Claims (11)
- Riemen (16) zum Aufhängen und/oder Antreiben eines Fahrkorbs, Folgendes umfassend:
eine Vielzahl von Seilen (24), wobei jedes Seil (24) Folgendes beinhaltet:eine Vielzahl von Drähten (28); und eine Elastomerummantelung (26), die im Wesentlichen die Vielzahl von Seilen (24) hält;wobei jedes Seil ferner mindestens einen Garnfaden (32) beinhaltet, der an einer äußeren Peripherie der Vielzahl von Drähten (28) angeordnet ist;wobei der mindestens eine Garnfaden (32) aus einem Polyester-, Nylon-, Polyurethan-, Baumwoll-, Woll-, Viskose-, Fluorpolymer- oder Kevlarmaterial gebildet ist; undwobei der mindestens eine Garnfaden (32) dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Klebekraft der Elastomerummantelung (26) auf die Vielzahl von Seilen (24) zu fördern und ein Fressen der Vielzahl von Drähten (28) zu reduzieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Garnfaden (32) spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) gewickelt ist. - Riemen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der mindestens eine Garnfaden (32) mindestens zwei Garnfäden ist, die spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) gewickelt sind, wobei die mindestens zwei Garnfäden (32) gleiche Schlaglängen um die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) aufweisen.
- Riemen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der mindestens eine Garnfaden (32) mindestens zwei Garnfäden (32) ist, die spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) gewickelt sind, wobei die mindestens zwei Garnfäden (32) entgegengesetzte Schlagrichtungen um die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) aufweisen.
- Riemen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vielzahl von Drähten (28) in einer Vielzahl von Strängen (30) angeordnet ist, wobei die Vielzahl von Strängen (30) in dem Seil (24) angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens ein Strang (30) der Vielzahl von Strängen mindestens einen Garnfaden (32) beinhaltet, der an einer äußeren Peripherie des mindestens einen Strangs (30) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Bilden eines Riemens zum Aufhängen und/oder Antreiben eines Fahrkorbs, Folgendes umfassend:Anordnen einer Vielzahl von Drähten zu einem Seil;Anordnen eines oder mehrerer Garnfäden an einer äußeren Peripherie der Vielzahl von Drähten, wobei der eine oder die mehreren Garnfäden spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten gewunden sind;Anordnen einer Vielzahl von Seilen zu einer gewählten Anordnung;Anbringen einer Elastomerummantelung auf die Vielzahl von Seilen, um die Vielzahl von Seilen in der gewählten Anordnung zu halten;wobei der eine oder die mehreren Garnfäden aus einem Polyester-, Nylon-, Polyurethan-, Baumwoll-, Woll-, Viskose-, Fluorpolymer- oder Kevlarmaterial gebildet sind; undwobei der eine oder die mehreren Garnfäden dazu konfiguriert sind, eine Klebekraft der Elastomerummantelung auf die Vielzahl von Seilen zu fördern und ein Fressen der Vielzahl von Drähten zu reduzieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der eine oder die mehreren Garnfäden an der äußeren Peripherie der Vielzahl von Drähten angeordnet sind, bevor ein Seilschließvorgang an der Vielzahl von Drähten durchgeführt wird, um die Vielzahl von Drähten zu einem Seil anzuordnen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei zwei oder mehr Garnfäden spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten gewunden sind, wobei die zwei oder mehr Garnfäden gleiche Schlaglängen aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, wobei zwei oder mehr Garnfäden spiralförmig um die Vielzahl von Drähten gewunden sind, wobei die zwei oder mehr Garnfäden entgegengesetzte Schlagrichtungen aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5-8, ferner umfassend ein Bilden eines Gewebeschlauchs um die Vielzahl von Drähten aus dem einen oder den mehreren Garnfäden, und optional ein Bilden des Gewebeschlauchs durch eines von einem Web- oder Flechtprozess.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5-9, ferner umfassend ein teilweises Schmelzen des einen oder der mehreren Garnfäden vor dem Anbringen der Elastomerummantelung, um eine Klebekraft des einen oder der mehreren Garnfäden auf die Vielzahl von Drähten zu fördern.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5-10, ferner Folgendes umfassend:Anordnen der Vielzahl von Drähten zu einem Strang;Anordnen eines oder mehrerer Garnfäden an einer äußeren Peripherie der Vielzahl von Drähten; undBilden des Seils aus einer Vielzahl von Strängen.
