Claims (12)
- A sliding-pivoting mechanism for a shelf (11) of a piece of furniture or of a domestic appliance for pulling out and raising the drawer (11) from a body (2) of the piece of furniture or domestic appliance, having- at least two pivot arms (3, 4), which are fixable on at least one of the side walls (21, 22) of the body (2) at a first end so they are rotatable in parallel to the plane of the side walls (21, 22) and are arrangable spaced apart in parallel to one another- wherein a guide rail (5) is fixed on respective second ends of the pivot arms (3, 4) so it is pivotable parallel to the plane of the side walls (21, 22) such that the guide rail (5) is pivotable from a lower position inside the body (2) into a raised, upper position at least partially outside the body (2),- at least one slide rail (6), on which the shelf (11) is fastenable, linearly displaceable in the guide rail (5),- wherein the sliding-pivoting mechanism has a locking mechanism, which is arranged on the guide rail (5) and one of the pivot arms (3, 4) and can be disengaged by a disengagement unit (9) fixed on the slide rail (6) or fixable on the shelf (11), for locking the shelf (11) in at least one intermediate position between the lower position and the upper position,- wherein the locking mechanism has a spring-mounted web (12), which is pivotable on one of the pivot arms (3, 4), having a pin (121) protruding in the direction of the guide rail (5), characterized in that the pin (121) can be guided along a guide element (7, 7'), which is fastened on the guide rail (5), having at least three locking points (71, 72, 73).
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that the disengagement unit (9) is actuable via an actuating element (8, 8', 8'', 8''') connected thereto.
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to Claim 2, characterized in that the actuating element (8', 8") is designed as a handle.
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to Claim 2, characterized in that the actuating element (8', 8") is designed as a hand lever (81).
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to Claim 2, characterized in that the actuating element (8''') is designed as an actuating button.
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to any one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the actuating element (8, 8', 8'', 8''') is connected via a mechanical transmission means (82) to the disengagement unit (9).

- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to Claim 7, characterized in that a stop (43) is arranged on one of the pivot arms (3, 4) such that at least during a part of the pivoting movement of the pivot arm (3, 4), a horizontal movement of the shelf (11) in the body (2) of the piece of furniture or domestic appliance is prevented by stopping of the housing (93) against the stop (43).
- The sliding-pivoting mechanism according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one locking position of the shelf (11) is acoustically perceptible.
- A piece of furniture having a furniture body (2) and at least one shelf (11, 11') fixed in the furniture body (2) using a sliding-pivoting mechanism, using which the shelf (11, 11') can be pulled out and raised from the furniture body (2), characterized in that the sliding-pivoting mechanism is designed according to one or more of the preceding claims.
- A domestic appliance, in particular a dishwasher or cooking device having at least one shelf (11), which is fixed on inner sides of a usable space, in particular a washing space (23) or cooking space, using a sliding-pivoting mechanism, using which the shelf (11) can be pulled out and raised from the usable space, characterized in that the sliding-pivoting mechanism is designed according to one or more of preceding Claims 1 to 10.
