneuvering comb, it is also possible to use more than one resting foot, in particular two resting feet.
According to a further embodiment, an end element can also be designed as a compensating element, so that the outer dimensions of the maneuvering comb can be adapted to a specific installation dimension specified by a customer. Such, designed as a compensation element terminating element can be used in particular to adjust the overall height of the jumper to a given installation height, including the compensation element can be attached to the upper side and / or on the lower side of the jumper.
Such, designed as a compensation element terminating element preferably has at least one web on a side surface and at least one groove on the opposite side surface, so that the closing element can be attached both to the top of the jumper and on the underside of the jumper on the peripheral honeycomb blocks , In addition, such a design of the end element with at least one web on a side surface and with at least one groove on the opposite side surface, the possibility that on the side facing away from the honeycomb facing side surface of the end element, a further closing element, for example, provided for attachment end element can be attached , In addition, such a compensation element can then also be arranged within the Rangierwabe, for example, between two rows of honeycomb blocks. This also makes it easy to adapt the overall height of the maneuvering comb to a predefined installation dimension by selecting a suitably dimensioned end element, without the individual honeycomb components having to be changed.
In another embodiment, the terminating element has a connecting region and a conductor guiding region, wherein the at least one counter-locking element is also formed on the connecting region in this variant of the terminating element. In the mounted state, the conductor guide region, which is preferably formed integrally with the connection region, protrudes beyond the front end face of the honeycomb components so that the conductors to be connected to the honeycomb components can be fastened to the conductor guide region. The attachment of the conductors to be connected to the conductor guide region can be done for example by means of cable ties, whereby a strain relief of the conductor to be connected is ensured. As an alternative to this, the conductor guide region can also have a plurality of clamping sections for clamping individual conductors, so that as a result both guidance and strain relief of the connected conductors take place.
