It is particularly apparent in Figure 2 that the holes 8 are fairly evenly distributed around the perimeter of said receiving face, with the two upper lateral holes 8 located near the ends of said upper portion 5, the two lateral lower holes 8 located near the ends of said lower portion 6 and the two holes 8 of the lateral portions 7 located substantially in the center of these side portions.

- This terminal spherical portion 12a has a diameter substantially corresponding to that of the widening 8a, 8b of the corresponding hole 8, and the remainder of the finger 12 has a diameter substantially corresponding to the diameter of this corresponding hole 8.
- the base portion 13 connects all the fingers 12 to each other and therefore forms a continuous ring extending around the periphery of the piece 10. It is fixed to the latter so that once this fixation operated, the fingers 12 protrude from the inner face of this piece 10.

- Each fastener 31 comprises a U-shaped gripping head, whose side walls 31a are shaped and dimensioned so as to be able to be inserted into the existing spaces, in the corresponding insert 20, between the teeth 22 and said external side portions 23, see FIG. 8A.
- These fasteners 31 thus make it possible to block the teeth 22 in the engaged position with the enlarged portions of the corresponding fingers 12 and effectively maintain these teeth 22 in engagement with these enlarged portions.
