Description

The invention relates to an arrangement which is carried by the persons of a group on the head.

Posters, flags and standards can be handled by people in order to make information visible to bystanders and other people. The information may serve a variety of purposes, e.g. have an advertising content or express the affiliation of a person to a circle of persons having certain characteristics or similarities. The problem arises that they are usually attached to rods or rods and must be held up by a person with his hands in order to be able to be pivoted in a raised position.

Thus, persons may have the affection of e.g. to a sports team, representing interests such as a trade union or political party. This, however, has the disadvantage that such items of clothing and the decorations thereon can be concealed, in particular, when the persons are crowded together in a crowd.

From the DE 19 30 664 U1 is a stretchable advertising cloth known, which consists of at least two part towels. These can be provided with an inscription or pictorial representation and each have at least one cloth edge zipper halves on. The part towels can be coupled by closing the zipper halves along the respective edges of the cloth. Thus, a chaining of several part towels and a simple replacement of a part towel are made possible.

Furthermore, in the US 2006/0 021 117 A1 an arrangement for fixing a flag on a motorcycle helmet described. For this purpose, on the occiput area of the helmet shell of the motorcycle helmet a profiled groove following its contour is placed. A flag has a profile rail on one edge. The invention is based on the object of specifying an arrangement with which a group of persons, e.g. a common interest for bystanders can be made easily visible in a simple way.

The object is achieved with the arrangement of claim 1. Advantageous further embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The arrangement according to the invention can be worn by the persons of a group on the head. This contains at least one strip flag with two side edges and at least two headgear, each having at least one holding means on an outer side. Hereby, the strip flag is fixable over the side edges so that the head coverings are connected to each other via the cloth of the strip flag.

The invention has the advantage that a togetherness of persons permanently and without physical effort of the parties can be made easily visible to bystanders. In this case, the arrangement according to the invention can be used for different sized groups of people. Thus, two persons standing next to each other can already be equipped with headgear according to the invention, which are connected to one another via a strip flag. In addition, a plurality of people, who are in a spatial proximity to each other and thus form a group, be connected in this way with each other.

Nevertheless, the freedom of movement of the persons when selecting a suitable length of the strip flag located between a pair of people is hardly limited. It is thus readily possible in practice that the persons of a larger group, which are connected to each other via an inventive arrangement, but nevertheless spatially distributed in an individual way and can also change the locations. Thus, persons of a group can arrange themselves within a large crowd in an individual manner, e.g. Chains, circles, stars or other geometric figures, outlines of emblems and much more. taking. The arrangement according to the invention can be applied particularly advantageously when a large number of persons take part in a major event, e.g. at a sports or music event in an arena or stadium, or at a demonstration gathering. In a preferred further embodiment of the invention, a holding means is designed releasably on at least one headgear. This makes it possible that a strip flag is separated from the respective headgear, as soon as an excessively large tensile force occurs in the cloth of the strip flag.

Such a detachable connection offers a multitude of advantages. Thus, the strip flags are easily interchangeable with other strip flags with changed labels and designs. Furthermore, this embodiment of the invention also provides increased accident protection. Thus, a side edge of such a strip flag by itself detached from a headgear, for example, if a third person caught in the strip flag or the carrying persons of the group accidentally move too far away from each other. For this purpose, a holding means on at least one headgear particularly advantageously has a hook-and-loop fastener strip, whereupon at least one strip tab can be fixed to a side edge. For a particularly secure releasable connection, at least one strip tab on one side edge can have an additional hook-and-loop tab, which can be brought into engagement with a hook-and-loop strip on the holding means of a headgear. This embodiment offers the further advantage that the value of the tensile force required for a detachment can be predetermined by a selection of the hook and loop fastener counterstrip and in particular can be matched to the type of the respective headgear and the desired intended use.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, at least one retaining rod is executed extendable. This is e.g. Extendable by attachable extension rods. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the at least one holding rod is telescopically extendable. Fig. 1 shows a first exemplary arrangement according to the invention, which has a pair of two caps K11a, K12a, for example in the execution of baseball caps, with the umbrellas K11d, K12d as headgear K11, K12. These can be put on by two different persons. The cap caps K11a, K12a are coupled according to the invention by means of a strip lug B1, which is preferably stretched in the form of a ribbon. Fig. 2 shows an exemplary arrangement of five peaked caps K21a, K22a, K23a, K24a, K25a as headgear K21, K22; K23, K24, K25, which are coupled according to the invention by means of strip lugs B21, B22, B23, B24 to a star-shaped arrangement. Thus, the person wearing the visor K21a occupies the center and is surrounded by the four persons who wear the cap hats K22a, K23a, K24a, K25a as headgear. Nevertheless, the arrangement according to the invention generally provides sufficient local mobility for the five persons. If the strip flags are correspondingly long and optionally additionally made of a stretchable material, this mobility of the persons involved is further promoted.

As holding means K21b, K22b, K23b, K24b, K25b for the strip lugs B21, B22, B23, B24 are used in the in Fig. 2 example shown holding rods. These are each attached to the highest point on the outside of each headgear K21, K22, K23, K24, K25. In this way, the strip flags B21, B22, B23, B24 durable and without any effort the persons involved placed as high as possible and visible. The side edges of the strip flags can advantageously be designed so that they can be plugged onto a holding rod. This can be done in a simple manner, for example by turning the side edges and such sewing with the bunting so that channel-shaped pockets are formed at the two ends.

Advantageously, the support rods K21b, K22b, K23b, K24b, K25b can be resiliently flexible. This reduces the risk of injury on the one hand. Furthermore, a bendable design makes it possible that when an inadmissibly high tensile force in a strip flag occurs, one or both pocket-shaped side edges can be pulled off easily on a headgear by a bent holding bar. Since in such a case, usually neither the retaining bar nor the strip flag are damaged, the arrangement according to the invention can be restored in a simple manner by re-attaching the end of a strip flag on the associated holding bar. Spring elastic bendable support rods can be made of a plastic, rubber or a bendable metal spiral spring, for example.

Fig. 3 shows a section of a chain-like arrangement again with two exemplary cap caps K31a, K32a as headgear K31, K32. As holding means K31b, K32b for the strip lugs B31, B32, B33 serve again holding rods, on which the end side edges can be plugged. In the example of Fig. 3 the support rods K31b, K32b are each attached to an ear area on the outside of each cap K31a, K32a.

Fig. 4 shows a section of another chain-like arrangement, with the arrangement of Fig. 5 is comparable. Two headbands K41a, K42a are used by way of example as headgear K41, K42. Supporting rods K41b, K42b for the strip lugs B41, B42, B43 are holding rods which are respectively attached to an ear region on the outside of each headband K41a, K42a.

Fig. 5 shows a section of a further chain-like arrangement with, for example, two cap hats K51a, K52a as headgear K51, K52. As holding means K51b, K52b for the strip flags B51, B52, B53 serve again holding rods. These are each attached to the highest point on the outside of each headgear K51, K52. Claims (15)

1. An arrangement which is worn on the heads of members of a group, said arrangement comprising

   a) at least one banner (B1) with two side edges (B1a, B1b), and

   b) at least two items of headgear (K11, K12) each with at least one holding means (K11c, K12c) on an outside (K11b, K12b), to which the banner (B1) can be fixed via the side edges (B1a, B1b) in such a way that the items of headgear (K11, K12) worn by the individuals are connected to each other by the fabric (B1c) of the banner (B1).
2. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein a holding means (K11c, K12c) is detachable in the event of an excessive tensile force in the fabric (B1c) of the banner (B1), such that the banner (B1) is separated from the item of headgear (K11, K12) in question.
3. The arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a holding means (K11c, K12c) has a hook-and-loop strip, to which at least one banner (B1) is fixed at a side edge (B1a, B1b).
4. The arrangement according to claim 3, wherein a banner (B1) has, on one side edge (B1a, B1b), a hook-and-loop counter strip, which engages in the hook-and-loop strip at a holding means.
5. The arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a holding means has a holding rod (K21b, K22b, K23b, K24b, K25b) on an outside of an item of headgear (K21, K22, K23, K24, K25), wherein a holding rod is preferably detachably attached to the outside of an item of headgear.
6. The arrangement according to claim 5, wherein a holding rod is attached approximately at the highest point to the outside of an item of headgear (K21, K22, K23, K24, K25).
7. The arrangement according to claim 5, wherein a holding rod (K31b, K32b) is attached approximately at an ear region to the outside of an item of headgear (K31, K32).
8. The arrangement according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein a side edge of a banner is embodied such that it can be fitted onto a holding rod.
9. The arrangement according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein a holding rod consists of a spring-elastically bendable material.
10. The arrangement according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein a holding rod (K51b, K52b) has winding means (K51c, K51d; K52c, K52d), with which the side edge of a banner (B51, B52, B53) is rolled in automatically in the event of a decrease of the tensile force in the fabric of the banner (B51, B52, B53).
11. The arrangement according to any one of claims 5 to 10, wherein at least one holding rod (K31c, K32c) is extendable, wherein preferably at least one holding rod (K31c, K32c) is a telescopic rod.
12. The arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fabric (B1c) of a banner (B1) has at least one resiliently stretchable region (B1d).
13. The arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein an item of headgear (K11, K12; K21 ... 25; K31, K32; K51, K52) has the form of a peaked cap (K11a, K12a; K21a ... K25a; K31a, K32a; K51a, K52a).
14. The arrangement according to anyone of the preceding claims 1 to 12, wherein an item of headgear (K41, K42; K61, K62) has the form of a headband (K41a, K42a) or the form of a cylinder (K61a; K61b).
15. The arrangement according to claim 14, wherein a cylinder (K61a; K61b) has a lateral surface (K61b, K62b) with at least one winding region (K61c, K61d; K62c, K62d), around which the side edge of at least one banner (B61, B62, B63) is guided.
