Die Erfindung besteht aus einer Vorrichtung, die Menschen vor der Einwirkung von Wind, Wetter und Wärme schützen soll. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine Grundfläche über der sich ein bewegliches Dach befindet, die mit festen oder verschiebbaren Seitenwänden verbunden ist, wobei die Seitenwände eine in der Größe verstellbare Öffnung aufweisen. Einerseits befindet sich auf dem Dach eine Messeinrichtung zur Erfassung der Windrichtung und -stärke, die mit einer Steuerungseinheit verbunden sind und so eine Drehung der Fläche oder eine Verschiebung der Seitenwände bewirkt, so dass die verstellbare Öffnung an der dem Wind abgewandten Seite liegt und andererseits befindet sich im Innern ein Temperaturmessgerät, dass mit einer weiteren Steuerungseinrichtung verbunden ist und das Dach angebt oder senkt und/oder die Öffnung der Seitenwände vergrößert oder verkleinert.
