Claims (15)
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction pour des parties de meuble mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres, avec un dispositif de palier à roulement, comprenant :a. des éléments de roulement (3a, b, c d, ... 4a, b) qui sont supportés avec possibilité de rotation dans au moins une cage de roulement (2),b. l'un au moins des éléments de roulement (4a, b) étant retenu et supporté avec possibilité de rotation dans la cage de roulement (2) au moyen d'un ajustement en surdimensionnement dans au moins une zone d'appui (5a, b),c. la ou les zones d'appui (5a, b) subissant une déformation plastique dans la zone de l'ajustement en surdimensionnement après la première insertion.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un seul ou plusieurs des éléments de roulement (4a, b) du dispositif de palier à roulement sont supportés avec possibilité de rotation dans la cage de roulement (2) au moyen d'un ajustement en surdimensionnement et en ce que les autres éléments de roulement (3a, b, c...) sont supportés avec possibilité de rotation dans la cage de roulement (2) au moyen d'un ajustement de transition.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou deux zones d'appui (5a, 5b) sont déformées de façon plastique en subissant un fluage limité dans la zone de l'ajustement en surdimensionnement.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de roulement (3, 4) présentent de préférence des premiers moyens d'appui (7, 8, 9, 10) qui coopèrent avec possibilité de rotation avec des deuxièmes moyens d'appui (11, 12) correspondants, appelés ci-après points d'appui, de la cage de roulement (2), les premiers moyens d'appui et les points d'appui formant les zones d'appui (5a, b) par leur interaction.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de roulement (4a, b) supporté avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement en surdimensionnement est fait d'une matière plastique capable de déformation plastique et/ou en ce que la cage de roulement (2) se compose d'une matière plastique capable de déformation plastique au moins dans la zone de l'au moins un point d'appui pour l'appui de l'élément de roulement (4) supporté avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement en surdimensionnement.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique de l'au moins un élément de roulement (4) supporté avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement en surdimensionnement présente, par rapport à la matière plastique du point d'appui de la cage de roulement (2) correspondante, la faculté de fluer de façon limitée en subissant une déformation plastique.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de roulement (4) supporté avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement en surdimensionnement se distingue de l'au moins un élément de roulement (3) supporté avec l'ajustement de transition par au moins un ou plusieurs des paramètres principaux suivants : forme, module d'élasticité, couleur, construction.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de roulement (3, 4) supportés avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement de transition et l'ajustement en surdimensionnement diffèrent par au moins un ou plusieurs des sous-paramètres suivants du paramètre principal de « forme » : diamètre, largeur, surface de roulement, moyens d'appui.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de roulement supportés avec possibilité de rotation avec l'ajustement de transition et l'ajustement en surdimensionnement diffèrent par au moins un ou plusieurs des sous-paramètres suivants du paramètre principal de « construction » : corps massif, corps creux, matériau, assemblage de matériaux.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un ajustement en surdimensionnement du point d'appui de la cage de roulement (2) diffère de l'au moins un point d'appui avec ajustement de transition de la cage de roulement par au moins un ou plusieurs des paramètres principaux suivants : forme, dimensions, construction.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de roulement (4) retenu avec l'ajustement de surdimensionnement est formé de telle sorte que l'au moins un moyen d'appui (9, 10) se trouve dans l'aire de section projetée de son plus grand diamètre de surface de roulement.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les points d'appui sont conformés comme des réceptacles d'appui (11, 12) de la cage de roulement (2) et en ce que les moyens d'appui des éléments de roulement (3) sont conformés comme des goujons d'appui (7, 8 ; 9, 10) et en ce que les goujons d'appui (9, 10) de l'au moins un élément de roulement (4) retenu avec un ajustement en surdimensionnement se met en prise dans les réceptacles d'appui (12) avec un ou l'ajustement en surdimensionnement et en ce que les goujons d'appui (7, 8) des autres éléments de roulement (3) se mettent en prise dans les réceptacles d'appui (11) correspondants avec un ajustement de transition.
- Dispositif de guidage d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des zones d'appui (5a, b) est déformée de façon plastique par un processus de fluage au niveau d'au moins un point de contact entre l'élément de roulement (4) et le réceptacle d'appui (12).
- Procédé pour le montage d'un dispositif de palier à roulement pour un dispositif de guidage d'extraction de tiroirs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte l'étape d'insertion des éléments de roulement dans la cage de roulement (2), une première partie des éléments de roulement étant montée avec un ajustement de transition et une deuxième partie des éléments de roulement étant montée avec un ajustement serré.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre l'étape de déformation plastique limitée de la zone d'appui à la suite d'un processus de fluage.
