Definitions
- the invention relates to a push-pull closure for a container according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the Utility Model DE 20 2007 017 383 U1 discloses the closure of a drinking bottle, wherein a mouthpiece is provided, which, for example, with the teeth of the user from a closed position in an open position is linearly displaceable.
- the publication DE 10 2012 002 935 A1 discloses a push-pull closure for a drinking container, wherein also here a closable passage opening is provided, in which a guided in this opening pin can be linearly raised or lowered and thus opens or closes the passage opening.
- the publication WO 2014/037825 A1 US 5,536,730 relates to a spout having a tubular body for insertion into a container, wherein a spout within the tubular body is slidably housed relative to the tubular body between a retracted position and an extended position.
- the spout is lifted out of the closed position by unscrewing the cap by coupling means, for which a coupling element is secured inside the cap.
- a spout is disclosed in a tubular body for insertion in a container, in particular a bottleneck.
- the spout has here deformable sections, which make it possible to lift the spout by unscrewing a cap from a closed position. Again, the spout is removed when unscrewing the cap by coupling means from the closed position, which are inserted inside the cap and make a releasable positive connection with the upper end of the spout until the cap is completely unscrewed.
- the publication FR 2 875 485 A1 again shows another such solution in which a spout when unscrewing the cap lifted by coupling means from the closed position, which are inserted inside the cap inside. Again, a releasable positive connection with the upper end of the spout is received until the cap is completely unscrewed, in which case a patch on the inside of the cap engages projection inside the closure.
- the cap with the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure is to enter into a mechanical connection, which is released when opening and newly made when closing the cap, so that with unscrewing the cap, the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure already in the Opening position is raised linearly and when screwing the cap, the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure is depressed back into the closed position.
- this is to be achieved without coupling elements which are inserted into the closure cap for connection to the closure element.
- the object is achieved by a push-pull closure for a container which is composed of a base insert on the one hand, which is inserted into the container opening, for example a bottle and a run in this base insert closure body, the linear by an up and down movement a lower closure position in a raised open position can be transferred.
- a base insert on the one hand, which is inserted into the container opening, for example a bottle and a run in this base insert closure body
- the invention consists in that the movable closure body of the push-pull closure enters into a detachable connection with a closure cap which can be screwed onto the container.
- This closure cap is expediently a metal cap in the form of an MCA closure made of aluminum which is well known in the prior art and which is guided on an external thread, for example, of a bottle neck.
- the closure body of the push-pull closure is a detachable connection with this cap, so that when unscrewing the cap of the closure body is lifted with its closure position until it reaches an upper point of the open position and is held here on the base insert.
- the base insert points For this purpose, a kind of stop for the sliding closure body, so that the closure body can not be raised beyond this opening position out of the base insert.
- the cap is further unscrewed when reaching the opening position of the closure body, that is, it has not yet reached its highest point on the external thread of the body and is unscrewed beyond the opening position of the closure body. This ensures that the cap is released from the closure body, the use of the threaded connection between the cap and container causes a defined detachment of this connection, which is achieved by the user saving energy, since yes by the rotational movement and the same time taking place upward movement of the cap Replacement is supported.
- connection region between the closure cap and closure body of the push-pull closure is achieved by a circumferential annular bead-like bead in the closure cap, in which engages the closure body latching.
- This bead is arranged according to the invention in the transition region from the top-side closure mirror to the circumferential cap side wall, so that the closure body engage in this bead at its upper side and in this case can be releasably connected to the cap.
- the closure body has an upper-disk-shaped connection plate which engages in the bead and is detachably connected to the closure cap such that the disk-shaped connection plate of the closure body lies flat against the inner surface of the closure mirror.
- closure cap can now be removed from the closure body and the container itself and remains as a separate body which does not hinder the removal of a liquid from the container.
- the closure body is in its upper removal position, whereby liquid can be removed from the push-pull closure immediately by tilting the container.
- the cap can also be screwed on the thread a little further, making it back to a producing the detachable connection between the closure body and cap, whereby here, this connection is supported by the thread and the downward movement of the cap and thus without much effort done automatically by the user.
- a lifting as usual in the sports field with the teeth is no longer necessary here.
- the use of this closure is primarily aimed at dosable liquids such as vinegar, oil, liqueurs, spirits and the like, in which a targeted removal of small amounts is sought, in contrast to conventional push-pull closures, such as these, for example, to bottles of mineral water and juices are provided in which a large amount of liquid to be removed as quickly as possible.
- the base insert has in this case on its outer surface to the container opening wall, eg. To aaunhalsinneren, facing, sealing attachment projections on the inside of the bottleneck on the inside put firmly on the bottleneck when inserting the base insert into the bottleneck and so have both a sealing and a fastening effect ,
- the base insert Towards the upper edge of the container opening, the base insert has a rectangular angled circumferential support ring, which rests on the container opening and Thus, the use of what its insertion depth in the container opening, determines.
- the guided in the base insert closure body has on the inside at least one guide extension, which is guided along at least one inner guide ring of the base insert and applies to this, wherein the guide ring forms a stop for the guide arm and so limits the linear displaceability of the closure body in the base insert.
- the closure body is guided here during insertion into the base insert to the upper edge of the base insert in order to effect a sealing closure of the push-pull closure.
- the closure body is linearly displaced and raised from this position, wherein the guide extension comes into contact with a peripheral upstand arranged on the underside on the inner guide ring of the base insert and thus limits withdrawal from the base insert. This results in an open annular space between the closure body and the base insert, from which the fluid located in a bottle, for example, can escape.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 show all the structural elements of the push-pull closure 1 according to the invention with attached cap 5 in the closed position.
- the cap is here completely on the container 4, screwed in this case a bottleneck. It is used in the opening of the base insert 2, in which the closure body 3 is guided linearly displaceable.
- the base insert 2 has for this purpose a guide ring 10 which cooperates with the first guide extension 11 of the closure body 3.
- the guide extension 11 is guided here within the guide ring 10 and thus aligns a linear vertical guidance of the closure body 3 within the closure ring 10.
- Another function is a limitation of the leadership of the closure body 3 in the base insert 2, in which at the lower edge 13 of the first guide extension 11 a Tarkantung 12 is arranged facing the guide ring 10 so that upon reaching the opening position of the closure body 3, as for example in the FIGS. 2 and 3 can be seen, this upstand 12 comes to rest on the lower edge 13 of the guide ring 10.
- a second guide extension 16 is arranged offset on the underside on the closure cap 5, which rests against the side wall 14 of the base insert 2 and is vertically displaceable thereon. This second guide extension 16 seals on the one hand in the closed position together with the side wall 14 of the base insert 2 from the push-pull closure 1 from.
- this second guide extension 16 is raised so far that an annular gap 19 between the lower edge 13 of the second guide extension 16 and the upper edge of the base insert is released, through which the liquid contained in the container 4 can escape.
- FIGS Figures 1 and 2 The detachable connection between the closure body 3 and the closure cap 5 takes place as in FIGS Figures 1 and 2 recognizable below the closure mirror 6 of the closure cap 5 within a ring bead-like bead 8, which runs circumferentially in the upper region of the closure cap 5 below the closure mirror 6.
- this annular bead-like bead 8 of the closure body 3 engages with a closure body on the upper side limiting connecting plate 9 such that this connection plate 9 engages in the annular bead-like bead 8.
- the disk-shaped connecting plate 9 comes to rest on the underside of the closure mirror 6 of the closure cap 5.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 becomes apparent that in the closed position of FIG. 1 engages the connecting plate 9 of the closure body 3 in the annular bead-like bead 8 of the cap 5 and as in FIG. 2 recognizable by unscrewing the cap 5 of the closure body 3 is lifted in this way.
- the closure body 3 is rotatable, since it is rotatably mounted in the guide ring 10 of the base insert 2.
- cap 5 can be removed completely from the container 4 after complete unscrewing from the external thread of the container 4, wherein it has lifted the closure body 3 completely in the opening position of the push-pull closure 1 during unscrewing.
- the cap 5 are poured. It is not necessary to manually lift the push-pull closure 1 or the closure body 3 of the push-pull closure 1 in the open position. A touch of the closure body 3 has been circumvented inventive way.
- connection plate 9 is pressed back into the corresponding annular bead-like bead 8 in the cap 5 and snaps in here to be raised again with the new screwing.
- the guide ring 10 of the base insert 2 is spaced from the side wall 14 of the base insert 2, whereby an annular space 15 between arises from these components.
- This annular space 15 is used for the removal of liquid as soon as the closure body 3 is in the open position.
- liquid can be guided to the closure body 3, wherein the closure body 3 in the upper opening position of its second guide extension 16 in a spaced position to the side wall 14 and thereby an annular gap 19 is formed, through which the liquid can escape.
- the first guide extension 11 which is guided in the guide ring 10 of the base insert 2, be formed as a cylindrical body or be formed from a circular arrangement of a plurality of guide arms. Shown in the figures, this guide extension 11 consists of both a cylindrical portion extending below the connecting plate 9 and on this cylindrical portion attaching circularly arranged guide arms, which terminate in the Aufkantept 12. In this way it is achieved that the first guide extension 11 is elastically deformable in its lower portion in order to be easier to insert in a first mating of the push-pull closure in the guide ring 10 of the base insert 2, wherein the guide arms of the first guide extension 11 elastic to invest in the guide ring 10.
- the second guide extension 16 has at its lower edge 13 a recess 23 which serves to form the annular gap 19. This recess is arranged pointing to the lower edge of the second guide extension 16 to the side wall 14 of the base insert 2.
- a defined annular gap is produced in order to produce an appropriate size of the annular gap for the liquid used.
- the ring gap formation must be larger or smaller, depending on the viscosity of the liquid to be absorbed, in order to allow a defined pouring.
- the figuratively illustrated design of the invention has the base attachment 2 in its upper region on an approximately perpendicular to the side wall 14 on the outside circumferential support ring 17, with which the base insert 2 rests on the upper edge 18 of the opening of the container 4. The background is that so the depth of use of the base insert 2 can be set in the container 4 and thus the pouring height on the upper edge of the base insert second
- the base insert upper edge 20 is formed Ausussunter referencend in the illustrated solution.
- a widening of the base insert upper edge 20 is provided in such a rounded manner that a good flow movement of the liquid takes place from this forming annular gap 19 and an imprecise pouring out of the push-pull closure 1 can be avoided.
- FIGS. 5 to 7 drawing is also shown in the FIGS. 5 to 7 a variant of the push-pull closure, in which an additional sealing body is used.
- This is formed in the drawing as a spherical sealing body 21 which abuts in a corresponding circular seal receptacle 22 on the underside of the base insert 2.
- FIG. 5 a push-pull closure 1 is shown in the closed position, in which the sealing body 21 is seated in the sealing body receptacle 22. This is achieved by pressing the sealing body 21 through the first guide extension 11 of the closure body 3. In the depressed position of the closure body 3, the first guide extension 11 presses the sealing body 21 into its sealing body receptacle 22.
- the additional sealing body 21 primarily causes an additional sealing effect, for example in particularly volatile liquids, in which an additional seal in the context of the push-pull closure 1 is desired.

It is common to these known in the prior art solutions that a linear opening and closing of a bottle-like container is achieved by lifting or depressing a linear guided closure body, which is part of the actual cap and is guided on this. This can be done manually or with the aid of the teeth, for example, which grip the movable closure body and lift or depress it. This is an example should its functionality, which is often used in the field of sport.
It is common to the known solutions that the caps are covered only by an attached seal or a plastic cap, which has no use after opening, since the bottle is opened or closed by means of the push-pull mechanism. As a rule, no further covering of this closure cap is now required. It is only a placement of a plastic cap possible, and this has no significance for the functionality.

Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide a combination of a screw cap and a push-pull closure, wherein in particular the metered removal of liquids from the container is desired. Here, the cap with the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure is to enter into a mechanical connection, which is released when opening and newly made when closing the cap, so that with unscrewing the cap, the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure already in the Opening position is raised linearly and when screwing the cap, the movable pin-like closure element of the push-pull closure is depressed back into the closed position. Compared to the prior art, this is to be achieved without coupling elements which are inserted into the closure cap for connection to the closure element.
This is achieved according to the invention by a push-pull closure with the features of
The other claims are advantageous embodiments of the invention to the subject.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a push-pull closure for a container which is composed of a base insert on the one hand, which is inserted into the container opening, for example a bottle and a run in this base insert closure body, the linear by an up and down movement a lower closure position in a raised open position can be transferred. This is well known in the art.
The invention consists in that the movable closure body of the push-pull closure enters into a detachable connection with a closure cap which can be screwed onto the container. This closure cap is expediently a metal cap in the form of an MCA closure made of aluminum which is well known in the prior art and which is guided on an external thread, for example, of a bottle neck.
The closure body of the push-pull closure is a detachable connection with this cap, so that when unscrewing the cap of the closure body is lifted with its closure position until it reaches an upper point of the open position and is held here on the base insert. The base insert points For this purpose, a kind of stop for the sliding closure body, so that the closure body can not be raised beyond this opening position out of the base insert.
However, the cap is further unscrewed when reaching the opening position of the closure body, that is, it has not yet reached its highest point on the external thread of the body and is unscrewed beyond the opening position of the closure body. This ensures that the cap is released from the closure body, the use of the threaded connection between the cap and container causes a defined detachment of this connection, which is achieved by the user saving energy, since yes by the rotational movement and the same time taking place upward movement of the cap Replacement is supported.
The inventive implementation of the connection region between the closure cap and closure body of the push-pull closure is achieved by a circumferential annular bead-like bead in the closure cap, in which engages the closure body latching. This bead is arranged according to the invention in the transition region from the top-side closure mirror to the circumferential cap side wall, so that the closure body engage in this bead at its upper side and in this case can be releasably connected to the cap.
For this purpose, the closure body has an upper-disk-shaped connection plate which engages in the bead and is detachably connected to the closure cap such that the disk-shaped connection plate of the closure body lies flat against the inner surface of the closure mirror.
This allows that in a conventional metal closure made of aluminum this can be molded in the usual manner when sealing and closing the container only to the thread and the push-pull closure. Alternatively, a preforming done or only the thread can be formed by appropriate tools to the thread of the container.
As a result of the detachment of closure cap and closure body, the closure cap can now be removed from the closure body and the container itself and remains as a separate body which does not hinder the removal of a liquid from the container. The closure body is in its upper removal position, whereby liquid can be removed from the push-pull closure immediately by tilting the container.
When closing the push-pull closure or the container is a reverse sequence. The cap is now placed again on the external thread of the container and thereby engages over the closure body, which is still raised in its open position. The cap is now screwed onto the thread, where it meets after a few turns on the closure body and this moved by the downward movement when screwing the cap down into its closed position. Again, it comes again to an end of this downward movement of the closure body in the base insert, as soon as the closure body is completely inserted into the base insert.
However, the cap can also be screwed on the thread a little further, making it back to a producing the detachable connection between the closure body and cap, whereby here, this connection is supported by the thread and the downward movement of the cap and thus without much effort done automatically by the user. Once the cap is completely screwed onto the container, and the closure body has been returned to its releasable connection position to the cap.
In this way, it is advantageously achieved that the lifting of the closure body from a closed position to an open position without any action by the user is accomplished solely by unscrewing the cap. This has particular great hygienic benefits. Considering special applications of such a closure, for example in the field of food oil and vinegar or other viscous liquids, it is readily apparent that a manual lifting of a closure body from a push-pull closure is not possible without transmission of germs on this closure.
A lifting as usual in the sports field with the teeth is no longer necessary here. The use of this closure is primarily aimed at dosable liquids such as vinegar, oil, liqueurs, spirits and the like, in which a targeted removal of small amounts is sought, in contrast to conventional push-pull closures, such as these, for example, to bottles of mineral water and juices are provided in which a large amount of liquid to be removed as quickly as possible.
The base insert has in this case on its outer surface to the container opening wall, eg. To a Flaschenhalsinneren, facing, sealing attachment projections on the inside of the bottleneck on the inside put firmly on the bottleneck when inserting the base insert into the bottleneck and so have both a sealing and a fastening effect ,
Towards the upper edge of the container opening, the base insert has a rectangular angled circumferential support ring, which rests on the container opening and Thus, the use of what its insertion depth in the container opening, determines.
The guided in the base insert closure body has on the inside at least one guide extension, which is guided along at least one inner guide ring of the base insert and applies to this, wherein the guide ring forms a stop for the guide arm and so limits the linear displaceability of the closure body in the base insert.
The closure body is guided here during insertion into the base insert to the upper edge of the base insert in order to effect a sealing closure of the push-pull closure. When the push-pull closure is opened, the closure body is linearly displaced and raised from this position, wherein the guide extension comes into contact with a peripheral upstand arranged on the underside on the inner guide ring of the base insert and thus limits withdrawal from the base insert. This results in an open annular space between the closure body and the base insert, from which the fluid located in a bottle, for example, can escape.
This represents a clear distinction from the push-pull closures disclosed in the prior art insofar as the push-pull closure according to the invention places greater emphasis on the aspect of metering, since the liquid can only escape radially from the annulus and Thus, not centrally in the longitudinal direction of the bottle neck of the cap or the sliding closure body itself can be removed, as is the case for example with mineral water or sports beverage bottles in the rule. Therefore, the scope of this closure is also more focused on liquids that are used in doses, such as oil, vinegar or alcoholic beverages.
The concrete design features of the push-pull closure according to the invention in various alternatives are described in more detail below with reference to drawings.

The now released in the region of the releasable connections cap 5 can be removed completely from the container 4 after complete unscrewing from the external thread of the container 4, wherein it has lifted the
When screwing on the
If the closure body arrived at its lowest point in the
As can be seen in the figures, the
According to the invention, the
In the illustrated structural solution of the invention, the
In this case, the ring gap formation must be larger or smaller, depending on the viscosity of the liquid to be absorbed, in order to allow a defined pouring. The figuratively illustrated design of the invention has the
In addition to the adaptation of the

Thus, here the
