Claims (7)
- Fenêtre de toit (1) comportant un cadre (2) doté d'un élément supérieur (5), d'un élément inférieur (6) et de deux éléments latéraux (7,8) définissant un plan de cadre, et un battant (3) comportant un élément supérieur (9), un élément inférieur (10) et deux éléments latéraux (11, 12) définissant un plan de battant, le battant (3) présentant une ouverture destinée à une vitre (4) et une surface extérieure opposée à ladite ouverture, la fenêtre (1) comportant, de plus, en liaison avec ledit élément supérieur de battant (9), un module de battant supérieur (411) doté d'un premier côté (412), d'un deuxième côté (415) opposé audit, et s'étendant de façon essentiellement parallèle audit, premier côté (412), un troisième côté (413) et un quatrième côté (414) opposé, et s'étendant de façon essentiellement parallèle, audit troisième côté (413), lesdits troisième et quatrième côtés (413, 414) s'étendant de façon essentiellement perpendiculaire, et raccordant, lesdits premier et deuxième côtés (412, 415) et un volet de ventilation (400) qui est un élément de forme allongée,
un dispositif de verrouillage (17) pour verrouiller ensemble le cadre (2) et le battant (3), le volet de ventilation (400) étant raccordé au dispositif de verrouillage (17),
le module de battant supérieur (411) comprenant une ou plusieurs ouverture(s) de ventilation (418) conçue(s) pour fournir la ventilation d'un bâtiment dans lequel la fenêtre de toit est montée,
ledit module de battant supérieur (411) est raccordé audit élément de battant supérieur (9) et/ou auxdits éléments de battant latéraux (11, 12) d'une manière telle que ledit module de battant supérieur (411) est disposé au niveau de la surface extérieure dudit battant (3), le premier côté (412) du module de battant supérieur (411) étant conçu en vue d'être fixé à, ou en butée contre, une surface de l'élément de battant supérieur (9) opposée à la vitre (4) de la fenêtre (1),
caractérisée en ce que
ledit volet de ventilation (400) se trouve raccordé à pivotement avec ledit élément de battant supérieur (9) de ladite fenêtre de toit (1),
et ledit volet de ventilation (400) est raccordé audit dispositif de verrouillage (17) par un autre raccordement à pivotement (406), dans laquelle lesdits éléments de battant latéraux (11, 12) comportent, chacun, une extension (417, 416) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (13) de la fenêtre (1) au moins partiellement, au-delà de l'élément de battant supérieur (9), lesdits troisième et quatrième côtés (413, 414) dudit module de battant supérieur (411) étant raccordés auxdites extensions (416, 417) d'une manière telle que ledit module de battant supérieur (411) est disposé au niveau de la surface extérieure dudit battant (3),
dans laquelle ledit troisième côté (413) et ladite extension (416), de façon respective, ledit quatrième côté (414) et ladite extension (417) sont raccordés au moyen d'un mécanisme de verrouillage par friction, d'un mécanisme de verrouillage par encliquetage, d'un adhésif ou de moyens de fixation, par exemple, une vis ou un clou ou analogue, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, et
dans laquelle lesdits troisième et quatrième côtés (413, 414) sont prévus, chacun, avec un élément de fixation (435, 438), les parties en saillie étant, de préférence, dotées d'une fente (436, 440) tandis que les extensions (416, 417) sont, chacune, prévues avec un élément de réception correspondant (437, 439), lequel est, de préférence, une fente correspondante. - Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit module de battant supérieur (411) comporte, de plus, au moins une, de préférence, au moins deux, partie(s) en saillie (434), laquelle (lesquelles) est (sont) agencée(s) en liaison avec une ouverture de ventilation (418).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit module de battant supérieur (411) est constitué d'un matériau plastique, de préférence, de polyuréthanne.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'épaisseur dudit module de battant supérieur (411) se situe entre 1 et 2 cm.
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit module de battant supérieur (411) comporte des moyens de réception (419) de façon à être adapté pour fonctionner comme un support destiné à recevoir une garniture d'étanchéité ou une bande d'étanchéité afin de fermer de façon étanche l'espace situé entre le module de battant supérieur (411) et l'élément de cadre supérieur (5) dans la position fermée de la fenêtre (1).
- Fenêtre de toit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le battant (3) et un cadre (2) de ladite fenêtre (1) sont constitués de matière plastique, de préférence, de polyuréthanne, et dans laquelle ledit module de battant supérieur (411) est coulé ou moulé en une seule pièce avec le battant (3), ou est coulé ou moulé sous la forme d'un module séparé.
- Fenêtre de toit (1), selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les parties d'extrémité respectives du module de battant supérieur (411) sont fournies comme des unités standards, et dans laquelle le module de battant supérieur (411) est fabriqué pour s'ajuster à une largeur de fenêtre particulière en raccordant une section intermédiaire d'une longueur appropriée avec une partie d'extrémité d'unité standard au niveau de l'une ou l'autre des extrémités.
