FIG. 7 shows, again in profile and in section, a spray head 1 identical to the embodiments for a nasal application illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, except that the nasal tips for adult 27 or for child 37, are substituted by an interchangeable ear tip 47. The specific conformation of this interchangeable ear tip 47, which comprises a flexible collar made of the same elastic material as the rest of the tip 47 and which comes out above the nipple 22, allows insertion easy and a good maintenance in the ear of the user. The slope break 8 at the junction between the base and the tip at the base of the pacifier 22 allows a more precise application and a finer dosage of the amount of substance to be sprayed in the ear.
