Abstract
An elastic structure of a sport equipment comprises a base, a staggered frame, an elastic body and an applying member. The base is supported on a ground. The elastic body is extendable and retractable located on the base. The applying member is connected to the elastic body for generating a stretching movement back and forth. The base and the staggered frame can be foldable, thus the elastic structure of the sport equipment has a smaller volume for collecting and saving.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to a foldable sport equipment. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an elastic structure of a sport equipment that supplies an ample and effective recovering force.
- Recently, the technology of the foldable sport equipment has developed towards without electricity for easily using and operating. Therefore, an elastic member is the most important parts of the foldable sport equipment, and the elastic member of the foldable sport equipment needs a longer extendable and retractable space for moving.
- However, the longer extendable and retractable space and the foldable sport equipment are conflicted. Now, the elastic member normally uses a non-fixed elastic string for free the design space of the foldable sport equipment. For example, the non-fixed elastic string is detachably located at an end of the foldable sport equipment, and a handle is connected to the non-fixed elastic string for generating a reciprocate stretching movement. Therefore, the conflict between the longer extendable and retractable space and the foldable sport equipment puzzles the designer of the foldable sport equipment. The non-fixed elastic string occupies space and interferences folding action, and the non-fixed elastic string will bounce or shake during a user operation. The bouncing or shaking is very dangerous if the user performs a wrong operation.
- According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, an elastic structure of a sport equipment comprises a base, a staggered frame, an elastic body and an applying member. The base is supported on a ground. The staggered frame has a front section, a middle section and a rear section. The middle section has a pivoting portion that is pivoted at the base, thus the front section and the rear section are extending outward from the pivoting portion, and the front section has an extending socket, and the rear section has a positioning socket. The elastic body is extendably and retractably located on the extending socket and the positioning socket. The applying member is connected to the elastic body for generating a stretching movement back and forth.
- The pivoting portion of the middle section has a pivoting rod, and the staggered frame is staggered at an angle with the base to form an X-shape via the pivoting rod. Therefore, the angle between the staggered frame and the base can be adjusted via the pivoting rod.
- The elastic structure of the sport equipment has two elastic bodies and two applying members. The first pivoting socket includes a first pulley. The first pulley is pivoted at the first pivoting socket, and each of the two elastic bodies is arranged through the first pulley. One end of the elastic body is located at a first pin. The end of the elastic body extends from the first pivoting socket, and the first pivoting socket has a first connector connected to the end of the elastic body. The first connector is detachably connected to the applying member. The first pin is located between the first pivoting socket and the first connector. The first pin is for connecting the first connector to the elastic body, thus a detachment of the elastic body from the first pivoting socket can be avoided by the first pin.
- According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, an elastic structure of a sport equipment comprises a base, a staggered frame, an elastic body and an applying member. The base is supported on a ground. The staggered frame has a front section, a middle section and a rear section. The middle section has a pivoting portion that is pivoted at the base, thus the staggered frame is staggered at an angle with the base to form an X-shape, and the pivoting portion that is connected to the base can adjust the angle rotatably. The front section and the rear section are extending outward from the pivoting portion. The front section has an extending socket, and the rear section has a positioning socket. The elastic body is passed through the extending socket and the positioning socket, and the elastic body is extendably and retractably located on the extending socket and the positioning socket. The applying member is connected to an end of the elastic body for generating a stretching movement back and forth.
- The end of the elastic body can be directly linked and connected to the positioning socket. The end of the elastic body can extend in a reverse direction via the positioning socket, and the another end is connected to the applying member respectively.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the elastic structure of a sport equipment according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. TheFig. 2 is another perspective view of the elastic structure ofFig. 1 . TheFig. 3 is a schematic view showing a folded state of the elastic structure ofFig. 1 . InFig. 1 , the elastic structure of the sport equipment comprises abase 100, a staggeredframe 200, twoelastic bodies 300 and two applyingmembers 400. Thebase 100 is supported on a ground. Each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is extendably and retractably located on an extendingsocket 221 and apositioning socket 231. Each of the two applyingmembers 400 is connected to one of the twoelastic bodies 300, and the applyingmember 400 can stretch reciprocately via an elastic recovering force of theelastic body 300. - The staggered
frame 200 has afront section 220, amiddle section 210 and arear section 230. Themiddle section 210 has a pivotingportion 211, and the pivotingportion 211 of themiddle section 210 has anopen space 213, and the twoelastic bodies 300 pass through theopen space 213. Thepivoting portion 211 is pivoted at thebase 100, thus thefront section 220 and therear section 230 extend outward from the pivotingportion 211 and thebase 100. Thefront section 220 has the extendingsocket 221, and therear section 230 has thepositioning socket 231. - In
Fig. 3 , the pivotingportion 211 of themiddle section 210 has a pivotingrod 212, and the staggeredframe 200 is staggered at an angle with the base 100 to form an X-shape via the pivotingrod 212. Therefore, the angle between thestaggered frame 200 and the base 100 can be adjusted via the pivotingrod 212. When thebase 100 and the staggeredframe 200 are folded parallel to each other, the elastic structure of the sport equipment can have a smaller volume for collecting and saving. -
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing swinging of afirst pivoting socket 500 of thefront section 220 of the elastic structure. InFig. 1 andFig. 5 , theelastic body 300 is located between the extendingsocket 221 and the applyingmember 400 along a moving direction, and thefront section 220 has afirst pivoting socket 500. Thefirst pivoting socket 500 is pivoted at thefront section 220, and a swing direction of thefirst pivoting socket 500 is corresponding to the moving direction. Therefore, the user can conveniently change his moving direction via thefirst pivoting socket 500. -
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of thefirst pivoting socket 500 of thefront section 220 of the elastic structure. Thefirst pivoting socket 500 includes afirst pulley 510. Thefirst pulley 510 is pivoted at thefirst pivoting socket 500, and each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is arranged through thefirst pulley 510. One end of theelastic body 300 is located at afirst pin 520. - The end of the
elastic body 300 extends from thefirst pivoting socket 500, and thefirst pivoting socket 500 has afirst connector 530 connected to the end of theelastic body 300. Thefirst connector 530 is detachably connected to the applyingmember 400. Thefirst pin 520 is located between thefirst pivoting socket 500 and thefirst connector 530. Thefirst pin 520 is for connecting thefirst connector 530 to theelastic body 300, thus a detachment of theelastic body 300 from thefirst pivoting socket 500 can be avoided by thefirst pin 520. -
Fig. 6 is a schematic and enlarged view showing swinging of therear section 230 of the elastic structure. InFig. 1 andFig. 6 , each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is located between thepositioning socket 231 and the applyingmember 400 along a moving direction. Therear section 230 has asecond pivoting socket 600, and thesecond pivoting socket 600 is pivoted at therear section 230. Each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is passed through thesecond pivoting socket 600. A swing direction of thesecond pivoting socket 600 is corresponding to the moving direction. Thesecond pivoting socket 600 comprises asecond pulley 610. Thesecond pulley 610 is pivoted at thesecond pivoting socket 600, and each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is arranged through thesecond pulley 610. - Another end of the
elastic body 300 extends from thesecond pivoting socket 600, and thesecond pivoting socket 600 has asecond connector 630 connected to the another end of theelastic body 300. Thesecond connector 630 is detachably connected to the applyingmember 400. Asecond pin 620 is located between thesecond pivoting socket 600 and thesecond connector 630. Thesecond pin 620 is for connecting thesecond connector 630 to theelastic body 300, thus a detachment of theelastic body 300 from thesecond pivoting socket 600 can be avoided by thesecond pin 620. -
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the elastic structure according to an another embodiment of the present disclosure, andFig. 8 is another perspective view of the elastic structure ofFig. 7 , andFig. 9 is a schematic view showing a folded state of the elastic structure ofFig. 7 . The elastic structure of the sport equipment includes abase 100, astaggered frame 200, twoelastic bodies 300 and two applyingmembers 400. Thebase 100 is supported on a ground. - The
base 100, the staggeredframe 200 and the two applyingmembers 400 have similar structures to those in the aforementioned embodiments. The staggeredframe 200 also has afront section 220, amiddle section 210 and arear section 230. Similarly, each of the twoelastic bodies 300 is extendably and retractably located on an extendingsocket 221 and apositioning socket 231. The difference of this embodiment is that the another end of each of the twoelastic bodies 300, on thebase 100, extends in a reverse direction via thepositioning socket 231, and the two another ends are connected to the two applyingmembers 400 respectively. Therefore, theelastic body 300 has more length extending space for a strong extendable and retractable operation. A folded form of the elastic structure of this embodiment is similar to that ofFig. 9 . - In
Fig. 10 orFig. 11 is a further another embodiment of the present disclosure, the staggeredframe 200 utilizes only one rod. The shape of the rod is rectangular, and the center of the staggeredframe 200 has a hole (not numbered). Thebase 100 is passed through the hole. - In
Fig. 12 , the end of theelastic body 300 is directly linked and connected to thepositioning socket 231 A. Theelastic body 300 doesn't change its direction by a pulley, thus a simpler structure can be achieved. - According to the aforementioned embodiments and examples, the advantages of the present disclosure are described as follows. 1. The staggered frame is staggered at an angle with the base to form an X-shape via the pivoting rod. The base and the staggered frame can be folded, thus the elastic structure of the sport equipment has a smaller volume for collecting and saving. 2. The elastic body has more length extending space to a strong extendable and retractable operation. 3. The pivoting portion of the middle section has an open space, and the two elastic bodies pass through the open space. The base, the two elastic bodies and the staggered frame can be folded conveniently and more length housing space can be obtained.
- Although the present disclosure has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain embodiments thereof, other embodiments are possible. Therefore, the spirit and scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the embodiments contained herein.
- It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the present disclosure without departing from the scope or spirit of the disclosure. In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present disclosure cover modifications and variations of this disclosure provided they fall within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (14)
- An elastic structure of a sport equipment, comprising:a base(100) supported on a ground;a staggered frame(200) having a front section(220), a middle section(210) and a rear section(230), the middle section(210) having a pivoting portion(211) that pivoted at the base(100), thus the front section(220) and the rear section(230) extending outward from the pivoting portion(211), and the front section(220) having an extending socket(221), and the rear section(230) having a positioning socket(231);an elastic body(300) extendably and retractably located on the extending socket(221) and the positioning socket(231); andan applying member(400) connected to the elastic body(300) for generating a stretching movement back and forth.
- The elastic structure of claim 1, wherein the pivoting portion(211) of the middle section(210) has a pivoting rod(212), and an angle between the staggered frame(200) and the base(100) can be adjusted via the pivoting rod(212).
- The elastic structure of claim 1, wherein the elastic body(300) is located between the positioning socket(231) and the applying member(400) a moving direction, and the rear section(230) has a second pivoting socket(600), and the second pivoting socket(600) is pivoted at the rear section(230) and the elastic body(300) is passed through the second pivoting socket(600), and a swing direction of the second pivoting socket(600) is corresponding to the moving direction.
- The elastic structure of claim 3, wherein the second pivoting socket (600) comprises a second pulley(610), the second pulley(610) is pivoted at the second pivoting socket(600), and the elastic body(300) is arranged through the second pulley(610).
- The elastic structure of claim 4, wherein an end of the elastic body(300) extends from the second pivoting socket(600), and the elastic structure further comprises:a second connector(630) connected to the end of the elastic body(300), and detachably connected to the applying member(400); anda second pin(620) connected the second connector(630) to the elastic body(300), thus a detachment of the elastic body(300) from the second pivoting socket(600) can be avoided by the second pin(620).
- An elastic structure of a sport equipment, comprising:a base(100) supported on a ground;a staggered frame(200) having a front section(220), a middle section(210) and a rear section(230), the middle section(210) having a pivoting portion(211) that pivoted at the base(100), thus the staggered frame(200) staggered at an angle with the base(100) to form an X-shape, the pivoting portion(211) that connected to the base(100) to adjust the angle rotatably, and the front section(220) and the rear section(230) extending outward from the pivoting portion(211), and the front section(220) having an extending socket(221), and the rear section(230) having a positioning socket(231);an elastic body(300) passed through the extending socket(221) and the positioning socket(231), and the elastic body(300) extendably and retractably located on the extending socket(221) and the positioning socket(231); andan applying member(400) connected to an end of the elastic body(300) for generating a stretching movement back and forth.
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 6, further comprising:a plurality of the elastic bodies(300) parallel to each other.
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 6, further comprising:a plurality of the applying members (400), each of the applying members (400) connected to the elastic body(300).
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 6, wherein the staggered frame(200) comprises a plurality of rods which are parallel to each other.
- The elastic structure of claim 6, wherein the pivoting portion(211) of the middle section(210) has a pivoting rod(212), and an angle between the staggered frame(200) and the base(100) can be adjusted via the pivoting rod(212), and another end of the elastic body(300) is curved and reverse direction extending on the base(100).
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 6, wherein the pivoting portion(211) of the middle section(210) has an open space(213), and the elastic body(300) is passed through the open space(213).
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 6, wherein the elastic body(300) is located between the extending socket(221) and the applying member(400) along a moving direction, and the front section(220) has a first pivoting socket(500), and the first pivoting socket(500) is pivoted at the front section(220) and the elastic body(300) is passed through the first pivoting socket(500), and a swing direction of the first pivoting socket(500) is corresponding to the moving direction.
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 12, wherein the first pivoting socket(500, 600) comprises a first pulley(510, 610), the first pulley(510, 610) is pivoted at the first pivoting socket(500, 600), and the elastic body(300) is arranged through the first pulley(510, 610).
- The elastic structure of claim 1 or 13, wherein the end of the elastic body(300) extends from the first pivoting socket(500, 600) and the elastic structure further comprises:a first connector(530) connected to the end of the elastic body(300) and detachably connected to the applying member(400); and
a first pin(520) for connecting to the first connector(530) to the elastic body(300), thus a detachment of the elastic body(300) from the first pivoting socket(500, 600) can be avoided by the first pin(520)
