Bei den bisher bekannten Hydrauliköl-Luftkühlern sind die Anschlußstutzen für die zu- und abführenden Rohrleitungen mit vorbestimmtem Anschlußquerschnitt in dem kastenförmigen Verteilerabschnitt an dessen Enden herausgeführt. Dies erfordert, daß bei Hinzufügen weiterer Kühlerkomponenten, wie z.B. einem Ausgleichsbehälter oder einen Filter, verschiedene Hydrauliköl-Luftkühlermodelle mit unterschiedlichen Anschlüssen auf Lager gehalten werden müssen, und erschwert außerdem in vielen Fällen den Einbau des Hydrauliköl-Luftkühlers, weil derartige Anschlüsse relativ viel Platz benötigen.In the hitherto known hydraulic oil-air coolers, the connecting pieces for the incoming and outgoing pipes with a predetermined connection cross-section are led out in the box-shaped distributor section at the ends thereof. Claims (2)
- Mounting device for a hydraulic oil-air cooler, having cooling elements, preferably comprising aluminium plates and rods, which are flowed through by the hydraulic oil and are combined to form a parallelepiped assembly, and a box-shaped hydraulic oil distributor section, which distributor section extends over the one end side of the assembly, and a box-shaped header section for cooled hydraulic oil, which header section extends over the other end side of the assembly, the mounting device (10) being configured in the form of a cast aluminium block, characterized in that the cast aluminium block is fastened releasably on one side to a mounting rail (5') of the box-shaped header section (5) and can be connected on the other side to a hydraulic oil container (9) which receives the cooled hydraulic oil, the mounting device (10) having a connector (11) for a hydraulic oil suction line and, furthermore, being equipped with separate connectors (12, 13, 14, 15) which are configured for connecting the mounting device (10) to at least one leakage oil circuit, an equalizing container and a vent valve.
- Mounting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the transverse dimensions of the mounting device (10) are adapted to those of the hydraulic oil container (9).
