Description
The invention relates to an electrically heatable pair of scissors with two scissor halves hingedly connected in a trade, each having a scissor blade provided with a blade and a scissor blade continuing the scissor blade over a commercial area, at the end of which a grip eye is attached, at least on the scissor blade one of the scissor halves a Bestrombare heater is mounted in thermal contact standing to the cutting edge of the scissors blade.
Above all, the advantages mentioned have led in recent years to an ever greater spread of electrically heated scissors in the hairdressing area. An obstacle to a further spread of electrically heated scissors is the voluminous design of the scissors compared to conventional hairdressing scissors due to the attachment of the heater and the necessary wiring, which in particular makes it difficult to handle the scissors and beyond to a very different appearance in the shape of the heated scissors leads. Especially the design measures to be implemented to avoid elevated temperatures in the grip area of the scissors are not conducive to the appearance of the scissors in conventional scissors.
The invention has for its object to at least partially overcome the disadvantages of known electrically heatable shears described.
This object is achieved by the invention with a pair of scissors with the features of
By providing a metal material handle cover on the scissor half of the scissors according to the invention, to which a heatable heating device is mounted for heating the cutting edge of the scissor blade of the one scissor half, an appearance can be provided, that corresponds to a normal, ie unheated scissors. On the other hand, to ensure that the metal material handle cover does not constitute a noticeable thermal bridge between the heated scissor blade and the user's fingers, it is contemplated in the present invention that this handle cover has a cantilevered end portion spaced above the scissor half in the scissor blade region. Further, by securing the metal material handle cover away from the scissor blade, ie, in an area where the blade passes into the handle eye, it is ensured that only a small amount of heat transfer from the heated scissor blade to the metal material handle cover. In addition, in the electrically heatable shears of the invention, the metal material handle cover take over a heat shield function to avoid an inadmissible increase in temperature in the grip area of the scissors.
The term metal material is to be understood broadly within the meaning of the application and includes in addition to functional metals, metal alloys in particular also metal powder injection molding materials or other metal composite materials, but not plastics, which are metal coated on their surface. In this respect, it is also within the scope of the invention to produce a metal-material handle cover in that a handle cover made of a first metal or a metal alloy is metallically coated with a further metal, in particular by means of a galvanization method.
Further features of the invention are given in the general description, the description of the figures, the figures and the subclaims.
Appropriately, it can be provided that the cantilevered end portion of the metal material handle cover extends over the top, ie the visible side of the scissor blade. Conveniently, the material material handle cover may be integrally formed.
In order to provide the user as possible protection in the commercial area of the scissors, it can be expediently provided that the cantilevered end portion of the handle cover extends beyond the articulated connection of the scissor half. This also gives rise to the possibility of covering cables extending from the heating device in the direction of the handle eye, so that they are not visible to a user.
The handle cover of a scissor half equipped with an energizing heater can extend over the entire length of the scissor half from the eyebrow to the scissors blade extension. It can be provided that the cantilevered end portion of the handle cover to the trade has a distance of at least 1, mm. In other embodiments, it may be provided that this distance is at least 0.7 mm or at least 0.5 mm.
In order to avoid a direct thermal bridge between the one scissor half, the scissor blade is heated in such areas of the scissor half, in which high temperatures occur during operation, may be suitably provided that the self-supporting to the top of the scissor half end portion of the handle cover in the direction of the handle side End extends to the half-shank of the scissor half, where the handle cover can be supported by means of a narrow web on the outside of a scissor half. Appropriately, it can be provided that this web is comparatively narrow, in particular narrower than 2 mm and extends approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the scissor half.
A particularly good shape impression of the scissors is achieved when the handle cover shell-like at least partially surrounds the outer back and top and bottom of the eyeballs and the straw and conforms to the contour of the scissor half. In particular, it may be provided that the handle cover embraces the entire top and bottom of the straw, so that in this area alone the inner back of the straw is exposed.
In order to minimize the direct thermal bridges between the handle cover and the scissor half, it can be expediently provided that at least two installations spaced apart from one another, in particular in the form of a web or a projection, are provided in the bottom area of the shell-like structure of the handle cover. In this case, the first system for supporting the handle cover can be arranged on the outer back of a transitional area between trade and stalk and the second system on the outer back of the eye board or a finger hook, which adjoins the eyebrow.
As explained above, the handle cover is attached in the region of the Halmansatzes to the handle eye on one scissor half, so that this unavoidable thermal bridge is located far away from the heated scissor blade. It can be provided that the attachment is effected by means of a screw which extends through a passage in a wall portion of the handle cover, which may extend approximately parallel to the top of the scissor half, wherein the screw is screwed into a threaded bore introduced in the scissor half. Preferably, this portion lies with the implementation between the above-described two systems of handle cover on one scissor half. In this case, the axis of the threaded bore in the scissor half in a direction approximately perpendicular to the back of the scissor halves eccentrically to the axis of the implementation in the handle cover be arranged so that the gripping cover attached to the scissor half by means of said screw leads to a bias in the handle cover, which ensures a rich and play-free investment of the handle cover on one scissor half.
Conveniently, it can be provided that the handle cover in its longitudinal extent over the handle eye of the scissor halves has a finger hook area, which conforms to a finger hook of Griffauges the scissor halves. By this measure, a harmonious overall impression of the scissors in this area can be achieved even with the provision of a finger hook on the handle eye of the scissor half by the corresponding design of the handle cover.
A particularly advantageous embodiment can be achieved in that between the outer back of the eyeball and the outer back of the scissors half of the scissor half and the corresponding portions of the handle cover a cable channel is formed, in which, for example, an electrical cable invisible to the viewer from the handle eye or a Finger hooks on the handle eye up to the commercial area covered in the cable channel. In this case, the cable, covered in the commercial area by the cantilevered section of the handle cover, can be guided beyond the joint area and thus barely visible to the viewer as far as the heating device.
In order to achieve a symmetrical and harmonious overall impression with respect to both scissor halves and / or to protect the other scissor half against an elevated temperature in the grip area, provision can also be made for arranging another metal material grip cover on the other scissor half, regardless of whether the other scissor half and a heater for heating the cutting edge is arranged or not. Conveniently, the further metal material handle cover can at least partially cover the back of the culm sheath to the handle eye and the back and the top and bottom of the scissor blade and the transition area between stem and handle eye, the other handle cover is attached to the other scissor half in the transition area between the stalk and eye , It can be provided that the other handle cover is cantilevered and spaced above the other half of the scissor in an end portion directed towards the scissor blade.
In a similar manner as for the handle cover of the scissor half equipped with a heater, the other handle cover for the other scissor half shell at least partially surround the outer back and top and bottom of the transition area between the stalk and eye and the straw and to the contour of the other scissor half nestle.
Conveniently, the cantilevered end portion of the further handle cover may extend beyond the hinge connection of the scissor-type halves to achieve as symmetrical a shape as possible with respect to the first-mentioned handle cover. It can preferably be provided that the cantilevered end section has a hole in the region of the articulated connection, in particular for making the lock accessible, that is to say in the region of the articulated connection. the joint of the scissors.
In order to protect the heating device arranged on the one scissor blade against mechanical influences and moreover to prevent direct contact with the heating device in the region of the scissor blade, it can be expediently provided that the heating device extends through a sheet cover which extends with the scissor blade and is secured thereto is covered.
Preferably, the blade cover attached to the one scissor blade may extend beyond the articulation of the two scissor halves in the direction of the blade of a scissor blade and in the region of the hinge eye or lock eye of the scissors blade have a hole aligned therewith. By this design measure can be provided at the same time with the castle of the scissors attachment of the sheet cover on the scissor blade. Preferably, the blade cover may extend substantially over the entire scissor blade to the tip. The sheet cover may in particular comprise a temperature-resistant plastic or a temperature-resistant plastic composite material.
Expediently, the blade cover secured to the one blade for covering the heating device, spaced in the region of the hole from the latter, can have a second hole towards the scissor blade, whereby this second hole can be used to pass a contact cable.
In order in turn to provide a symmetrical appearance of the scissors according to the invention and / or a contact protection can be provided that on the scissor blade of the other scissor half turn a sheet cover is arranged. The blade cover may extend beyond the articulation of the two scissor halves in the direction of the blade of the scissor blade of the other scissor half and in the region of the hinge eye of the scissor blade have a aligned hole, again for the realization of the castle and thus at the same time for attaching the blade cover to the other scissor half. The further sheet cover may extend over the entire scissor blade to the top and may have a temperature-resistant material or plastic composite material, so that this sheet cover can provide temperature protection.
Preferably, the energizable heating device may comprise an electrical heating conductor, which may be arranged at least in sections longitudinally extending to the scissor blade on this, in particular in a direction parallel to the cutting edge channel or groove. It can preferably be provided to provide a two-pole connection device in the region of the handle-eye-side end section of the handle cover for providing a power supply for the heating device. By using a heat conductor, which may be designed in particular as an NTC conductor or PTC conductor, the need to provide an additional temperature sensor in the heated scissor blade is avoided because this temperature can be detected by a resistance measurement of the heating element and thus in a Control device for controlling the heating current outside or removed to electrically heatable scissors according to the invention. The elimination of an additional temperature sensor also reduces the number of cables to the heater, so that overall the construction volume of the scissors further reduced, since, for example, the cable channel described above may have a smaller diameter.
In order to further reduce the necessary volume of construction can be provided to provide the provided with a heater scissor halves of an electrically conductive material, to provide energization of the heater, an electrical contact on the eyebrow and / or on the handle hook of the scissor blade can be provided and between handle cover and a scissor half can run a single-pole cable to the heater. This cable can be electrically connected to the heating device, wherein for closing the heating current, the heating device in the region of the scissor blade can in turn be electrically connected to the scissor half. An isolation of the Heating conductor to the scissor half, may be provided in that the heating conductor is arranged on a ceramic blade which isolates the heating conductor against the scissor half, wherein the ceramic blade simultaneously provides a good heat transfer between the heating conductor and the one scissor blade. By this constructive measure, the scissors or the handle cover can be made even filigree and thus in its shape further a non-heated scissors.
In a further embodiment it can also be provided that the heating conductor is designed as an electrical conductor in the form of a copper wire, which is mounted on a copper plate. The copper plate has a thermal contact with the scissor half, to which it is attached, for example by means of a Wärmeleitklebers. Between the copper wire and the copper plate, an electrical insulating layer of plastic may be provided, while on the outside of the heating element, an epoxy resin adhesive may be applied.

The
On the one hand to provide a pleasing appearance of the electrically heatable scissors and on the other hand to ensure that a user is not exposed to unacceptable temperatures, the scissors according to the invention also has a
However, the contact points between
In the described embodiment, only the
Since the
An elastic eye

In order to provide a full investment of the metal
