- A bracing device (100, 200) for lining a structure (S), comprising a rod (10, 110) extending along a longitudinal axis (X) and, at a proximal end (10b) of said rod (10, 110), a first system for attaching it to the structure to be lined (S) and, at a distal end (10a) of the rod (10, 110), a second system for attaching it to an element of the liner, the first system comprising means (20, 22, 120, 192) for adjustably attaching the device to a threaded axis (A), wherein the adjustable attachment means comprise a nut suitable for engaging with the threaded axis (A), the device comprising a free adjustment space (40) suitable for receiving the threaded axis (A), downstream of the nut, characterized in that the rod (10, 110) comprises at least one radial opening for visualizing said free adjustment space (40).
- The device (100, 200) according to claim 1, wherein the distal end (10a) of the rod (10, 110) is configured for spearing a sealing membrane (M) of the vapor-barrier type.
- The device (100, 200) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nut is formed by a nut part (20, 120) separate from the rod (10, 110) and the rod is provided with a receiving housing (12, 112) suitable for receiving said nut part (20, 120) and opening axially for the threaded axis (A) to pass.
- The device (100, 200) according to claim 3, further comprising a locknut (50), suitable to be mounted onto the threaded axis (A) and to get blocked against the proximal end of the rod (10, 110).
- The device (100, 200) according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the rod (10, 110) comprises at least one radially opening mounting opening, for mounting the nut part (20, 120) into the receiving housing (12, 112).
- The device (100, 200) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, comprising means (18, 196, 198) for clipping the nut part onto the rod (10, 110).
- The device (100) according to claim 6, wherein the rod (10) comprises at least one non-return flap (18) elastically deformable, suitable to deform when the nut part is inserted (20) into the receiving housing (12), and to return after mounting to a stable position wherein it forms an abutment opposing the exit of the nut part (20) out of the receiving housing.
- The device (200) according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the nut part forms a clip suitable to pinch a wall (131) of the rod (110).
- The device (200) according to claim 8, wherein the nut part (120) comprises a main part (190) bearing a threaded portion (192) configured to engage with the threaded axis (A) and an attachment part (194) connected to the main part by an elastically deformable intermediate portion (196, 198), the main part (190) and the attachment part (194) being suitable to be spread apart one from the other and mounted on either sides of a wall (131) of the rod (110), particularly of a wall of the rod extending radially, in an unstable position wherein they are elastically solicited towards each other, squeezing said wall between each other (131).
- The device (100, 200) according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the rod (10, 110) comprises a hollow part (42) forming a reservoir suitable to receive the threaded axis (A) downstream from the nut.
- A lining system comprising a threaded axis (A) and a bracing device (100, 200) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the device (100, 200) being attached to an end of the threaded axis (A).
- A lining installation, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of lining systems according to claim 11, as well as at least one insulation lining (G), a sealing membrane (M), and fastening profiles (F) for facing plates (P).
