Description
The invention relates to safety equipment intended to be installed in a dump, and particularly although not exclusively on a dock of the dump, to allow for example a user located on this dock to deposit garbage in a bucket located below from this platform without risk of falling into this dumpster.
In the current dump stations, the user arrives with his vehicle on a dock of the dump whose edge overlooks skips for receiving waste. The user can seize the trash directly in the trunk of his vehicle to throw them in a bucket below this vehicle.
Once these dumpsters are filled, transport trucks load them by accessing an access located below the dock, to get them to a treatment center.
As the waste to be deposited can be bulky and massive, there is a real risk that the user falls from the dock in a dumpster when it deposits its waste. The height of the dock being of the order of two meters, this risk of falling is a real danger. In addition, users can fall into a dumpster when they deposit their waste, but they can also inadvertently fall into a place where there is no grab, as they move along the dock.
The object of the invention is to provide a solution for protecting users when they drop garbage in a bucket.
- a loading position in which the two walls together define a loading opening of the receptacle of a first opening angle which is directed towards the user, and
- a discharge position in which the two walls together define a discharge opening of the receptacle of a second opening angle which is directed towards the upper face of the bucket to dump the waste in this bucket.
Thus, the receptacle is interposed between the user and the bucket which allows the user to load his waste into said receptacle before tipping to dump this waste in the bucket safely.
For example, if the bucket is below the user, in the loading position, the second wall forms a protective barrier for the user who can not access the bucket and spill position the first wall is in turn a protective barrier for the user by preventing access to the bucket. Thus, the receptacle is always interposed between the user and the bucket which allows the user to load his waste into said receptacle before tipping to dump this waste in the bucket while being protected from falling into the bucket by the receptacle and whatever the position of this receptacle.

Referring to the various figures, the
The equipment further comprises a
The equipment further comprises means for moving the

A user arriving with his vehicle on the

According to a particular embodiment, the tilting of the

Under these conditions, the retraction of the
Naturally, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and alternative embodiments can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
In particular, although here safety equipment is installed on a dump dock to allow a user to place waste in a bucket that this platform overhangs while providing protection against the fall of the user in this bucket, the safety equipment may be installed directly on the ground or on a dock to allow a user to place waste in a bucket overhanging said floor or said wharf without the user having to climb or cling to the dumpster to dump directly waste or throw directly into the dumpster. The receptacle may thus be a lifting receptacle. The receptacle may be arranged on the frame so as to translate in a substantially vertical movement relative to the frame between a low location in which the receptacle is at the level of the user and a high location in which the receptacle is at the level of the receptacle. opening of the bucket. Thus, in the loading position and in low position, the receptacle will be at the user level and turned towards the user which will allow the user to deposit his waste in the receptacle. In spill position and high location, the receptacle will allow the dumping of waste in the bucket. In addition, the receptacle will always be interposed between the user and the bucket which will limit the access of the bucket to the user providing additional protection for the user.
In addition, although here the actuating means comprise two cylinders, the actuating means may comprise a different number of actuators or other types of actuators. The actuating means may thus comprise a single jack articulated at one end to the support frame and at another end to the first wall. The cylinder or cylinders may be hydraulic cylinders associated with a micro-hydraulic, or electric cylinders. The actuation means may be controlled by the user as well as by a management manager of the waste, since for example a control unit.
Similarly, although here the displacement means comprise two pulleys and two cables, the moving means may comprise a different number of elements or other types of elements than those illustrated. For example, the displacement means may comprise a single cable attached at one end to the first wall and at another end to the second wall and a single pulley arranged on the support frame so as to guide the cable from the first wall to the second wall. The term cable here designates any flexible component of solid or tubular section of circular shape, flat or other and slightly extensible such as a belt. The displacement means may comprise actuators for causing in a controlled manner the tilting of the second wall relative to the first wall.
Although here the two walls are hinged together and the first wall is articulated on the frame, the two walls can be simply articulated both on the frame. The first pivot axis and the second pivot axis can be merged.
