- Covering device (10) for a basin, in particular a swimming pool or the like, comprising a safety module (20) and a complementary functional module (30) arranged in two parallel and distinct planes, said safety module (20) comprising at least one panel (21) mounted on a technical frame (40) arranged to hold said at least one panel (21) and defining a central opening (41) arranged for being located substantially above said basin, and said complementary functional module (30) being at least partly superimposed on safety module (20) to cover at least partly said central opening (41), said complementary functional module (30) comprising moreover a plurality of detachable panels (31) which are reversibly joined to each other, said technical frame (40) comprising, on the one hand, tensioning means (60) that allow tensioning said covering device (10) and, on the other hand, attaching means (61) for attaching said covering device (10), characterized in that said covering device (10) comprises joining means (50) arranged for reversibly joining said detachable panels (31) of said complementary functional module (30) on the one hand to each other and on the other hand to said at least one panel (21) of said safety module (20).
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that said joining means (50) comprise at least one elongated mounting element that extends in a direction transverse to said covering device (10) between two opposite edges of said technical frame (40).
- Covering device according to claim 2, characterized in that said at least one panel (21) of safety module (20) comprises a plurality of elongated mounting elements which are arranged substantially parallel to each other.
- Covering device according to claim 3, characterized in that each detachable panel (31) of complementary functional module (30) is mounted so as to be movable in translation between two adjacent elongated mounting elements, which are integral with said at least one panel (21) of said safety module (20).
- Covering device according to claims 2 to 4, characterized in that joining means (50) comprise said at least one elongated mounting element made of at least one transverse profile (51) provided with at least two longitudinal guidance areas (52), in that joining means (50) comprise at least two sliding elements (53) with shapes complementary to said guidance areas (52), said two sliding elements (53) being connected to said complementary functional module (30), and in that said transverse profile (51) is connected to said safety module (20), said guidance areas (52) and said sliding elements (53) being arranged to cooperate with each other in a reversible way.
- Covering device according to claim 5, characterized in that joining means (50) are reversible and in that said transverse profile (51) is provided with at least three longitudinal guidance areas (52), and with at least three sliding elements (53) with shapes complementary to said guidance areas (52), and of which at least two sliding elements (53) are connected to said complementary functional module (30) and at least one sliding element (53) is connected to said safety module (20).
- Covering device according to any of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that it comprises at least a plurality of said transverse profiles (51) extending over safety module (20) in a direction transverse to said safety module (20) between two opposite edges of said technical frame (40) and in that detachable panels (31) of said complementary functional module (30) are arranged each at least partly between two adjacent transverse profiles (51).
- Covering device according to claim 6, characterized in that said safety module (20) comprises at least a plurality of sliding elements (53) extending in a transverse direction between two opposite edges (20a, 20b) of said safety module (20) and arranged to cooperate with one of guidance areas (52) of said transverse profile (51).
- Covering device according to claim 6, characterized in that the safety module comprises a plurality of panels comprising each two sliding elements located respectively along two opposite edges and arranged to cooperate with two of the guidance areas (52) of said transverse profile (51).
- Covering device according to any of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that safety module (20) comprises a plurality of panels (21) and in that at least two adjacent panels (21) are welded together by means of a tape (22) connecting their adjacent edges and in that said tape (22) comprises one of the sliding elements (53) or said transverse profile (51).
- Covering device according to claim 10, characterized in that tape (22) comprises an anti-wear profile (221) arranged on the lower side of said tape (22) and on the whole or on a part of the length of said tape (22).
- Covering device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that said detachable panels (31) of said complementary functional module (30) comprise each two sliding elements (53) located respectively along two opposite edges (31a, 31b) and arranged to cooperate with two of the guidance areas (52) of two adjacent transverse profiles (51).
- Covering device according to claims 6 to 8 and 10 to 12, characterized in that said transverse profile (51) comprises three guidance areas (52), in that two guidance areas (52) are located on two opposite lateral sides (51a, 51b) of said transverse profile (51), in a same parallel plane and above said safety module (30), and are arranged to reversibly receive the sliding elements (53) of two adjacent detachable panels (31) of complementary functional module (30), and in that one guidance area (52) is located on lower side (51c) of said transverse profile (51) and is arranged to receive a sliding element (53) of said safety module (20).
- Covering device according to claims 6 to 9, 11 and 12, characterized in that said transverse profile comprises four guidance areas, in that two first guidance areas are located on two opposite lateral sides of said transverse profile, in a same parallel plane and above said safety module, and are arranged to reversibly receive the sliding elements of two adjacent detachable panels of the complementary functional module, and in that two second guidance areas are located on said opposite lateral sides of said profile, in a same plane and below first guidance areas, and in that they are arranged to reversibly receive the sliding element of two adjacent panels of the safety module.
- Covering device according to any of claims 5 to 14, characterized in that said guidance areas are made of longitudinal grooves (52) and the sliding elements are made of bolt ropes (53) or rods.
- Covering device according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that said technical frame (40) comprises first fastening means (44) distributed on peripheral frame (40) and in that detachable panels (31) of complementary functional module (30) comprise on their free edges second fastening means (32) complementary to said first fastening means (44).
- Covering device according to claim 16, characterized in that technical frame (40) comprises, on its two opposite edges, between transverse profiles (51), tilting flaps (43), said tilting flaps (43) and said technical frame (40) being provided with said first fastening means made of snap fasteners (44), and in that said second fastening means provided on the two free edges of detachable panels (31) comprise oblong holes (32) through which said snap fasteners (44) close.
- Covering device according to any of claims 5 to 17, characterized in that the two opposite lateral sides (51a, 51b) of said transverse profile (51) are flat and not parallel to each other, in that lower side (51c) of said transverse profile (51) is flat and in that upper side (51d) of said transverse profile (51) is curved.
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that detachable panels (31) can be made out of polymers or fluoropolymers chosen in the group including polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polyethylene, polyethylene-vinyl acetate, polyethylene-co-tetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride.
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that said detachable panel (31) has a solar factor g comprised between 60% and 100%.
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the weight of said detachable panel (31) is comprised between 50 and 300g/m2.
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that said detachable panel (31) comprises at least one hole arranged for receiving a hook fastened to a strap.
- Covering device according to claim 1, characterized in that panel (21) of safety module (20) is a net out of polyester coated with polyvinyl chloride whose meshes show a free area / mesh size ratio larger than 50%.
- Covering device according to claim 23, characterized in that said net comprises fixed warp/weft junctions.
