Dies sind zum einen Siegelstationen für das Siegeln von Bodennähten und Kopfnähten sowie Schneidvorrichtungen für das Ablängen einzelner Sackabschnitte. Auch eine Füllstation für das Befüllen mit dem Schüttgut ist vorgesehen. Nähert sich der Vorrat der Vorlagerolle seinem Ende, so muss ein sogenannter Rollentausch erfolgen. Das bedeutet, dass am Ende der Einsatzfolie, welche sich auf der Vorlagerolle dem Ende neigt, diese durch eine Folgefolie, also eine neue Vorlagerolle, welche voll gefüllt ist, ersetzt werden muss. Auch ist nicht sichergestellt, dass wirklich jeder Überlappungsbereich auch tatsächlich als Ausschuss ausgebracht wird. Ebenfalls über Greifer erfolgt ein Weitertransport zu einer Kopfnahtsiegelstation, welche die Säcke durch eine weitere Siegelnaht oben verschließt. Damit kann noch in der Siegelstation bzw. der Schneidstation ein Abwerfen erfolgen. - Ausbringen des geschnittenen Sackabschnitts, wenn ein Überlappungsbereich erkannt worden ist.

Insbesondere erfolgt das Ausbringen auf dem Weg zu einer weiteren Station oder bei der weiteren Station. Damit wird die Taktzeit noch weiter erhöht.
