Description

"EMBALLAGE RETRACTABLE"
La présente invention concerne le domaine des emballages rétractables prévus pour enrober une série de conteneurs comprenant une partie supérieure munie d'une ouverture et une partie inférieure correspondant à un fond, opposée à ladite partie supérieure, lesdits conteneurs étant agencés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres, comprenant au moins une première zone de recouvrement d'une partie supérieure desdits conteneurs, en particulier au niveau de leur ouverture et une seconde zone recouvrant le dessous desdits conteneurs au niveau du fond desdits conteneurs, ladite première zone de recouvrement de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique.
Ce type d'emballage n'est pas pratique pour le consommateur qui souhaite acheter par exemple, un seul conteneur. Dans ce cas de figure, le consommateur est obligé de rompre une partie de l'emballage rétractable afin d'en extraire le conteneur souhaité. La quantité de matière plastique qui est généralement utilisée est prévue pour protéger et manipuler ledit emballage comprenant les conteneurs. Toutefois, l'emballage n'est pas prévu pour extraire une certaine quantité de conteneurs hors dudit emballage. Par conséquent, lorsque le consommateur rompt une partie de l'emballage, celui-ci est plus difficilement déplaçable dans les rayons du magasin aussi bien par le consommateur que par le magasinier. De plus, lorsque le consommateur rompt l'emballage, il peut alors arriver que le reste de l'emballage ne protège plus ou ne contienne plus suffisamment les autres conteneurs qui ne sont plus suffisamment maintenus à l'intérieur de l'emballage. L'utilité de ce type d'emballage est fortement restreinte à l'heure actuelle. De plus, souvent, des morceaux d'emballage sont déchirés et détachés et atterrissent au sol et le jonchent ainsi de morceaux de plastiques peu souhaitables. Le document US 201 10215016 divulgue un emballage et un élément de recouvrement positionné sur la partie supérieure des canettes. L'emballage enrobe les conteneurs sur lesquels est positionné l'élément de recouvrement qui comprend une série d'incisions. L'élément de recouvrement comprend une première zone munie d'une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique. Les incisions peuvent être présentes sur la zone centrale ou en périphérie de ladite première zone de l'élément de recouvrement.
L'emballage divulgué permet de placer les canettes dans, par exemple, un réfrigérateur. L'emballage est donc positionné de telle façon que l'ouverture des canettes est accessible au consommateur qui pourra progressivement retirer les canettes. Le principe consiste à déchirer d'abord l'emballage et ensuite à rompre les incisions situées sur l'élément de recouvrement pour enfin avoir accès à une canette. Lorsqu'une canette a été retirée de l'emballage, l'élément de recouvrement permet de maintenir la structure de l'emballage au niveau des ouvertures des canettes pour faciliter la sortie éventuelle d'autres canettes.
Malheureusement, ce type d'emballage ne peut pas être déplacé une fois qu'une des incisions a été rompue car l'emballage ne maintient plus suffisamment les canettes restantes. Cet emballage à film est difficile à manipuler lors de son transport. Par conséquent, un tel emballage n'est pas pratique lorsqu'il est mis en rayon puisque l'utilisateur voulant acheter une seule canette est contraint de rompre au moins une incision ce qui conduit inévitablement à l'obtention d'un emballage qui n'est plus capable de supporter suffisamment le reste des canettes.
Aussi, le fait que l'élément de recouvrement est également emballé par le film peut aussi conduire à l'enlèvement de celui-ci par certains consommateurs voulant avoir plus facilement accès à d'autres canettes. Il arrive souvent que les emballages et les éléments de recouvrement sont laissés sur place dans les rayons. Dans un magasin, il arrive souvent qu'un consommateur rompe une partie de l'emballage pour acheter une ou deux canettes. Dans ce cas de figure, il est alors nécessaire que l'emballage puisse continuer à supporter le reste des canettes qui pourront être achetées par d'autres consommateurs qui souhaitent transporter facilement et rapidement ledit emballage à film sans risquer une rupture instantanée dudit emballage lors de sa manipulation. L'emballage connu présente un risque de déchirure instantané difficilement contrôlable par le consommateur ou le magasinier.
Le désordre est typiquement non attractif pour le consommateur qui n'est plus tenté par ces canettes et préférera souvent alors déchirer un nouvel emballage pour prélever la rangée ou les rangées dont il a besoin. Cet effet, bien connu des grandes surfaces, nécessite la présence continue de manutentionnaires pour ranger les rayons et ramasser les parties déchirées d'emballage peu attirantes quand elles jonchent le sol. De plus le risque de chute des conteneurs positionnés en hauteur sur des palettes sur les pieds du consommateur ou de leurs enfants est encore une raison supplémentaire pour rendre ce type d'emballage et le produit qui y est contenu non attractif pour le consommateur.
De plus, ce type d'emballage qui nécessite un film et un élément de recouvrement et qui est prévu pour que le consommateur puisse extraire une canette n'est pas pratique lorsqu'il est mis en rayon ou mis dans un réfrigérateur car une fois que l'emballage a été rompu, il n'est plus possible de déplacer l'emballage sans risquer une perte de maintien des autres canettes.
C'est la raison pour laquelle, il existe un réel besoin de fournir un emballage amélioré en termes de maintien, de transport et de facilité d'utilisation. L'invention a pour but de pallier les inconvénients de l'état de la technique en procurant un emballage qui maintient les conteneurs avant et après rupture des incisions. Ledit emballage permettant de faciliter l'extraction d'un conteneur de l'emballage tout en maintenant suffisamment le reste des conteneurs lors de son transport.
Pour résoudre ce problème, il est prévu suivant l'invention, un emballage rétractable tel qu'indiqué au début caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend sur ladite première zone au moins une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur, ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone.
La présence d'au moins une ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone permet de fournir un emballage qui garantit le maintient latéral autour des conteneurs avant et après rupture desdites lignes d'incisions.
Dans le cadre de la présente invention, ladite ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable située en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone permet d'une part, de fournir un emballage qui protège et maintient les conteneurs d'autre part, facilite l'extraction d'un conteneur hors de l'emballage dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur vers la partie supérieure grâce à la présence desdites lignes d'incisions situées en périphérie de ladite zone centrale. De plus, la localisation d'au moins une section partiellement détachable en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone réduit la fragilisation du reste de l'emballage et permet également de conserver la tenue de l'emballage même après déchirure desdites lignes d'incisions grâce à un maintien latéral conservé autour des conteneurs. En effet, lorsque ladite incision est rompue, la zone périphérique entourant ladite zone centrale est maintenue permettant ainsi de conserver une forme semblable à celle de départ (avant rupture). Le soutien latéral permet de déplacer aisément les conteneurs qui sont suffisamment maintenus par l'emballage qui résiste aux éventuelles déformations pouvant survenir lors de son déplacement. Par conséquent, la manipulation dudit emballage est facilitée à travers la conservation de la tenue de celui-ci même après rupture de ladite incision grâce au maintien latéral des conteneurs. De plus, dans la présente invention, lorsqu'une poignée est présente sur l'emballage thermorétractable, elle prend appui sur les côté latéraux non munis de lignes d'incisions ce qui permet de transporter aisément l'emballage comprenant tous les conteneurs ou une partie de ceux-ci. De cette façon, l'emballage peut être rompu au niveau des lignes d'incisions pour extraire un conteneur.
L'emballage de la présente invention repose donc sur l'utilisation d'un film rétractable qui présente plusieurs avantages que se soit pour extraire un conteneur ou pour transporter l'ensemble des conteneurs aisément.
Avantageusement, ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable est totalement détachable. Cela permet de faciliter encore l'extraction du conteneur présent dans l'emballage.
Préférentiellement, ladite zone périphérique de ladite première zone (3) recouvre au moins une rangée de conteneurs de part et d'autre de ladite zone centrale.
Dans une forme de réalisation particulière, ladite ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone comprend une partie d'amorce agencée pour faciliter l'amorce de ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable, par exemple une incision plus dense, une ouverture ou une languette. Une partie d'amorce permet d'éviter que l'utilisateur utilise ses propres moyens pour rompre la ligne d'incision. La présence d'une languette par exemple, permet de faciliter l'ouverture dudit emballage au niveau de la ligne d'incision prévue à cet effet.
De préférence, ladite ligne d'incision présente une forme circulaire, ovale, linéaire, d'arc de cercle, de carré aux sommets arrondis, de rectangle aux sommets arrondis, d'hexagone aux sommets arrondis ou encore une ligne courbe finie de forme irrégulière, permettant l'extraction dudit conteneur hors de ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable.
Préférentiellement, les conteneurs selon la présente invention sont choisis dans le groupe constitué des canettes, boites de conserves, bocaux en verre, boîtes en carton de type berlingots ou tétrapack®. En effet, globalement tout type de forme peut être prévu pour autant que le détachement partiel permette l'extraction d'au moins un conteneur d'un emballage contenant une série de conteneurs.
D'autres formes de réalisation de l'emballage sont mentionnées dans les revendications annexées.
La présente invention se rapporte aussi à un procédé de fabrication d'un emballage rétractable pour une série de conteneurs, comprenant au moins une première zone (3) de recouvrement d'une partie supérieure de ladite série de conteneurs (2), en particulier au niveau de leur ouverture, ladite première zone de recouvrement (3) de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2) présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de :
- déroulement d'un film rétractable sur une bande transporteuse,
- un positionnement desdits conteneurs sur ladite bande transporteuse, en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres,
- un fardelage desdits conteneurs à l'aide dudit film rétractable formant ainsi un enrobage de film rétractable autour desdits conteneurs, et - une rétraction à la chaleur dudit film rétractable en vue de maintenir lesdits conteneurs, serrés les uns contre les autres.
Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape d'incision selon une trajectoire correspondant à une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur, ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone.
Avantageusement, le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que ladite étape d'incision est réalisée avant ledit déroulement du film rétractable.
Dans une variante au sens de la présente invention, ladite incision est réalisée lors du ou après le déroulement du film, par exemple avant ou après ladite rétraction dudit film rétractable.
De manière plus préférentielle, le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que ladite incision est réalisée à l'aide d'une roulette à patron articulée sur un bras manipulable pour tracer ladite trajectoire, au moyen d'un emporte-pièce, ou par laser.
De préférence, le procédé selon l'invention comprend en outre une impression d'un motif sur ledit film avant ledit déroulement dudit film rétractable.
D'autres formes de réalisation du procédé suivant l'invention sont indiquées dans les revendications annexées.
L'invention a aussi pour objet un flan d'emballage rétractable prévu pour enrober une série de conteneurs, ladite première zone de recouvrement (3) de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2) présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend sur ladite première zone au moins une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur, ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone.
Avantageusement, ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable est totalement détachable.

En effet, globalement tout type de forme peut être prévu pour autant que le détachement partiel permette l'extraction d'au moins un conteneur d'une série de conteneurs
D'autres formes de réalisation du flan d'emballage rétractable suivant l'invention sont indiquées dans les revendications et figures annexées. La présente invention concerne également un ensemble comprenant un emballage rétractable selon l'invention et une série de conteneurs agencés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres.

La figure 3 est une vue d'en haut schématique illustrant un flan d'emballage comprenant une ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale.

La figure 1 illustre un emballage rétractable 1 comprenant douze canettes 2 et une première zone 3 située au niveau de l'ouverture desdites canettes. Ladite première zone présente une zone centrale et une zone périphérique située autour de ladite zone centrale. L'emballage rétractable 1 comprend en périphérie de ladite base centrale de ladite première zone 3 une ligne d'incision contenant une série de perforations qui forment une section d'emballage partiellement détachable 4.
Au sens de la présente invention, la ligne d'incision comprend, comme mentionné précédemment une série de perforations de forme similaire ou différente. Les incisions peuvent être de forme ronde, ovale, ... ou encore rectangulaire, sous forme de barrettes ou toutes combinaisons des une avec les autres. De plus, ladite ligne d'incision peut être une fente pour faciliter encore l'extraction d'un conteneur. La perforation d'une section d'emballage partiellement détachable 4 permet d'avoir accès aux canettes 2 facilement. Ensuite, le reste de l'emballage 1 conserve sa rigidité car une faible quantité de matière plastique a été rompue au niveau de la périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone 3 dudit emballage 1 permettant de conserver soigneusement le reste des canettes 2 grâce à un maintien latéral.
Le placement de la ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale dudit emballage 1 permet de réduire les risques de rupture au niveau desdites incisions pouvant survenir durant une manipulation (crochet, clous présents en rayon, mise en rayon, palettisation, convoyage, ...).
La figure 2 illustre les mêmes éléments que ceux décrits à la figure 1 sauf que l'emballage 1 contient 24 canettes.
Après rupture de la ligne d'incision contenant une série de perforations définissant une section d'emballage partiellement détachables 4, la zone périphérique subsiste autour de ladite zone centrale rompue. La conservation de ladite zone périphérique confère à l'emballage une rigidité suffisante pour manipuler le reste des conteneurs avec facilités grâce à un maintien latéral des canettes 2.
La figure 3 représente un flan d'emballage selon l'invention comprenant une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant une section partiellement détachable 4 situées en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone 3.
La fabrication du flan d'emballage comprend un déroulement d'un film rétractable sur une bande transporteuse. Le film rétractable est préalablement incisé partiellement, à l'aide d'une roulette à patron, au moyen d'un emporte-pièce, ou par laser, afin de délimiter une section d'emballage partiellement détachable 4 qui est localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale sur la première zone 3. Ladite section partiellement détachable présente une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section d'un conteneur 2. Ensuite, les conteneurs 2 sont positionnés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres sur la bande transporteuse afin de procéder à leur enrobage. L'enrobage desdits conteneur peut être réalisé à l'aide d'une fardeleuse qui permet d'enrouler ledit film rétractable préalablement perforé (une incision selon la figure 3) formant ainsi une section de film rétractable 4 autour desdits conteneurs sur la première zone 3. Enfin, l'ensemble comprenant l'emballage et les conteneurs traverse une zone de chauffage, par exemple un four, afin de procéder à la rétraction dudit film autour des conteneurs.
II est bien entendu que la présente invention n'est en aucune façon limitée aux formes de réalisations décrites ci-dessus et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées sans sortir du cadre des revendications annexées.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 . Emballage (1 ) rétractable prévu pour enrober une série de conteneurs (2) comprenant une partie supérieure munie d'une ouverture et une partie inférieure correspondant à un fond, opposée à ladite partie supérieure, lesdits conteneurs étant agencés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres, comprenant au moins une première zone (3) de recouvrement d'une partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2), en particulier au niveau de leur ouverture, ladite première zone de recouvrement (3) de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2) présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend sur ladite première zone (3) au moins une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable (4) agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur (2) vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur (2), ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4) présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur (2) à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable (4) étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone (3).
2. Emballage (1 ) selon la revendication 1 , dans lequel ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4) est totalement détachable.
3. Emballage (1 ) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite zone périphérique de ladite première zone (3) recouvre au moins une rangée de conteneurs de part et d'autre de ladite zone centrale.
4. Emballage (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone (3) comprend une partie d'amorce agencée pour faciliter l'amorce de ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4), par exemple une incision plus dense, une ouverture ou une languette.
5. Emballage (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite ligne d'incision présente une forme circulaire, ovale, linéaire, d'arc de cercle, de carré aux sommets arrondis, de rectangle aux sommets arrondis, d'hexagone aux sommets arrondis ou encore une ligne courbe finie de forme irrégulière, permettant l'extraction dudit conteneur (2) hors de ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4).
6. Emballage (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits conteneurs (2) sont choisis dans le groupe constitué de canettes, boites de conserves, bocaux en verre, boîtes en carton de type berlingots ou tétrapack ®.
7. Emballage (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une rangée de conteneurs (2) contient, par exemple deux, trois ou quatre conteneurs.

Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage (1 ) rétractable pour une série de conteneurs (2), comprenant au moins une première zone (3) de recouvrement d'une partie supérieure de ladite série de conteneurs (2), en particulier au niveau de leur ouverture, ladite première zone de recouvrement (3) de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2) présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de :
- déroulement d'un film rétractable sur une bande transporteuse,
- un positionnement desdits conteneurs (2) sur ladite bande transporteuse, en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres,
- un fardelage desdits conteneurs (2) à l'aide dudit film rétractable formant ainsi un enrobage de film rétractable autour desdits conteneurs (2), et - une rétraction à la chaleur dudit film rétractable en vue de maintenir lesdits conteneurs, serrés les uns contre les autres,
caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend une étape d'incision selon une trajectoire correspondant à une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable (4) agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur (2) vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur (2), ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4) présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur (2) à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable (4) étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone (3).
9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ladite étape d'incision est réalisée avant ledit déroulement du film rétractable.
10. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel ladite incision est réalisée à l'aide d'une roulette à patron articulée sur un bras manipulable pour tracer ladite trajectoire, au moyen d'un emporte-pièce, ou par laser.

Flan d'emballage rétractable prévu pour enrober une série de conteneurs (2), comprenant une partie supérieure munie d'une ouverture et une partie inférieure correspondant à un fond, opposée à ladite partie supérieure, agencés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres, comprenant au moins une première zone (3) de recouvrement d'une partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2), en particulier au niveau de leur ouverture ladite première zone de recouvrement (3) de ladite partie supérieure desdits conteneurs (2) présentant une zone centrale entourée d'une zone périphérique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend sur ladite première zone (3) au moins une ligne d'incision comprenant une série de perforations formant au moins une section partiellement détachable (4) agencée pour extraire dans une direction sensiblement orientée de la partie inférieure du conteneur (2) vers la partie supérieure au moins un conteneur (2), ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4) présentant une dimension supérieure ou égale à la section dudit au moins un conteneur (2) à extraire, ladite au moins section partiellement détachable (4) étant localisée en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone (3).
13. Flan d'emballage selon la revendication 12, dans lequel ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4) est totalement détachable.
14. Flan d'emballage selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel ladite ligne d'incision en périphérie de ladite zone centrale de ladite première zone (3) comprend une partie d'amorce agencée pour faciliter l'amorce du film, par exemple une incision plus dense, une ouverture ou une languette.

Flan d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, dans lequel ladite ligne d'incision présente une forme circulaire, ovale, linéaire, d'arc de cercle, de carré aux sommets arrondis, de rectangle aux sommets arrondis, d'hexagone aux sommets arrondis ou encore une ligne courbe finie de forme irrégulière, permettant l'extraction dudit conteneur hors de ladite section d'emballage partiellement détachable (4).
16. Flan d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, dans lequel lesdits conteneurs (2) sont choisis dans le groupe constitué de canettes, de boites de conserve, de bocaux en verre, boîtes en carton de type berlingots ou tétrapack ®.
17. Flan d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17, dans lequel une rangée de conteneurs (2) contient au moins deux conteneurs, par exemple deux, trois ou quatre conteneurs.
18. Ensemble comprenant un emballage (1 ) rétractable selon les revendications 1 à 7 et une série de conteneurs (2) agencés en rangées parallèles les unes par rapport aux autres.
