Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ratschenwerkzeug gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, enthaltend:
- a) einen Hebelarm
- b) ein topffömiges Gehäuse mit einem Boden und wenigstens einer Seitenwand, welches an dem Hebelarm vorgesehen ist,
- c) ein in dem Gehäuse angeordneter Ratschenmechanismus,
- d) eine Gehäuseabdeckung, welche den Ratschenmechanismus in dem Gehäuse abdeckt,
- e) ein Antriebsteil, welches mit dem Ratschenmechanismus verbunden ist,
- f) wobei die Seitenwand des Gehäuses und/oder das Antriebsteil eine nutenförmige Ausnehmung aufweisen, in welcher Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung der Gehäuseabdeckung vorgesehen sind.

In dem Gehäuse befindet sich der Ratschenmechanismus mit einem Antriebsteil. Der Ratschenmechanismus beinhaltet ein Drehteil und ein Sperrteil. Das Antriebsteil ist an dem Drehteil befestigt, sofern das Drehteil nicht selbst zugleich das Antriebsteil bildet. Das Sperrteil lässt das Drehteil nur in eine Richtung drehen. Mit einem Umschalter lässt sich die Drehrichtung jeweils einstellen. Das Antriebsteil ist häufig als ein Außenvierkantprofil ausgebildet, auf welchem Steckwerkzeuge formschlüssig aufgesteckt werden. Diese Steckwerkzeuge verfügen daher über ein geeignetes Innenvierkantprofil. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu vermeiden und ein Ratschenwerkzeug zu schaffen, bei dem sich keine Kleinteile, wie Schrauben oder Nieten, lösen können. Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Ratschenwerkzeug gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass bei einem Ratschenwerkzeug der eingangs genannten Art
- g) der Rand der Gehäuseabdeckung eine Kliplippe aufweist, welche als Befestigungsmittel in die nutförmige Ausnehmung des Gehäuses zum Verschließen eingeklipst ist.

Der Vorteil bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Ratschenwerkzeug besteht darin, dass sich keine Kleinteile mehr lösen können. Besonders bei der Flugzeugwartung bzw. beim Flugzeugbau dürfen keine Kleinteile in die Turbinenschaufeln gelangen. Solche könnten die Turbinen mit katastrophalen Folgen zerstören, Oft fiel es gar nicht auf, wenn sich eine Schraube oder Niete löste. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Ratschenwerkzeug ist die Gehäuseabdeckung nicht mehr mit Schrauben befestigt. Die Gehäuseabdeckung wird mit Befestigungsmitteln in einer Nut der Seitenwand des Gehäuses bzw. des Antriebsteils fixiert. Die nutenförmige Ausnehmung befindet sich üblicherweise auf der Innenseite des topfförmigen Gehäuses. Laschenförmige Befestigungsmittel greifen in diese nutenförmige Ausnehmung um die Gehäuseabdeckung am Gehäuse des Ratschenwerkzeugs zu befestigen. Dadurch kann vermieden werden, dass Kleinteile, wie Schrauben oder Nieten zum Befestigen der Gehäuseabdeckung verwendet werden. Diese können sich nämlich im schlimmsten Fall lösen. Durch eine Nut in dem Antriebsteil kann ein Befestigungsmittel, wie z.B. ein entsprechend breit ausgelegter Sprengring, die Gehäuseabdeckung an dem Gehäuse fixieren. Der Sprengring sitzt dabei in der nutenförmigen Ausnehmung des Antriebsteils und kann somit nicht mehr verrutschen. Dies hält die Gehäuseabdeckung fest in seiner Position ohne Schrauben und dergleichen. Diese Art der Befestigung der Gehäuseabdeckung ermöglicht die einfache Fixierung am Gehäuse, auch bei einem nicht elastischen Material für die Gehäuseabdeckung. Die Kliplippe rastet die Gehäuseabdeckung fest an dem Gehäuse ein und lässt sich nur mit einem speziellen Werkzeug bzw. mit Gewalt von der Gehäusewand lösen. In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Gehäuseabdeckung des erfindungsgemäßen Ratschenwerkzeugs ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff vorgesehen. Sicherungsringe, oberhalb bzw. außerhalb der Gehäuseunterseite an dem Antriebsteil in der nutenförmigen Ausnehmung vorgesehen sind. Die Gehäuseabdeckung und auch das Gehäuse können dabei jeweils eine Vertiefung aufweisen, so dass die Befestigungsmittel in der Vertiefung angeordnet sind, um die Bauhöhe unnötig zu erhöhen. Das außerhalb des Gehäuses angeordnete Befestigungsmittel stabilisiert den Halt der Gehäuseabdeckung am Antriebsteil.
