Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking system for a door or a window, with a wing side arranged lock, which has an electrically controllable locking function and a receiving unit for receiving control signals, and with a frame side arranged strike plate, which cooperates with a lock-side locking element.
  • Such a locking system is known for example in the form of a self-locking panic lock and is offered by the company BKS, Velbert, Germany, under the name "BKS radio battery lock 2170/2171".
  • a non-generic locking system is from the EP 1 832 700 B1 known.
  • This system comprises a frame-side arranged receiving unit for receiving control signals for controlling an actuator arranged on the frame side, which transfers a locking element of the lock from a locked state into the lock case into an unlocked state.
  • the present invention seeks to provide a simple as possible locking system.
  • the locking system according to the invention makes it possible to use an assembly of transmitter module and strike plate. This simplifies the arrangement of the transmitter module compared to a conventional, spatially distant from the strike plate arrangement.
  • the arrangement of the transmitter module on the strike plate and / or in the region of the back of the strike plate makes it possible to use a frame-side anyway usually existing space.
  • the distance for a wireless communication between the receiving unit and the transmitting module is reduced to a minimum, for example to a distance with a maximum length of 15 cm. This allows operation with only small transmission powers, regardless of whether the wireless communication via radio, WLAN, Bluetooth, infrared, inductive, capacitive, acoustic or optical.
  • arranged in the region of the rear side of a striking plate is understood to mean that the striking plate has a visible side facing away from the frame and a rear side facing away from the frame, and that this rear side covers a frame region in which the transmission module is arranged.
  • a deactivation of the locking function of the lock can be done using known per se components, for example using motors which drive the lock-side locking element and / or using a coupling device which establishes and interrupts a connection between a handle and the locking element.
  • the locking function can by a single locking element or even by a Multipoint interlocking be realized.
  • the locking of a door or a window is the state that is designed by conventional insurance (household effects, burglary, building insurance, etc.) as insured closed state of the door or window, unlike a case without locking function, which only in a frame-side Trap recording is included and the door or window is unlocked.
  • the abovementioned actuators for electrically controlling the locking function are preferably supplied with energy on the lock side, in particular using batteries, accumulators and / or capacitors.
  • the energy for supplying the mentioned actuators can also be generated by using piezoelectric, thermoelectric and / or photoelectric effects. In any case, it is advantageous if the energy supply of said actuators is self-sufficient on the lock side, so that no power supply lines are required, which must be introduced from the frame side in the door or window sash.
  • this communication be in an encrypted manner to prevent potential manipulation of the aforementioned actuators.
  • an operating unit which communicates with the transmitter module via electrical lines.
  • the operating unit and the electrical lines are part of an electric door or window opener system in which a wing-side latch can be released by means of a frame-side arranged electric opener.
  • the locking system serves, for example, to lock a building exterior door.
  • the operating unit can be arranged as part of a door opener and / or door intercom in a subunit of the building, for example an apartment or an office.
  • Such control units are connected via electrical lines, normally a two-wire arrangement, with a frame-side arranged electric opener.
  • a suitable transmitter module with a voltage between, for example, 5 and 28 volts can be controlled and that this voltage range corresponds to a voltage range that is also used in conventional door or window opener systems.
  • DC or AC DC or AC
  • said electrical lines do not have to be changed in the form of a two-wire arrangement. Furthermore, it is not necessary to lay more wires and / or to adapt the course of existing lines.
  • the transmitter module is not driven in a potential-afflicted manner as described above, it is also possible to drive the transmitter module potential-free.
  • an energy storage unit for example a battery, an accumulator or a capacitor is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the transmission module.
  • the duration for which the locking function is deactivated is independent of the duration of operation, with which a person operates the operating unit.
  • the transmission module comprises a switch, in particular manually actuable, which triggers a control signal in an actuating position, which deactivates the locking function of the lock permanently or for a predefinable period of time.
  • a switch is modeled on a mechanical shift lever, which in conventional door or Breöffnersystemen allows permanent release of a wing-side trap. In this way, a door or a window, which with the inventive Locking system is kept for the duration of the operation of said switch or for a predetermined period of time in an open state, for example, to facilitate delivery of goods or moves.
  • the locking system according to the invention is suitable for different locks, in particular for different locking elements.
  • the locking element is designed in the form of a latch bolt.
  • a latch bolt can be actuated, for example, by means of a pusher and / or via a lock cylinder.
  • the electrically controllable locking function may be that a coupling device is provided between the latch bolt and the pusher and depending on the coupling state, a mechanical connection between the pusher and the latch bolt is made or not.
  • the locking element is designed in the form of a latch bolt
  • the striking plate has a latch opening corresponding to the latch bolt.
  • the transmission module is preferably arranged outside the case passage opening, in particular in the region of a latch passage opening. This can be closed by the transmitter module, if the door lock no Latch has, which is arranged at the height of the bolt passage opening.
  • the transmission module is arranged at the height of a case passage opening.
  • the trap it is possible to form the trap not as a latch bolt but as a "normal latch" without a latching function.
  • the case passage opening of the striking plate is followed by a trap receiving space arranged at the rear, which is bounded in particular by the housing of the transmission module.
  • the transmitter module preferably has the same dimensions as an electric opener to enable a "normal trap" of a conventional electric door or window opener system.
  • an electric opener to enable a "normal trap" of a conventional electric door or window opener system.
  • the invention further relates to a method for producing a locking system.
  • the present invention has the further object of specifying a method with which a locking system is particularly simple to assemble.
  • This object is achieved in that, starting from an already installed in a building electric door or window opener system in which a wing-side latch is releasable by means of a frame-side electric opener and in which an operating unit for actuating the electric opener is provided by means of electrical lines, a connection of the electrical lines is interrupted to the electrical breaker and instead a connection of the electrical leads is made to a transmitter module, so that the transmission module via the electrical lines by means of the control unit is controlled.
  • a first locking system comprises the in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 shown components, a second locking system in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shown components, a third locking system in FIGS. 4 and 6 illustrated components, a fourth locking system in Figures 5 and 6 shown components, a fifth locking system in Figures 5 and 6 shown components, and a sixth locking system in Figures 5 and 7 illustrated components.
  • FIG. 1 A lock designed to be arranged on a wing of a door or window (not shown) is shown in FIG. 1 represented and designated there in total by reference numeral 10.
  • the lock 10 comprises a lock case 12 and a cuff 14 and a locking element 16 in the form of a latch bolt 18.
  • the latch bolt 18 is always operable from an inside 20 of the door or window sash by means of a handle in the form of a pusher 22 (panic function).
  • the lock 10 has a two-part pusher 24, which on the one hand produces a required for the panic function, permanent connection between the pusher 22 and the latch bolt 18 and on the other hand independent control thereof of the latch bolt 18 from an outer side 26 of the lock 10 ago.
  • a further handle for example in the form of a pusher 28, is arranged on the outer side 26 of the lock 10.
  • An operative connection between the pusher 28 and the latch bolt 18 is by means of a coupling device 30, which in FIG. 1 is shown schematically controlled.
  • the control of the coupling device 30 by means of a control device 32 also shown only schematically, which in turn is coupled to a receiving unit 34.
  • the control device 32 and / or the receiving unit 34 are supplied with energy by means of an energy store 36, preferably a battery.
  • the energy store 36 is preferably arranged at a height of the lock housing 12, on which a lock element separate from a latch is arranged in conventional locks (see also FIG FIGS. 4 and 5 ).
  • the lock 10 further includes a lock cylinder 38.
  • the above with reference to FIG. 1 described lock, for example, in the front door wing of a Multi-family house be arranged.
  • the latch bolt 18 cooperates with a case passage opening 40 of a frame side, so stationary and building fixed arranged strike plate 42 together.
  • the use of the latch bolt 18 has the advantage that the door or window wing can be locked in a closed state of the wing to the frame or the strike plate 42 of the frame, so that the corresponding door or window sash is considered "locked" also from an insurance point of view.
  • the strike plate 42 also has a bolt passage opening 44 arranged in the installed position below the case passage opening, which also permits the use of the strike plate 42 for conventional locks with a "normal catch” and a bolt separated from the latch. In the embodiment shown in the drawing, however, the bolt passage opening 44 is closed and by a part of the housing 46 of a transmission module 48th
