Description

Technisches Gebiet:Technical area:

The invention relates to a multi-chamber storage container, which is convertible into a treatment agent container, together with an integrated application possibility, especially as a unit, which is made mainly of a composite material with an air-impermeable layer or plastic or the like, in the at least two products first separately and in individual, initially dimensionally stable chambers, airtight, separated from each other, to be kept, and only shortly before a planned application, to connect to a finished, homogeneous mixture with each other by the previously attached, airtight separation between the chambers is to lift, and that during a Umfüllvorgangs a first product to a second product, erects a suitably designed and disposed between the chambers supplementary chamber, and that in the enlarged around the supplementary chamber mixing chamber, a previously provided, free mixing space a functional size, always maintained.

Stand der Technik:State of the art:

The patent application DE 10 2014 007 669.5 relates to an unpublished, internal prior art and relates to such a multi-chamber storage container, which is umarbeitierbar to a treatment agent container. The integrated, portioned application possibility of a finished mixture, after prior mixing of this forming products, is given here and feasible.

In particular, this invention discloses an elongate jacket made of a composite material or plastic or the like provided with at least one airtight barrier layer, in particular an angular one Cross-section, which expediently consists of the following sections / areas, namely:
  • a dispensing tube or applicator,
  • a first gable,
  • a mixing chamber,
  • a second gable,
  • a folded supplementary chamber,
  • a transition section,
  • a third gable,
  • a receiving chamber,
  • a fourth gable, and then off
  • a flat section,
the airtight and durable, after filling the receiving chamber and the formation of the fourth gable, to close.

Thus, it is provided in this invention that the filling of the mixing chamber must be made over the region of the shell from which the receiving chamber is formed later, which is to be regarded as a disadvantage, since it is not completely ruled out that the area of the shell, from the later the receiving chamber is formed, could be contaminated with the product filling the mixing chamber.

A hair color packaging must always guarantee that the products may only be combined to form a mixture just before application. Consequently, such contamination would at least reduce the effect of the mixture, which is to be considered a disadvantage.

Another disadvantage is to assess here that must be done by alternately and successively filling a previously formed mixing chamber, the formation of the second gable, the supplementary chamber, the transition section and the third gable, again a filling of the receiving chamber, this leads to a time delay of the manufacturing process of a finished packaging.

EP 2 664 558 A1 discloses a multi-chamber container for the manufacture of a multi-component product from at least two products, wherein one of the products is a first liquid and the other product is a second liquid or a first solid product, the products being arranged in at least two separate chambers which are mutually separated are separated by a seal, wherein the seal is fragile or can burst under pressure.

In order to prevent unwanted mass transfer through the walls of the chambers, a concrete layer structure of a chamber wall made of various suitable polymers is proposed. The out EP 2 664 558 A1 known multi-chamber container is provided with four gables and a supplementary chamber.

EP 2 592 558 A1 discloses a package for separately storing and then mixing a plurality of components comprising a container formed of a first wall and an opposing second wall. A closure densely divides the container into a first chamber and a second chamber within the container. The closure is formed from a closure piece disposed on the first wall and a closure counterpart disposed on the opposing second wall, a portion of a spatula forming the closure piece or the closure counterpart.

Technische Aufgabe:Technical task:

The present invention has for its object to develop a multi-chamber storage container so that at least a part of the above-mentioned disadvantages is eliminated. It is a further object of the invention to propose a use of the multi-compartment storage container and a multi-compartment storage case shell to form the multi-compartment storage container.

This object is achieved by a multi-chamber storage container according to claim 1, a use according to claim 2 and a multi-chamber storage case shell according to claim 5.

Offenbarung der Erfindung sowie deren Vorteile:Disclosure of the invention and its advantages:

This object is achieved in a multi-chamber storage container, which is convertible / convertible to a treatment agent container and has an integrated application, according to the invention that a tubular jacket of a multi-chamber storage container, at the latest before its expedient deformation process, with such and so positioned bending lines It should be noted that these always guarantee the implementation of its deformations so that the following sections of the mantle, along these fold lines, must first be redesigned, namely:
  • a second gable, then
  • a folded supplementary chamber, then
  • a transition section, and then
  • a third gable,
wherein between the folded supplementary chamber and the transition section a, this airtight separating and repeatedly closable clamp or the like must be arranged, which must be opened later for the mixing process of the products to move the product from the receiving chamber in the righting complementary Allow chamber to be relocated, and then be resealed so that a backward displacement of the products during a mixing process in an enlarged chamber around the supplementary chamber mixing chamber and during removal from the treatment agent container, permanently prevented.

A very important feature is also that the formation of a multi-chamber storage container according to the invention also has to be done in a reverse order, that is to say first:
  • the third gable, then
  • the transition section, then
  • the folded supplementary chamber, then
  • the second gable,
to form, with the above-described, repeatedly closable clamp must be arranged for airtight separation of the connection between the transition portion and the folded supplementary chamber, at the same position as stated above, and with the same function as stated above.

Also a very important feature is that a simultaneous formation:
  • a collapsed Supplementary Chamber and the Transition Section, and then
  • the formation of the second gable and the third gable,
or vice versa, whereby the production and filling of the packaging can still be shortened accordingly.

A very important feature is also that both the open end portion, from which the mixing chamber is later to form, and this is to be hermetically sealed by means of the design of the first gable and the Entnahmetülle complete with appropriate sealing edge, as well as the open area, from the later the receiving chamber, by means of the formation of a fourth gable and a sealing edge to close, is first to judge with their openings so appropriate upwards and to fix in this position, that their convenient filling and closing is always guaranteed.

It is also very important that, irrespective of the order in which a multi-chambered storage box jacket is to be formed into the open sections, between the end of the inwardly folded supplementary chamber and the inwardly folded transitional section adjacent thereto, a cancelable one , airtight separation must be guaranteed, which is for example in the form of a clamp, or the like, to understand, and that the two open portions of the thus formed shell, upwards, in particular parallel to each other, to straighten and fix, and that in this position a simultaneous filling of the two open sections, via their openings, with a respective intended product, must be made, and that from the open end, the prefabricated fold lines following, a mixing chamber by forming the first gable and a discharge spout, while shape another end to a fourth pediment and a shallow A Section, also following the prefabricated bend lines, airtight and permanently closed, the formation of the gable and performing the Verschließvorgänge must always be done so that there can be no undesirable deformation of the mixing chamber and the receiving chamber, or an undesirable increase in pressure.

This first phase of the design of the multi-compartment storage container must begin with the formation of the second pediment and continue through the formation of the collapsed supplementary chamber and the transition section, as well as the subsequent formation of the third pediment.

Now it must be arranged and closed between the folded supplementary chamber and the folded transition section, a connecting the airtight passage separating clamp or the like.

Now a simultaneous filling of the two resulting open sections has to be made expedient, which excludes any contamination.

Another advantage of this solution is that the filling of the mixing chamber and the receiving chamber takes place simultaneously, which is a time saver.

Also, the formation of the first gable including the Entnahetenülle and the fourth gable together with the adjacent sealing edge, according to the invention can also be done simultaneously, which has a further time savings as a result.

In order to form the first dimensionally stable, but no laterally foldable sections of a multi-chamber storage container according to the invention, his blank must be provided with appropriate, appropriately attached fold lines that allow this process, in particular the fold lines that form the folded supplementary chamber, so must be strongly characterized that their erection takes place only during and by the transfer of a second product in this, with no unwanted pressure built up in it, which is a very important feature of the invention.

The main feature of the invention is, on the one hand, the order of forming a multi-chamber storage container shell into a multi-compartment storage container, which proposes first to form the second or third gable, or vice versa and in whatever way, or to form these two gables simultaneously are by folding the areas, from which a supplementary chamber and a transition section arise inward, are useful, whereby open-topped sections, from which each later a mixing chamber and a receiving chamber arise, are to be formed, and that after they are filled expedient to close by the first and the fourth gable, the bend lines attached thereto are to be formed. Before each filling operation of the open sections, in particular between a folded supplementary chamber and a corresponding transition section, or on the transition section directly, a liftable and airtight separation of these, take place, which is to be generated for example by means of a corresponding terminal. During the entire storage period of the packaging, the airtight separation must be guaranteed.

A simultaneous, time-saving filling process of the two open sections is guaranteed here.

The crease lines must guarantee on a blank that it becomes a useful multi-chamber storage container, with both a foldable receiving chamber for a second product and a first rigid mixing chamber, but which must be foldable during the removal of a mixture from the treating agent container so that their greatest possible emptying during a convenient folding is always guaranteed.

It is very important that the emptied receiving chamber, before mixing the products, always be airtight from the mixing chamber, so that at a later open dispensing spout or open applicator, the mixture can not shift back into this, but only transported to the outside. Through these operations, a multi-chambered storage container is converted into a treating agent container.

An expedient, portioned and targeted removal of a mixture from the treatment agent container should only be done with the dispensing tube or applicator open by applying manual pressure to the treatment agent container.

Sehr wichtig ist auch:Very important is also:

  • dass die zusammengefaltete Ergänzungskammer, spätestens nach einer vollständigen Verlagerung des zweiten Produktes in diese, mindestens ein so großes Volumen bilden muss, wie sein gesamtes Volumen, so dass nach seinem abgeschlossenem Verlagerungsvorgang kein ungewollter Druckaufbau in dem Behandlungsmittel-Behälter entsteht, undthat the folded supplementary chamber, at the latest after a complete transfer of the second product into this, must form at least as large a volume as its entire volume, so that after its completed displacement process no unwanted pressure build-up in the treatment agent container arises, and
  • dass die zusammenfaltbare Ergänzungskammer, die das Volumen der Mischkammer vergrößern muss und zu ihrem Teil wird, jeweils im geöffneten Zustand einerseits so formstabil sein muss, dass der Mischvorgang durch Schütteln oder Rütteln, oder durch beide Vorgänge, realisierbar ist, jedoch während der Resteentnahme sich immer so zweckmäßig zusammenfalten lassen muss, dass das meiste Gemisch aus dieser entnommen werden kann.that the collapsible supplementary chamber, which must increase the volume of the mixing chamber and becomes its part, each on the one hand so dimensionally stable in the open state that the mixing process by shaking or shaking, or by both processes, is feasible, but always during the removal of residues must fold so expedient that most of the mixture can be removed from this.

If a pressure is exerted on the walls of a treatment agent container, the finished mixture may no longer emerge from it, which is to be determined by means of an adaptation of the shape, size and rigidity of the outlet opening of a dispensing nozzle and the clamping force of the mixing chamber.

It is very important that an occluding portion of the extraction container of the treating agent container, each be so flat that any pressure relief from the treatment agent container has its immediate relaxation as a result, and no accidental leakage of the mixture is possible.

A very important feature is the full guarantee that at the time of packaging, during the manufacture of a finished hair color mixture, an end user will never have the opportunity to come into direct contact with the products present before and during a mixing process.

The designs of the packaging must always be designed in such a way that all relocation processes and all mixing processes, regardless of whether these arise from two or more products, always took place without visual contact.

Convenient, inward collapsing of the treating agent container during the removal of the residue improves its emptying and thus complies with the EU proposal on waste prevention.

Ways to carry out the invention, wherein in the description the same or corresponding parts are denoted by identical reference numerals:
FIG. 1 shows an example of a tubular multi-chamber storage sheath (2) according to the invention, which is to be formed by means of a permanent connection of the connecting strap (27) with the blank, by means of the sealing edge (26). Furthermore, here are the fold lines (19) for later formation of a first gable (3), the fold lines (20) for later formation of a second gable (4), the fold lines (21) for later formation of a third gable (5) and the fold lines (22) for later formation of a fourth gable (6), clearly visible. Also, the area from which later the mixing chamber (7), as well as the area from the later the collapsed supplementary chamber (8) and the transition section (13) and the receiving chamber (11) and the sealing edge (23), are formed later , are visible here.

The FIG. 2 shows one of many examples, an advantageous converted shell (2), from the FIG. 1 where the open portions (29) and (30) are held in their filling positions and by means of a fixing tab (18). Furthermore, it can be seen that first the second gable (4) and the third gable (5) are completely formed, wherein the fold lines (19) for later formation of the first gable (3), and the fold lines (22) for later formation of the fourth pediment (6) are also clearly visible. Also, the folded supplementary chamber (8) and the transition section (13), as well as the terminal (12), the airtight sections separating the open sections (29) and (30) are also visible.

In the FIG. 3 is the side view on the FIG. 2 in which the open section (29) and the creasing lines (19) for the later formation of the first gable (3) and the section later forming the mixing chamber (7) and the completely formed second gable (4) and the folded supplementary chamber (FIG. 8), are clearly visible. Also visible are the inwardly folded portions (34) from which later a supplementary chamber (8) and a transition section (13) arise. Furthermore, here is a schematically illustrated clamp (12) visible, as in the FIG. 2 described before filling the open sections (29) and (30), the connection between which must seal airtight.

FIG. 4 shows the view from above on the FIG. 2 where fully formed gables (4) and (5) are clearly visible. Furthermore, these gable (4) and (5) forming fold lines (20) and (21) and the clamp (12), visible.

FIG. 5 shows a view of the finished, filled multi-chamber storage container (1), which is shown here transparent, in its mixing chamber (7), the first product (9) is located, and that above this, a free space (17) for performing a mixing operation is recognizable, and that in the receiving chamber (11) second product (10) is located, and that here all four gables (3) (4) (5) and (6) are completely formed, and that between the second gable (4 ) and the third gable (5) the folded supplementary chamber (8) and the transition section (13) and the clamp (12) are suitably positioned. Here is also the removal nozzle (14) and the sealing edge (26), visible from the side. To emphasize the different nature of the products (9) and (10), this was once shown as strokes and once as a sphere.

In the FIG. 6 is the FIG. 5 from the direction "W", shown. Here is an example of a in the multi-chamber storage container (1) integrated Entnahmetülle (14) clearly visible. Furthermore, here is the mixing chamber (7), the first gable (3), the second gable (4), the airtight separating clamp (12), which in this example on the transition portion (13) is arranged. The inwardly folded regions (34) from which later a supplementary chamber (8) and the transition section (13) are formed, can be seen here. Also, the inwardly folded portions (34) are visible here, whose double width (B) the volume of a supplementary chamber (8) and a transition section (13), co-determined.

FIG. 7 shows a multi-chamber storage container (1) from the FIG. 5 which is in the folded supplementary chamber (8) immediately before the transfer of a second product (10). If a pressure in the direction of the arrow is exerted on the receiving chamber (11), the second product (10) is displaced at least into the supplementary chamber (8) and at least partially expediently erected, since the clamp (12) has been opened.

In the FIG. 8 a treating agent container (28) is shown, where the first product (9) and the second product (10) were mixed into a finished mixture (15), before which process the receiving chamber (11) must be separated from the supplementary chamber (8 ), which can be seen here, since the clamp (12) was closed again and thus the desired separation was completed. It can also be seen here that the free space (17) for carrying out the previous mixing process is still available in a sufficient size. Before the pressure (D) is applied to the treating agent container (28), always remove the tip (33) of the dispensing nozzle (14) completely. Only then may the pressure (arrow direction D) be exerted on the treatment agent container (28). According to the invention, the walls of the discharge nozzle (14) must be so dense and must be so large that, after the removal of the pressure, an immediate and expedient interruption of the escape of the mixture (15) must take place. If the manual pressure is again expedient, a portioned removal must be guaranteed. It can also be seen here that the receiving chamber (11) is hermetically sealed by means of a sealing rim (23). In order to garnish the complete removal of the mixture, the mixing chamber (7, 16) during the removal of residues, to fold inwards before it is separated airtight from the mixing chamber (7, 16), in any way.

FIG. 9 shows a side view on the FIG. 8 , Here it can be clearly seen that the mixing chamber (7, 16), which is enlarged by the supplementary chamber (8), is separated airtight from the empty receiving chamber (11) by means of a clamp (12). The discharge spout (14) is formed by means of the course of the airtight sealing edge (26), and has a cutting line (25) along which its tip (33) just before the removal of a finished mixture (15), but always after a completed mixing process , is completely separate. Also, the completely folded portions (35) of the empty receiving chamber (11), can be seen here.

Gewerbliche Anwendbarkeit:
Industrial Applicability:
A package for making a finished hair color mixture is provided where a consumer at no time can have direct contact with the products. The designs of the packaging are designed in such a way that the process of supplying and mixing the products takes place without visual contact. Another advantage is that the portioned removal of the product from this packaging is almost complete, which is favored by their convenient folding.
