  • the hinge shaft 51 of the hinge 5 is inserted into the first through hole 22. Since the hinge shaft 51 has a D-shaped cross-section, the first through hole 22 is a D-shaped hole, and this structure ensures relatively secure coupling of the hinge shaft 51 and the through hole 22.

Claims (6)

  1. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür, umfassend
    ein türseitiges Gehäuse (1) und ein Scharnier (5), wobei das Scharnier (5) mit einem Schrank und einer Tür eines Kühlschranks koppelbar ist, wobei sich das Scharnier (5) bezüglich der Tür dreht, wenn die Tür geöffnet oder geschlossen wird, und das türseitige Gehäuse (1) sicher mit der Tür koppelbar ist; wobei die Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung ferner eine Drehwelle (2) und ein elastisches Stück (3) umfasst, wobei die Drehwelle (2) mit dem Scharnier (5) gekoppelt ist, wobei das elastische Stück (3) über eine sichere Koppelstruktur mit dem türseitigen Gehäuse (1) gekoppelt ist, wobei das elastische Stück (3) mit einer ersten Rastnut (31) ausgestattet ist und die Drehwelle (2) mit einer vorstehenden Struktur (21) ausgestattet ist, wobei die vorstehende Struktur (21) bezüglich der Drehwelle (2) seitlich vorsteht;
    wobei, wenn die Tür mit dem Schrank einen Winkel bildet, die Drehwelle (2) gegen das elastische Stück (3) gedrückt wird, um zu verursachen, dass das elastische Stück (3) verformt wird, und wenn der Winkel ständig kleiner wird, das elastische Stück (3) zurückfedert und die vorstehende Struktur (21) der Drehwelle (2) in die erste Rastnut (31) einrastet, sodass die Drehwelle (2) in dem elastischen Stück (3) verriegelt wird, um ein Verriegeln der Tür zu erzielen;
    wobei das Scharnier (5) mit einer Scharnierwelle (51) ausgestattet ist und die Drehwelle (2) mit einer ersten Durchgangsbohrung (22) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Scharnierwelle (51) in der ersten Durchgangsbohrung (22) angeordnet ist, wodurch sie die Scharnierwelle (51) mit der Drehwelle (2) in einer verdrehsicheren Weise koppelt, sodass wenn die Tür geöffnet oder geschlossen wird, sich die Scharnierwelle (51) dreht, um die Drehwelle (2) drehend anzutreiben.
  2. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die vorstehende Struktur (21) ein länglicher gerundeter Vorsprung ist und einen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat und die erste Rastnut (31) eine U-förmige Rastnut ist.
  3. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Scharnierwelle (51) einen D-förmigen Querschnitt hat und die erste Durchgangsbohrung (22) eine D-förmige Bohrung ist.
  4. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei: die sichere Kopplungsstruktur eine zweite Rastnut (32), die an dem elastischen Stück (3) angeordnet ist, und eine Schnappnut (11) umfasst, die an dem türseitigen Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schnappnut (11) mit einer Rastrippe (111) und einer Verstärkungsrippe (112) ausgestattet ist; und eine Seite des elastischen Stücks (3) in der Schnappnut (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die Rastrippe (111) in der zweiten Rastnut (32) angeordnet ist und die Verstärkungsrippe (112) auf einer äußeren Seite der zweiten Rastnut (32) angeordnet ist.
  5. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die zweite Rastnut (32) eine U-förmige Rastnut ist, wobei die Rastrippe (111) eine ballige Rastrippe ist und die Verstärkungsrippe (112) eine hohle Verstärkungsrippe ist.
  6. Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung für eine Kühlschranktür gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei: das türseitige Gehäuse (1) innerlich mit einer zweiten Durchgangsbohrung (12) ausgestattet ist, wobei eine äußere Seite der zweiten Durchgangsbohrung (12) mit einer ersten Abdeckungskante (13) ausgestattet ist; die Saugunterstützungsvorrichtung ferner eine Abdeckungsplatte (4) umfasst; und wobei die Abdeckungsplatte (4) innerlich mit einem Sackloch (41) ausgestattet ist, wobei das Sackloch (41) äußerlich mit einer zweiten Abdeckungskante (42) ausgestattet ist; und ein Ende der Drehwelle (2) in der zweiten Durchgangsbohrung (12) angeordnet ist und das andere Ende der Drehwelle (2) in dem Sackloch (41) angeordnet ist und eine äußere Seite der zweiten Abdeckungskante (42) in einem Schnappsitz an einer Innenseite einer ersten Abdeckungskante (13) sitzt.
