Description
The invention relates to an arrangement and a connecting body, preferably for forming a terrace construction or a facade construction, in which a plurality of profile bodies are mounted parallel to each other and spaced from a base surface on a substructure, wherein the connecting body has a base body with a U-shaped main body profile, wherein the Connecting body comprises an extension and a fastening part, wherein in the fastening part, in the bottom of the U-shaped main body profile a fastening opening for insertion of a fastening element is provided, through which the connecting body with its arranged on the outside of the bottom of the U-shaped main body profile profile body surface to the rear side of the Profile body is pressable. The invention relates to a connecting body and an arrangement for profile body such as planks or planks, ie elongated profile body with, for example, rectangular cross section and a length which is greater by a multiple than the largest dimension of the profile cross-section.
Connecting bodies for forming terrace or facade constructions are known in different embodiments. For the assembly of decking it is known to screw connecting parts to the underside of the decking and then connect these connecting parts with a designed as a lath substructure, in particular a base surface of the substructure. Preferably, these connecting parts are arranged such that they are hidden in the finished terrace formed. It is important that a simple and quick mountability is maintained.
These are conventional systems in which several connecting parts are screwed to the rear of the decking. Here protrude extensions of the connecting parts on the side edges of the decking. After a first decking board is connected to the substructure, another decking board with its extensions, which protrude over the side edges of the decking board, between the already mounted decking board and the substructure pushed. The protruding on the other side of the decking extensions of the connecting parts are subsequently bolted to the substructure, whereby the newly mounted decking is screwed on one side on the connecting parts to the substructure and is held on the other side by the clamped extensions against lifting , This method of laying one profile body after the other can be laid to form a terrace or a facade. However, it turned out to be negative to these constructions that there is a small distance between the substructure and the profile bodies, whereby the weathering of the structure is accelerated by waterlogging.
To solve this problem, it is known to mount terrace floors spaced from the substructure. For this purpose, connecting bodies are used with a U-shaped profile, wherein the legs of the U-shaped profile have a certain height to allow a spaced mounting. A disadvantage of these U-shaped profiles that impress the most sharp-edged legs of the U-shaped profile in the substructure. In particular, when screwing the connecting body with the substructure, it comes on the one hand to damage the surface of the substructure and subsequently to an unwanted wobbling of the boards, since the screw clamping is no longer given by the cutting of the connecting body in the substructure.
To solve this problem, plastic bodies are used, in which substantially rectangular solid profiles with an upper and a lower surface are used. However, plastic bodies have the disadvantage that their lifetime is severely limited by weather conditions. A full metal block, however, is not useful for economic reasons.

The connecting body according to the invention preferably comprises a side element. This side element is preferably angled from a leg end of the U-shaped main body profile. Optionally, the side member is a protruding part of the U-shaped main body profile or integrally connected thereto. Preferably, the side member is outwardly, so away from the U-shaped body profile. This may result in an S-shaped body profile. Optionally, two side elements are provided, which both extend outwards, ie away from the U-shaped main body profile.
The side member preferably comprises a substructure surface. This substructure surface is pressed via a fastening element to the substructure or to the base surface of the substructure. In particular, the substructure surface effects a planar contact of the connecting body with the base surface of the substructure. As a result, an impressions by tightening the connecting element such as a screw or by loading the arrangement is prevented.
The substructure surface is preferably spaced, in particular parallel spaced, arranged from the profile body surface. The profile body surface is that surface of the connecting body, which preferably rests flat against the profile body. Optionally, the profile body surface and the substructure surface are arranged to extend parallel to each other, so that a spaced and parallel mounting of the profile body is formed over the base surface of the substructure. The spacing of the profile body from the base surface preferably takes place over the height of the connecting body, in particular by providing a U-shaped Basic body profile is formed. The legs of the U-shaped main body profile preferably extend transversely to the base surface and in particular normal to the base surface.
Furthermore, the connecting body optionally comprises a support surface. This support surface is preferably a part of the extension of the connecting body. When mounted arrangement protrude the support surface and the extension between an adjacent profile body and the base surface of the substructure. The support surface is preferably arranged such that the adjacent profile body rests on this. Preferably, however, the support surface is arranged without fastening element between the adjacent profile body and the base surface, in particular clamped and / or guided.
Preferably, the profile body surface and the support surface lie in one plane. This causes the rear sides of two adjacent profile body or all profile body lie in one plane, so that on the other side of the desired surface, in particular a terrace floor or a facade is formed.
The connecting body preferably comprises a fastening part and an extension. The fastening part is that part of the connecting body which is or is connected to the profile body. The extension of the connecting body, however, projects beyond the side edge of the profile body and in particular that profile body with which the respective connecting body is connected via a fastening element such as a screw.
For efficient assembly, for example, a stop is provided between the extension and the fastening part. This stop is used so that the connecting body can be easily positioned relative to the profile body. For this purpose, the stop preferably protrudes during assembly over the rear side and the side edge of the profiled body, so that, when the stopper is brought to the side edge of the profiled body, it rests against the side edge. In this position, one or more fastening elements such as screws are subsequently passed through fastening openings in order to connect the connecting body with the profile body. Optionally, the stop has a certain width, so that the longitudinal extension direction of the connecting body or the U-shaped Profile can be positioned at a predetermined angle, preferably normal, to the side edge of the profile body. Optionally, two stops spaced apart from each other are provided so that an exact positioning and choice of the position of the connecting body is made possible.
Optionally, a second stop is provided. This stop is used to rest on the adjacent, already mounted profile body. By providing a plurality of stops and an exact spacing of two juxtaposed profile body can be improved or achieved. Optionally, the stop has a sharp edge, which can cut or press in the side edge of the profile body, for example, to compensate for thermal expansion of the profile body can.
Preferably, the extension of the connecting body has a chamfer. This chamfer facilitates the insertion of the extension between an already mounted profile body and the base surface. The chamfer preferably extends from the tip of the extension back towards the attachment part and in particular direction substructure surface. The bevel can be formed along a plane, rounded, multi-part or round. By rounding the bevel sharp edges of the connecting body can be avoided in particular.
In a further consequence, the formation of an arrangement according to the invention using the profile body according to the invention will be described:
To form an arrangement according to the invention, a base area is or is formed in a first step. This base surface may be, for example, the surface of a substructure. Such a substructure is, for example, a battens made of hardwood, a wooden surface, a concrete surface or a structure of profile-shaped bodies. By this substructure, the base surface is formed, wherein this base surface may be continuous, strip-shaped or partially provided.
In a further step, a first profile body is provided with connecting bodies. For this purpose, the rear side of the profile body, the direction of the finished arrangement Substructure points, provided with connecting bodies. A first connecting body is placed on the rear side of the profile body. As a result, the connecting body is moved as long as the center or side edge of the profile body until the stop abuts against the side edge of the profile body. The side edge is that edge which closes the profile body laterally along the longitudinal direction of extension. It thus corresponds to the longitudinal side edge of the profile body. If the stop is applied to the side edge and thus aligned with the connecting body relative to the profile body, a fastening element is guided through the attachment opening of the fastening part of the connecting body and positively or non-positively connected to the profile body.
In order to prevent that not yet attached connecting body thereby unintentionally automatically changes its position and falls down, the fastening part has a higher weight than the extension, whereby the center of gravity is arranged in the region of the fastening part. The fastening element is preferably designed as a screw which is guided through the fastening opening and screwed into the profile body. The screw head is preferably made larger than at least one dimension of the mounting hole, whereby the connecting body is connected to the profile body with screwed screw.
In a further step, a second connecting body is connected to the profile body in a similar manner. However, the second connection body is arranged on an opposite side edge of the profile body, so that the two extensions of the two connection bodies project on opposite sides of the profile body. As a result, two further connecting bodies can be attached to the profile body. At least two, three, four, six, eight or more profile bodies are preferably provided per profile body, so that each profile body is supported on the substructure and in particular on the base surface of the substructure via three, four, six, eight or more connecting bodies.
Subsequently, the profile body provided with connecting bodies is turned over and placed on the base surface of the substructure. The cantilevered extensions have a side element. This page element includes a Substructure surface that is applied to the substructure. Furthermore, the side elements each comprise at least one side element opening. By this, in turn, a fastener such as a screw can be passed to secure the connecting body and thereby also the profile body to the substructure.
The first mounted profile body is preferably on both sides, so attached to both side edges, on the substructure.
Subsequently, a further profile body is preferably connected at its rear with connecting bodies in the manner previously described. The protruding from one side of the second profile body extensions are now introduced in a further step between the already mounted profile body and the base surface. For this purpose, it is advantageous if bevels are provided on the extensions, so that insertion is facilitated. If the second profile body now has the desired position relative to the first profile body, then those extensions of the connection body of the second profile body are connected to the substructure, which protrude on the opposite side of the profile body - ie those opposing extensions which are not between the already mounted adjacent profile body and the base surface are arranged. The two profile bodies are preferably arranged parallel to one another and optionally parallel and spaced apart from one another.
The second profile body is thus connected on one side via the connecting body with the substructure. With the connecting bodies on the other side of the second profile body, the second profile body is preferably clamped or mounted without fasteners. However, a lifting of the second profile body without loosening the screw connection is not possible. An expansion of the profile body parallel to the base surface and transversely to the direction of elongation, however, allows, as connected to the substructure, in particular screwed, connecting body as a fixed bearing, and the fastener element between the adjacent profile body and the base surface projecting connecting body act as a floating bearing.
Subsequently, a third profile body is provided with connecting bodies and connected analogously to the assembly of the second profile body with this. As a result, the arrangement according to the invention can be formed.
In order to prevent a collision of a plurality of connecting bodies during assembly, the connecting body of a profiled body can be arranged offset from the connecting bodies of the further, adjacent connecting body. Optionally, a connecting body has a recess into which the extension of an adjacent profile body can be inserted.
The profile bodies are preferably spaced from the substructure surface and mounted spaced from each other. In order to achieve a constant distance, each connecting body may have a second stop. Optionally, however, it is desirable that the individual profile body have a degree of freedom in the transverse direction to the longitudinal direction of the profile body. Thereby, as mentioned, caused by expansion of the wood width change of the profile body can be compensated.
Optionally, a plurality of openings are provided for attachment of the connecting body by one or more fastening elements. For example, a plurality of openings may be provided along the longitudinal extension direction of the U-shaped main body profile in the bottom of this profile. Optionally, these openings are offset from one another. The openings may be formed slot-shaped or round, with other forms correspond to the inventive concept. Optionally, a plurality of fasteners are guided through an opening of the connecting body. Optionally, the opening is formed as an incision extending from an edge or an edge of the connecting body into it. Also, the openings of the side members may be formed according to the described different embodiments. In connection bodies with two side elements, an opening is preferably provided per side element. This opening can again be designed slot-shaped, incision-shaped or round, with basically any type of opening can be provided in all embodiments, which allows the formation of the inventive arrangement by the connecting body according to the invention.

Preferably, the center of
Furthermore, the connecting

The two fixed to the

Exemplary dimensions of a connecting body are: length, for example, about 2cm to 20cm, preferably 3cm-8cm. The metal strip has, for example, a thickness of 0.5 mm to 8 mm, preferably 0.8 mm to 3 mm. Preferably, the connecting body has a constant material thickness, so that it can be made of a conventional metal strip. The material thickness may correspond to the thickness of the metal strip. The height of the connecting body about which the profile body is spaced from the base surface, the normal distance between the profile body surface and the substructure surface or the height of the U-shaped main body profile is for example between 3mm and 20mm, preferably between 4mm and 8mm. Exemplary materials of the joint body are, for example, steel, stainless steel, cold-rolled steel sheet or hot-rolled steel sheet. Optionally, the connecting body or the starting material is aftertreated, in particular surface-treated such as, for example, painted, anodized, galvanized, powder-coated, provided with a Zn-Al layer or an Al-Zn layer, etc.
