Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a coupling pin for the drive-effective connection of a handle, in particular a handle of a window, a door or the like, with a transmission.
  • the gear usually converts a rotational movement of the handle to a linear displacement of a fitting element, such as a drive rod to. It is therefore necessary to operatively couple the handle to the transmission with respect to rotational movement.
  • coupling pins are suitable, which are typically rigidly connected to the handle or integrally formed on the handle.
  • the coupling pin of such a handle can then be brought into engagement with the transmission in order to bring about a rotationally effective coupling.
  • the production of a handle with integrated coupling pin is more complicated than merely providing a coupling pin.
  • a mere coupling pin is more flexible because it can be used optionally with different handles.
  • Coupling pins with the features of the preamble of claim 1 are made GB 655 528 A .
  • US 2011/0302971 A1 such as US 2011/0219832 A1 known.
  • the coupling pin has a longitudinal axis, wherein the length of the coupling pin along the longitudinal axis is variable.
  • Such a coupling pin has the advantage of being able to be used within an entire length range of possible distances between a handle and a gearbox for driving connection of the handle and the transmission, since its length can be adjusted as needed. Thus, it is no longer necessary to carry several coupling pins of different lengths or multiple handles with integrated coupling pins of different lengths to to bridge different distances flexibly.
  • the coupling pin according to the invention has the advantage over an integrally or otherwise formed on a respective handle coupling pin to be combined with any different handles. This also makes a special high flexibility of the application achieved. In particular, the costs of warehousing are significantly reduced.
  • the length of the coupling pin is infinitely variable.
  • the coupling pin is particularly well adaptable, so that a simple tolerance compensation can be achieved.
  • the assembly can also be reversed, so that the coupling pin is first coupled to the transmission and then connected with automatic shortening of its length with the handle.
  • the coupling pin comprises a grip part for connection to the handle and a transmission part for connection to the transmission.
  • the coupling pin is thus formed at least in two parts.
  • the handle part and the gear part of the coupling pin for adjusting the length of the coupling pin relative to each other along the longitudinal axis with variable mutual overlap can be displaced, wherein a gear portion facing the handle portion overlaps with a handle portion facing portion of the transmission part. Relative to the longitudinal axis, these overlapping regions therefore form inner end regions of the grip part and of the transmission part.
  • the handle part and the gear part may in turn be elongated and extend along the longitudinal axis.
  • the handle part and the gear part then each have an inner axial end which faces the respective other part, and an outer axial end opposite the inner axial end.
  • Said inner end region comprises the inner axial end and extends from this.
  • an outer end portion includes and extends from the outer axial end.
  • the length variability of the coupling pin results from the displaceability of the grip part and the gear part relative to one another and from the variable overlap resulting therefrom.
  • the overlap can serve at the same time to guide the handle part and the gear part together, so that the coupling pin does not have to include any other parts for this purpose.
  • coupling portions of the coupling pin may be formed at the two outer end portions in a suitable manner for attaching a handle or a transmission to the coupling pin.
  • the attachment can be done in particular (at least also) by inserting the respective coupling portion in a corresponding receptacle of the handle or the transmission. Since an axial stop is provided on the respective coupling section, the coupling pin can be positioned particularly reliably on the handle or on the transmission. Because of the stop, for example, in cooperation with a counter-attack on the handle or the gearbox, the axial position of the coupling pin can be precisely determined.
  • the coupling portion of the handle portion and / or the coupling portion of the transmission part forms or form a polygon
  • the cross section is preferably at least substantially a regular polygon.
  • the polygonal act it is in particular a square with preferably at least substantially square cross-section.
  • a mechanical connection can be made in a comparatively simple manner, which is particularly suitable for transmitting a rotational movement about a center axis perpendicular to the cross section of the polygon.
  • This center point axis preferably forms a rotational axis of symmetry of the respective coupling section and in particular coincides with the longitudinal axis of the coupling pin.
  • the overlap of the inner end portion of the handle portion and the inner end portion of the transmission part is thus substantially effected by inserting the insertion portion of one part into the receptacle of the other portion. Since this can be done with variable depth of penetration, this results in a variable overlap and thus the intended length variability of the coupling pin.
  • the handle part is at least partially received in the transmission part or vice versa
  • the transmission part is at least partially received in the handle part
  • the handle part and the transmission part are particularly reliably led together, at the same time a good stability of the coupling pin can be achieved as a whole.
  • the insertion section and the receptacle are designed such that they engage positively with respect to a rotation about the longitudinal axis.
  • the gripping part and the gear part are axially movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis at least within a certain range relative to each other, they are drivingly coupled to each other by the interaction of Einschiebeabitess with the recording due to the positive engagement in the direction of rotation to common rotation. In this way, it is ensured that a rotary operation of the handle is reliably transmitted to a rotary operation of the transmission via the coupling pin away.
  • the invention provides that the insertion section and / or the receptacle has / have a cross-section which has the shape of a regular polygon with rounded corners and / or concave edges and is therefore particularly suitable for the transmission of torques.
  • the provision of concave edges form contact surfaces between the insertion section and the receptacle, at which forces which result from a respective torque about a rotational symmetry axis of the cross section are transmitted perpendicular to the surface and thus particularly effective.
  • the regular polygon is in particular a quadrilateral, which is comparatively easy to manufacture and offers a good positive power transmission.
  • the passage opening in the region of the coupling section has an increase in diameter for receiving a screw head of the screw.
  • the screw can therefore be arranged substantially completely within the receiving portion of the coupling pin and thus advantageously not visible from the outside.
  • a spring element in particular a coil spring is arranged, which biases the coupling pin to a maximum length.
  • the spring element can in particular be clamped between a stop formed at the junction of the passage opening in the receptacle and the said axial end face of the insertion section. The spring element consequently urges the insertion section in the direction of the receptacle.
  • the insertion section can be introduced against the bias of the spring element deeper into the receptacle, whereby the length of the coupling pin can be shortened easily.
  • a spring element which biases the coupling pin to a minimum length or an average length, for example if the spring element does not merely rest against the bottom of the receptacle on the one hand and the axial end face of the push-in section on the other hand, but firmly connected to the ground and the frontal area. In such a case is then not (only) the shortening of the coupling pin, but the extension of the coupling pin or both the lengthening and shortening of the coupling pin against the bias of the spring element.
  • the invention further relates to a handle, in particular a window, a door or the like, with a coupling pin as described above for the driving connection of the handle with a transmission and a fitting arrangement for a window, a door or the like, a transmission and a coupling pin as above described for the drive-effective connection of a handle with the transmission includes, wherein the fitting assembly in particular also comprises the handle.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 in each case the same embodiment of a coupling pin 11 according to the invention in a longitudinal section ( Fig. 1 ), a side view ( Fig. 2 ) or a perspective view ( Fig. 3 ).
  • the coupling pin 11 has a substantially elongated shape and extends along a longitudinal axis L, to which it is also formed substantially rotationally symmetrical.
  • the coupling pin 11 has a substantially two-part construction and comprises a grip part 13 and a gear part 15, which in turn each have a substantially elongate shape and extend along the longitudinal axis L.
  • the gripping part 13 and the gear part 15 each have, relative to the longitudinal axis L, an inner axial end 17 or 17 ', which faces the respective other part 15 or 13, and an outer one opposite the inner axial end 17 or 17' axial end 19 and 19 'on.
  • an inner end region 21 or 21' of the gripping part 13 or the gear part 15 extends, wherein the inner end regions 21, 21 'are arranged overlapping and the degree of overlap is variable, as will be explained below.
  • the overlap is minimal.
  • the outer axial ends 19, 19 ' from which extend respective outer end portions 23, 23', at the same time form the axial ends 17, 17 'of the coupling pin eleventh
  • the coupling pin 11 is provided for drivingly connecting a handle (not shown) with respect to a rotary actuator to a transmission (not shown), in particular a window, a door or the like.
  • the handle part 13 is intended to be connected to the handle, while the transmission part 15 is intended to be connected to the transmission.
  • the handle part 13 and the gear part 15 in their respective outer end portion 23 and 23 ', a respective coupling portion 25 and 25', which is adapted to each own way for fastening the handle or the transmission.
  • Both coupling portions 25, 25 ' are each at least substantially formed as a square with chamfered edges, but have different lengths. While the longer coupling portion 25 of the handle portion 13 provides much surface for the attachment of a handle, the comparatively short coupling portion 25 'of the transmission part 15 extends for a reliable rotationally effective engagement in a corresponding receptacle of the transmission.
  • the length of the coupling sections 25, 25 ' is limited in each case by a relative to the longitudinal axis L axial stop 27 or 27'. This can, if appropriate in addition to a respective end face on the respective outer axial end 23 or 23 ', serve as a reference point for the axial arrangement of the handle or of the transmission on the coupling pin 11.
  • the axial stops 27, 27 ' are each formed by a transition from the substantially square cross-section of the coupling portions 25, 25' to a substantially circular cross-section, whose diameter substantially corresponds to the diagonal of the square cross-section.
  • the round cross-section can allow a rotatable mounting of the coupling pin 11 with a stable orientation of the longitudinal axis L, which then forms an axis of rotation of the coupling pin 11 at the same time.
  • a separate storage of the coupling pin 11 is not absolutely necessary, since it can also be mounted only indirectly by the connection to the handle and the transmission.
  • the gripping part 13 has in its inner end region 21 a push-in section 29, which is defined in particular in that it has a cross-section which deviates from the said round cross-section and has a smaller maximum diameter.
  • a push-in section 29 which is defined in particular in that it has a cross-section which deviates from the said round cross-section and has a smaller maximum diameter.
  • the Transmission part 15 in its inner end portion 21 'an axial receptacle 31 which extends axially from the inner axial end 17' of the transmission part 15 in the transmission part 15.
  • the receptacle 31 is within the mentioned area round (outer) cross section of the transmission part 15th
  • the cross section of the insertion section 29 and the (inner) cross section of the receptacle 31 are formed substantially complementary to each other. Therefore, the handle portion 13 can be axially inserted with its insertion portion 29 in the receptacle 31 of the transmission part 15, whereby the handle part 13 and the transmission part 15 overlap each other. By the depth of insertion while the degree of overlap and thus the length of the coupling pin 11 can be set variably. At the same time the insertion section 29 and the receptacle 31 are slidably guided together. This ensures that the handle part 13 and the gear part 15 are always coaxially aligned with each other and stable along the longitudinal axis L.
  • the cross sections of the insertion portion 29 and the receptacle 31 have the shape of a square with rounded corners and concave edges.
  • a passage opening 33 extends axially into the receptacle 31.
  • the diameter of the passage opening 33 is smaller than a diameter of the receptacle 31, so that the remaining floor 35 can form an axial stop for a spring element 37 which is received in the receptacle 31 is.
  • a complete pushing out of the insertion portion 29 is prevented by a screw 41 which extends with a screw shaft 43 through the passage opening 33 from the side of the outer axial end 17 'of the transmission part 15 into the receptacle 31.
  • the screw shaft 43 is screwed into a threaded bore 45 formed in the axial end face 39.
  • the screw head 47 of the screw 41 is received in an enlarged diameter 49 of the passage opening 33, so that it is not visible from the outside.
  • the screw head 47 can not be offset axially in the direction of the receptacle 31 via the position shown, in which it rests against the transition from the increase in diameter 49 to the remaining passage opening 33.
  • the screw 41 limits the pushing out of the insertion section 29 by the spring element 37 to the minimum insertion depth shown, which corresponds to a maximum length of the coupling pin 11.
  • the grip part 13 and the gear part 15 are reliably connected to each other by the screw 41, so that they do not separate from each other.
  • the structure described also allows a particularly simple assembly of the coupling pin by first the spring element 37 is inserted into the receptacle 31 of the transmission part 15, then the handle member 13 is inserted with its insertion portion 29 in the receptacle 31 and finally the handle part 13 and the transmission part 15th be screwed together by means of the screw 41.
  • the coupling pin 11 can be shortened starting from the rest position shown maximum length, characterized in that the handle member 13 is inserted deeper with increasing overlap in the transmission part 15. Due to the sliding mutual guidance of the handle part 13 and the gear part 15, this is advantageously infinitely possible.
  • the insertion can be limited to a maximum depth corresponding to a minimum length of the coupling pin 11. Such a limitation may in particular result from the fact that, when the insertion section 29 is fully inserted, a further axial stop 51 of the grip part 13 abuts against an axial end face 39 'formed on the inner axial end 17' of the gear part 15.
  • the embodiment may also be the other way round in such a way that for variable mutual overlapping of the grip part 13 and the transmission part 15, the insertion section 29 is provided on the transmission part 15, while the receptacle 31 is provided on the grip part 13.
