Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zur Einstellung eines Radialspaltes zwischen zwei drehbaren zylindrischen Prägewerkzeuge (16, 17) in einer Prägeanlage (14), bestehend aus:
    - einer Halterung (19, 21);
    - einer ersten Struktur (16, 24, 26, 27, 29) in Bezug auf die Halterung (19, 21) verschiebbar beweglich montiert und ausgerüstet mit einem ersten drehbaren, zylindrischen Werkzeug (16) und

    - ein Druckorgan (34), befestigt an der Halterung (19, 21) und in der Lage Druck (T) auf die erste Struktur (16, 24, 26, 27, 29) auszuüben, um sie näher an die zweite Struktur (17, 22, 28, 31) zu bringen, um einen radialen Spalt zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Werkzeug (16, 17) einzustellen; und
    - Mittel zur Einstellung des Radialspaltes zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Werkzeug (16, 17),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel ein Zugorgan (40) umfassen, befestigt an der Halterung (19, 21) und in der Lage einen Zug auf die erste Struktur (16, 24, 26, 27, 29) auszuüben, um sie von der zweiten Struktur (17, 22, 28, 31) weg zu bewegen, um so eine Feineinstellung des Radialspaltes zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Werkzeug (16, 17) vorzunehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan (40) einen ersten Teil umfasst, der einen Haken (48) bildet und in einen zweiten Teil greift, der das Gegenhaken (47) dazu bildet und an der ersten Struktur (16, 24, 26, 27, 29) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil, der einen Haken (48) bildet, in einer Aussparung (49) untergebracht ist, die im zweiten Teil vorgesehen ist, die den Gegenhaken (47) bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil, der einen Haken (48) bildet, eine konvexe, Einsteckform hat, die in den zweiten Teil, der einen Haken (47) bildet passt, der eine komplementäre, konkave Aufnahmeform hat.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil, der einen Haken (48) bildet, eine Ausbuchtung ist, die am Ende des Zugorgans (40) befestigt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil, der einen Haken (48) bildet, eine einstellbare Position am Ende des Zugorgans (40) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil, der einen Haken (47) bildet, einen Bügel formt, durch den das Zugorgan (40, 41) führt und der mit der ersten Struktur (16, 24, 26, 27, 29) fest verbunden wird.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugorgan (40) einen Gewindeschaft (41) umfasst, der durch der Halterung (19, 21) in Rotation gehalten wird, und wobei der erste Teil, der einen Haken bildet, ist an einem Ende des Schaftes (41) befestigt.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (41) durch einen Motor (44) in Rotation angetrieben wird.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen einstellbaren Anschlag (39) umfasst, der einen maximalen Arbeitshub des Druckorgans (34) und einen minimalen Radialspalt bestimmt.
  12. Falz- Klebe- Maschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Vorrichtung (14) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11 umfasst.
  13. Falz- Klebe- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (14) in einem Prägemodul (6) installiert ist, bei der Vorrichtung (14) handelt es sich um eine Vorrichtung zum Prägen von Blindenschrift.
