- the outer cams of the drive wheels 11 are designed complementary to the cams 12, 13 and serve to positively engage the cams 12, 13 of the central belt 9 and the outer belt 10 and thus achieve a positive, slip-free transport of the screen belt assembly 2 in the area of the drive shaft 3a .
- the deflecting shaft 3 serving as a drive shaft is formed by a drive roller which is provided with a rubber coating on its outer surface.
- the additional cams 14 on the outer sides of the outer belts 10 are provided to achieve an improved transport of the sieve belt arrangement 2 in the area of the guide rollers 6, 7 over which the sieve belt arrangement 2 is guided.
- the additional cams 14 serve as protection against premature wear of the outer belts 10.
- the deflecting shaft 4 can also be provided, in the same way as the deflecting shaft 3a, with rollers or wheels which have outer cams on their outer circumference, which are designed to complement the additional cams 14 of the outer belts 10.
- a sieve belt arrangement 2 'according to Fig. 10 is in the same way according to a sieve belt system of a beach cleaning vehicle Fig. 1 can be used, as the sieve belt system according to Figures 2 to 9 is.
- Essential difference of the main belt system according to Fig. 10 it is that the sieve belt arrangement 2 'has a smaller working width than the sieve belt arrangement 2 according to FIG Fig. 3 . Due to the reduced working width, it is therefore sufficient to provide only a single sieve belt fabric 8 ', which is designed in the same way as a metallic weave fabric as the sieve belt fabric 8 described above. To avoid repetition, reference is made to the statements on the sieve belt system according to Figures 2 to 9 referenced.

Description
The invention relates to a sieve belt system for a beach cleaning vehicle with a flexible, web-shaped sieve belt arrangement which is deflected via at least two deflection shafts, at least one of which is driven by a drive unit. The invention also relates to a beach cleaning vehicle with such a sieve belt system.
The object of the invention is to create a sieve belt system and a beach cleaning vehicle of the type mentioned at the beginning, which are designed to be functionally reliable and enable a good and constant sieving function.
In Umlaufrichtung bedeutet längs verlaufend. This object is achieved for the main belt system in that the main screen arrangement is provided with longitudinally running outer belts on opposite longitudinal sides, that the screen belt arrangement has at least one screen belt fabric, and that transverse reinforcement profiles are provided, each extending over a working width of the at least one screen belt fabric and with connected to the at least one screen belt fabric and attached to the outer belt at the end. This results in a composite of at least one screen belt fabric, the longitudinally extending outer belts and transverse reinforcing profiles for the screen belt arrangement. This avoids an elongation of the screen belt arrangement, so that a reliable and functionally safe screening effect is achieved even over a long period of operation of the beach cleaning vehicle. According to the invention, the term of the longitudinally extending outer belt and the transversely extending stiffening profiles is based on one revolution of the screen belt arrangement. In the direction of rotation means running longitudinally. Running transversely, on the other hand, means that the stiffening profiles extend along a working width of the sieve belt arrangement and thus transversely to the direction of rotation. The transverse stiffening profiles are therefore aligned parallel to the axes of rotation of the deflection shafts. The deflection shafts can be designed as rollers or also as drive wheel shafts, in the latter case several drive wheels in a rotationally fixed manner on a shaft rotating about the axis of rotation are held. The solution according to the invention is suitable for both towed and self-propelled beach cleaning vehicles.
In an embodiment of the invention, the outer belts are provided with profiles in the area of their inner sides facing the deflection shafts, and at least one deflection shaft has two drive wheels provided with complementary outer profiles, which are held on a common shaft and interact positively with the profiles of the outer belts. The profiles and the complementary outer profiles are matched to one another in such a way that the outer belts are entrained in a form-fitting manner in the direction of rotation of the drive wheels. According to the invention, the screen belt arrangement is accordingly driven via the two outer belts, which are transported and deflected on the drive wheels without slipping. The sieve belt arrangement as well as the outer belts are designed to run endlessly. The outer belts limit the sieve belt arrangement on opposite long sides of their working width.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the sieve belt arrangement has at least one sieve belt fabric which is designed as a metallic braid. The metallic braid is preferably made from a steel alloy. Depending on the working width of the screen belt arrangement, only a single screen belt fabric is provided or at least two screen belt fabrics arranged next to one another are provided, with adjacent screen belt fabrics being connected to one another via a central belt.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the stiffening profiles are extended through loops of the weave. The stiffening profiles, in particular rod-shaped, run through the loops of the braid fabric, which are designed in the manner of eyes. In this way, a form-fitting connection between the reinforcement profiles and the respective braid fabric is achieved without additional fastening means for anchoring the reinforcement profiles being required in the area of the loops of the braid fabric. The outer belts, the stiffening profiles and the at least one screen belt fabric consequently form a stable composite. The synchronous drive of the sieve belt arrangement via the profiles of the outer belts ensures slip-free transport, i.e. H. a slip-free circulation of the sieve belt arrangement.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the sieve belt arrangement has at least two sieve belt fabrics arranged parallel next to one another, between which a longitudinally running central belt is extended, which is connected to the transversely running stiffening profiles. The Central belt and the stiffening profiles ensure that no disadvantageous stretching which could cause sagging occurs in a central area of the screen belt arrangement.
In a further embodiment of the invention, each screen belt fabric is connected to an outer side remote from the central belt, each with an outer belt which runs parallel to the central belt. The two outer belts consequently limit the screen belt arrangement on opposite longitudinal sides of their working width.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the stiffening profiles are attached to the central belt and / or at least one outer belt. The fastening is preferably carried out by mechanical fastening means such as, in particular, rivet or screw connections. The stiffening profiles are preferably made of steel or a fiber-reinforced plastic material.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the central belt and the outer belt are provided with profiles in the area of their inner sides facing the deflection shafts, and at least one driven deflection shaft has three drive wheels provided with complementary outer profiles, which are held on a common shaft and with the profiles of the central or outer belt work together. The drive wheels are non-rotatably attached to the shaft, which is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation. In connection with the drive wheels, the shaft forms a deflection shaft in the sense of the invention. The deflecting shaft described preferably forms the drive shaft, which is acted upon by the drive unit and moves the screen belt arrangement.
In a further embodiment of the invention, at least the outer belts are provided with additional cams in the area of their outer side opposite the inner side. On the one hand, the additional cams serve as protection against rapid wear. On the other hand, they serve to improve the transport of the sieve belt arrangement in the area of its lower strand by achieving improved guidance in the area of at least one guide roller, which can also be provided with cams which interact with the additional cams on the outside of the outer belt. In the area of the lower strand of the sieve belt arrangement, the outside of the outer belt runs over a guide roller, so that the additional cams in the area of the guide roller can interact with corresponding cams of the guide roller.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the transverse stiffening profiles extend over an entire width of both screen belt fabrics. The stiffening profiles thus extend over the entire working width of the sieve belt arrangement.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the transversely extending stiffening profiles are only partially extended over the width of a respective screen belt fabric and are arranged offset to one another in the transverse direction. In this alternative, the stiffening profiles only extend completely over the width of one screen belt fabric and only partially protrude from the central belt into the other screen belt fabric. As a result of the offset arrangement, reinforcing profiles that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction extend alternately either over the left half of the sieve belt arrangement or over the right half of the sieve belt arrangement. This makes it possible to achieve different divisions of the working width and, in particular, to combine screen belt fabrics with different widths arranged parallel to one another.
In a further embodiment of the invention, transversely extending support rods are attached to the central belt, which extend equally into the two adjacent screen belt fabrics. The support rods serve to reinforce the central area of the sieve belt arrangement. They protrude in a T-shape from the central belt into the two adjacent mesh belt meshes on the left and right. The support rods are extended in the same way through corresponding loops of the braid fabric of the screen belt fabric, as is the case with the reinforcement profiles.
