  5. Mounting base (101; 201) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, in which said at least one groove (117; 217) has a substantially elbowed overall shape with a first groove portion (1171; 2171) extending in a first direction and a second groove portion (1172; 2172) extending in a second direction different from the first direction.
  6. Mounting base (101; 201) according to the preceding claim considered in combination with Claim 3, in which the access canal (123) for the crimping electrical contact (7) is oriented substantially perpendicular to the axis of each groove portion (1171, 1172; 2171, 2172).
  7. Mounting base (101; 201) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least one blocking portion (145; 245) extending from a wall (116) of the mounting base (101; 201) delimiting a groove (117; 217) towards the inside of the groove (117; 217).
  8. Mounting base (1; 101; 201) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (3; 103; 203) is a through-housing.
  9. Mounting base (1; 101; 201) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least two grooves (17; 117; 217) extending at least partially in parallel.
  10. Lighting module (37; 137; 237) comprising a mounting base (1; 101; 201) according to any one of the preceding claims and a light emitting diode (9) by way of electrical component (5), the light emitting diode (9) being equipped with at least two crimping electrical contacts (7).
  11. Lighting module (37; 137; 237) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least two grooves (17; 117; 217) are made on the rear face (18; 118; 218) of the mounting base (1; 101; 201) .
  12. Lighting module (37; 137; 237) according to either one of Claims 10 and 11, characterized in that it comprises a coat of transparent resin (40), preferably a domed coat, covering the light emitting diode (9).
  13. Lighting module (37; 137; 237) according to any one of Claims 10 to 12, characterized in that it comprises a coat of encapsulant covering the rear face (18; 118; 218) of the mounting base (1; 101; 201) .
  14. Method for producing a lighting module (37; 137; 237) according to any one of Claims 10 to 13, characterized in that:
    - an electrical wire (21) is passed into each groove (17; 117; 217),
    - a diode (9) equipped with at least two crimping contacts (7) with crimping spikes (35) facing toward the associated grooves (17; 117; 217) is inserted via the rear face (18; 118; 218) of the mounting base (1; 101; 201) so that on insertion, crimping onto the electrical wires (21) is performed,
    - a transparent resin (40) is poured over the front face (13; 113; 213) of the mounting base (1; 101; 201).
  15. Method for mounting a lighting module (37; 137; 237) produced according to Claim 14, characterized in that for mounting the lighting module on a support:
    - an assembly roundel (60) is positioned on the support intended to receive said module (37; 137; 237),
    - the lighting module (37; 137; 237) is positioned in such a way as to sandwich the support between the assembly roundel (60) and the lighting module (37; 137; 237), and
    - the lighting module (37; 137; 237) and the assembly roundel (60) are fixed together for example using ultrasonic welding.
  16. Garment, characterized in that it comprises at least one module (37; 137; 237) formed of a mounting base (1; 101; 201) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9 and of an electrical component (5) equipped with at least two crimping electrical contacts (7).
