Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Stillstandsüberwachung bei Schienenfahrzeugen mit einer Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtung.The invention relates to a method and a device for standstill monitoring in rail vehicles with a train control device.
Moderne Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtungen benötigen genaue Weg- bzw. Ortsinformationen sowohl abgestellter als auch fahrender Schienenfahrzeuge. Die US-Patentanmeldung
Bisher ist es jedoch nicht möglich, festzustellen, ob bei ausgeschalteter Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtung der bei diesem Betriebszustand vorausgesetzte Stillstand des Schienenfahrzeugs tatsächlich eingehalten wurde. Werden Schienenfahrzeuge zum Betriebsende an Parkpositionen komplett ausgeschaltet, geht für die Zugbeeinflussung die genaue sicherungstechnische Zugposition verloren. Nach dem Wiedereinschalten des Schienenfahrzeuges ist die sicherungstechnische Position des Fahrzeuges nicht bekannt und die Initialisierung der Zugposition kann erst durch das Überfahren von mindestens zwei Ortsreferenzpunkten, z. B. Balisen, ermittelt werden. Erst danach kann das Fahrzeug aus Zugbeeinflussungssicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Das bedeutet, dass Fahrzeuge in Parkpositionen nicht komplett ausgeschaltet werden dürfen; zumindest die Zugbeeinflussung muss aktiv bleiben. Verfahrensgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anpruches gelöst. Wenn diese exakt gleich sind, ist in den betreffenden Gleisfreimeldeabschnitten während des Ausschaltzustandes keine Zugbewegung - Cold Movement - erfolgt und die gespeicherte Zugposition kann sicherungstechnisch verwendet werden. Ohne Stillstandsüberwachung muss das Schienenfahrzeug nach dem Einschalten der Zugbeeinflussungseinrichtung zunächst in Fahrerverantwortung fahren, bis aufgrund von Baliseninformationen eine eindeutige Lokalisierung des Schienenfahrzeuges möglich ist und damit die Voraussetzung für den ETCS-Level 2-Betrieb gegeben ist. Eine sichere Betriebsweise, d. h., eine Minimierung der Fahrerverantwortung, ist erst durch die erfindungsgemäße Stillstandsüberwachung möglich. Der Zählerstand der Achszählsensoren wird direkt an Speichermittel des Schienenfahrzeuges kommuniziert.
