Claims (13)

  1. Cooking appliance (1) with at least one hob (10) which has at least one opening (13) on the top plate (11); with at least one burner housing (20), the neck piece (21) of which protrudes from the opening (13) and the remainder of which is arranged below the top plate (11); with a supporting wall (24) on the burner housing (20), which is arranged below the top plate (11) and is oriented pointing away from the top plate (11), wherein the cooking appliance (1) also has a fastening element (40) with a supporting element (50) and a holder (60), wherein the fastening element represents a flexible and robust structure, wherein the supporting element (50) is in contact with the supporting wall (24), wherein the holder (60) extends from the supporting element (50) via the opening (13) of the top plate (11) to the surface (12) of the top plate (11) and by way of the supporting wall (24) supports the burner housing (20) and wherein the burner housing (20) contains a flange (23), which forms the supporting wall (24) with the lower side, partially encloses the neck piece (21) and remains below the top plate (11), characterised in that the supporting element (50) of the fastening element (40) contains a flange recess (51), which comprises an upper, lateral and lower surface of the flange (23).
  2. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that a lower wall (53) of the flange recess (51) is kept shorter than an upper wall (53) of the flange recess (51).

Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holder (60) contains a retaining clip (65), which, during assembly of the burner housing (20) with a fastening element (40), allows for the upward movement of the top plate (11), but prevents the downward movement of the burner housing (20) disposed in the operating position.
  4. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the retaining clip (65) contains a support surface (66), which runs in parallel to the top plate (11) of the hob (10).
  5. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the retaining clip (65) contains an inclined surface (67), which, if it is moved upwards below the top plate (11), touches the edge of the opening (13) and can be slid from the edge of the opening (13) to the neck piece (21).
  6. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fastening element (40) between the holder (60) and the supporting element (50) contains a flexible rim (41), as a result of which the holder (60) can lengthen in the direction of the neck piece (21) of the burner housing (20).
  7. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the supporting element (50) is embodied as a C-shaped retaining clip with two free ends (56).
  8. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the supporting element (50) contains a flexible bridge element (55), by means of which the free ends (56) of the supporting element are pulled apart until reaching the assembly position in order then to be able to revert back to the position of rest.
  9. Cooking appliance (1) according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the supporting element (50) contains a holding element (57) at both ends (56), in order to separate the free ends (56) from one another.
  10. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fastening element (40) contains spring steel.
  11. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it contains a sealing element (25) between the supporting element (50) and the flange (23).
  12. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the top plate (11) contains a recess (14) at the opening edge (13) directly opposite to the holder (60).
  13. Cooking appliance (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an expansion gap (22) is provided between the holder (60) and the neck piece (21) of the burner housing (20).
