Nachjustierung der Seitenlage der Lagerböcke ist bei leicht gelöstem bzw. nicht voll angezogenem Spannaggregat ohne weiteres möglich. - An awning with a stationary housing (3) containing a storage device for an awning cover (6), which housing is connected with a front rail (5) via hinge arms (4), on which front rail the end of the awning cover (6) facing away from the storage device is attached, and with bearing blocks (8) abuttable to the housing side facing towards the front rail (5) and fixable to said front rail, for arm bearings (7) allocated to the hinge arms (4), characterized in that the bearing blocks (8) are attachable with a hook protrusion (15) to a projection (13) comprising a hook support of the facing housing side, and comprise a counterholder (16) spaced apart from the hook protrusion (15) and engaging the projection (13) on the housing side from below, and that between the counterholder (16) and the projection (13) on the housing side an allocated clamping unit (18) each is arranged comprising at least one wedge (21) shiftable along an oblique contact surface (19) and movable by means of at least one tensioning screw (20).
- The awning according to claim 1, characterized in that the projection (13) and the counterholder (16) comprise parallel supporting surfaces for the clamping unit (18) on their sides facing towards each other.
- The awning according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamping unit (18) is comprised of two wedges (21) complementing each other to a cuboid-shaped block, and that the supporting surfaces of the projection (13) on the housing side and the counterholders (16) on the bearing block side delimit an insertion recess (22) into which the block-shaped clamping units (18) allocated to the bearing blocks (8) are inserted.
- The awning according to claim 3, characterized in that the tensioning screw (20) is formed as a head screw supporting itself with its head (24) on the one wedge (21), and with its threaded shaft is in threaded engagement with the other wedge (21).

- The awning according to claim 6, characterized in that in the area of each bearing block (8) a reinforcement (26) opposite to said bearing block is introduced into the housing abutting on the rear side of the housing wall (17).
- The awning according to claim 7, characterized in that the reinforcement (26) comprises a rear groove for putting the housing (3) onto a supporting tube (12) extending into the longitudinal direction of the housing.
- The awning according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the reinforcement (26) comprises a hook projection (29) protruding forward, which engages into an associated housing bulge (28), which together with the housing wall (17) supported by the reinforcement (26) delimits a channel partly overlapped by the projection (13).
